Fantastic experience: LivLight weight loss program. So, I’m not much for reviews, but I am writing this review because I have experienced a 24lb weight loss using the program. Is weight loss hard, yes? Do you have to work hard, yes? However, when, the pounds come off can you contain your joy, NO? I do have to give 5 stars to my weight loss counselor, Christine, as she is always in my corner, making suggestions, encouraging me, and being my number one, cheer leader. She is the 1st one to say” you got this”, “I know you can do it”. I’m also finally able to wear some of the clothes that were 2 sizes too small for me, but not anymore. Nothing beats shopping in your own closet, for the clothes we all keep, that we promise we will wear, when we lose some weight. I also, give 5 stars to Tala, although she is not my counselor she does motivate me with weekly challenges, food suggestions, and Tala is also excited when I meet my weight loss goals. So, my experience with LivLight Weight loss has been a great experience, and I give the program 5 stars.

The counselors are very friendly and provide honest but caring instructions to guide you through your process. The injections keeps me energized throughout the week. My favorite part is learning how to eat with real food and not being obligated to buy or have to use “diet packaged” food. However, the snacks and meal replacements available are great options and taste really good. Fantastic experience: What can I say about LIV Light Weight Loss Clinic? SO much. Let me begin with, I have lost 30lbs since joining their weight loss team, which for me is the most exciting part of it all! For me it was the same old saga, had a kid (hard to lose that weight), Mother passed away (emotional eating), and then Covid-19 came and sealed the deal. Overall, in 3 years, I had gained 40lbs and felt miserable. I researched a dozen clinics and read reviews out of this world. You would have thought weight loss clinics owed my child support, the way I researched them. After almost giving up, I ran across the LIV Light Weight loss website, and the reviews were crazy great! What I appreciate most about this clinic, other than the Beyoncé body I am slowly getting back, is the VIBE! Ms. Susan who runs the clinic is perhaps the most professional practitioner I have ever met, and I was a medic in the Army for a decade, so I have come across my fair share of medical providers. She is understanding and cares deeply for their clients, in a way that almost makes you want to ask her to lunch. Christine is the coach, and man, this lady is amazing. She is always smiling, always encouraging me to keep going, while never chastising for poor decision, i.e. too much wine on Saturday’s But being completely transparent, this group of motivators have CHANGED MY LIFE! Fantastic experience: I have been going to LivLite for B12 shots for about a year. I had a full knee replacement February 2020 and the B12 really helped me with my energy level. Fast forward to July 1st,I was trying on a long dress for a wedding.I looked at myself in the mirror and my first thought was is that really me !! Next day I made an an appointment at LivLight Weight Loss and Susan reviewed everything. I was put on a scale called InBody570; which gives in-depth metabolic evaluation, and a Body Composition Analysis. It gives you the amount of calories you need to eat to lose weight and/or maintain weight. She also has a wonderful piece of equipment called a BodySlim Pod which is an infrared sauna pod that also aids in weight loss. Your weight loss at LivLight is based on science!!! You are fully supported, and the staff is amazing ! I am down 15 pounds in 4 weeks. THIS WORKS!!!

They customized a plan for me and 2 months later, I am down 24.5 lbs. I feel great physically and mentally. So much more energy! The staff is so friendly and supportive! I've recommended this center to my friends who have noticed my transformation. I will try to upload before and after pics when I reach my goal weight. I was super impressed with their importance of "maintaining" your ideal weight -- I'm looking forward to their maintenance program. This is the ONLY program I have found in my lifetime that made it fun and easy, while eating regular everyday food that is in our homes, so we are able to be successful for years to come, with the knowledge we received while losing the unwanted pounds! I had my initial appointment w/Christine...she was very knowledgeable and personable, she sold me , right away.. I’ve lost 33 lbs so far, I’ve got a bit to go. I love it here. The entire office staff is wonderful... I can only think of Susan and Christine by name right now ... sorry I love that they have meal plans... this helps me tremendously.... Fantastic experience: LivLight has a very good system for anyone looking to lose weight. There are eating plans that give you a daily schedule of when and what to eat that make it simple to start developing habits that work with your metabolism to lose weight while giving your body the nourishment it needs. Weekly weight check-ins will hold you accountable and give you feedback on your progress. LivLight also provides counseling at the weekly check-ins to help you deal with any obstacles you may encounter. I joined LivLight when the COVID19 pandemic had started and they had protocols in place to protect the health of the clients and staff which includes zoom sessions with the doctor and staff. I have to say that I have tried all kinds of diets and this is the most effective, easiest to follow, and healthiest way I have found to lose weight.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever at a weight loss clinic !! I have been a nurse for 24 years and have never seen such a poorly run office. Paid 700.00 upfront for services , never received everything that was included in this price !! Instead of admitting that they made a mistake and proceeding with what they promised upfront, they wanted to delay my treatment / weight loss plan. Will try another clinic that actually cares about their patients !! Because they make a mistake they will want you to drop everything to fix their mistake. In my opinion they were not here to help me !! Products , equipment , medication was delivered whenever they got around to it, which happened to be half way through my first month I paid for. Some things I never received.Susan was very rude and did not want to initially give me back my refund or make right what they did wrong.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to LivLight for about two months now and have been treated professionally by the staff and the results so far are AMAZING. As of this writing, I am down 22+lbs and well on my way to reaching my personal goal. The plan that was recommended to me has worked and at no time have I felt hungry or have low energy since I started. The weekly appointments work really well to keep me honest and I have grown to look forward to stepping on the scale! You will enjoy the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to be available to answer questions and spend a few extra minutes with you. I am glad I chose LivLight and I recommend their services. I Love the level of accountability and support that is offered each and every time that I come in.
