Negative experience: Was told at the store that the place is now shut down

Negative experience: This is a resource that is needed in town and it's a shame it is closing. The only good thing about the current and latest owners was the gentleman. He was very friendly and helpful. If he wasn't there, then good luck getting acknowledged. However, the rest of the time..... One time when walking in, instead of a greeting, I would just get ignored (at best). One time, I got a death stare from the lady before she walked into the back. She was the same no matter whenever I'd come in. No greeting, no "hello. No pleasant exchange. Same thing when there was a young girl working. No greeting, no "hello". It was at the point where I dreaded walking in the doors to see what experience I was going to get. I don't know the circumstances for the closing. Maybe they've made their millions and are retiring. If not, then some sour personalities have kept me from giving them business. In the age of internet shopping, I need a great reason to go past my door to enter yours.

Fantastic experience: So sad they are closing (as of Sept. 27, 2024) but happy they are retiring. Thank you Charlie for all your help and guidance with essential oils and various products over the years! This space will be missed in the community.
