Fantastic experience: I've seen Dr. Drobin since 2022 for unexplained fatigue amongst a whole laundry list of symptoms that I had to write down to even recite. She diagnosed me with Lyme and treated me and the improvement has been truly incredible. I went from being basically disabled to feeling like a human being. It has been a process but worth every cent.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Dr. Ross for a little over six months, and it’s been a great experience. He takes the time to truly listen to my needs and offers thoughtful, personalized advice—never pushing anything unnecessary. I’ve been taking the supplements he recommended for over five months and have completed two rounds of bloodwork: one before starting the supplements and another four months later. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Turnpaugh for around 5 or 6 years. I had chronic fatigue, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, dizziness, migraines, hormone issues, chronic stomach pain and other stomach related issues. Doctors did not know what to do with me. I was sick enough that I could not function but not sick enough that I needed to be in a hospital. I was very skeptical as every doctor had failed me. But Turnpaugh was different little by little we tried everything, every treatment possible/therapy, supplements and more. I primarily work with Dr. Ross but I have also worked with Dr. Cassandra and Dr. Erin, they are all wonderful! My progress did not come overnight but through years of monitoring my symptoms, healing my gut and body while eating properly, and actually supporting my body with my what it needed. Fantastic experience: A new alternative to mainstream medicine. Staff is friendly & the medical team is really concerned about seeing how they can help you with your health issues. This office does not process insurance, so you have to ask for copies of your visit summary and file your own insurance claims.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gattuso listened when my PCP and gynecologist wouldn’t. I no longer have monthly migraines, weekly headaches, debilitating PMDD/PMS symptoms or dread my period due to its heavy flow and unpredictability. Results of blood work and a Dutch test showed my hormones were way out of range (high and low) and the cause of all of my symptoms. Dr. Gattuso came up with a plan that included dietary changes and supplements to level my hormones out. It took a couple of months of adjusting supplements and refining what worked for me, but once we did, I have been symptom free! I would recommend Dr. Gattuso for any women’s health issues. She has a clear passion for what she does and she’s everything you want a doctor to be — understanding, confident, knowledgeable and genuine.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with eczema my whole life. I've tried all the 'traditional' methods to control my flare ups and unpredictable eczema. When I decided to stop using prescription steroids as my go to, I started to see Dr. Ross for help. We chose a food elimination diet and bloodwork to help pin point what was causing the issues. I was able to find out what my trigger foods are as well as understand my environmental and physical triggers.

Fantastic experience: Started seeing Doctor Ross in early September to address overall health and weight loss. Received very detailed current status based on bloodwork. Basically followed dietary and supplement recommendations for last four months. Followed up with more blood work, was very pleased with all results including weight loss, cholesterol, and testosterone levels. Will definitely continue with plan moving forward and bi-yearly follow ups with Doctor Ross. Would highly recommend, excellent bedside manner to say the least.

Negative experience: After 2.5 yrs at this practice, I was basically let go with no transition plan for my medical care. Why? Because I was getting worse under their care and they had no desire to continue to help me. This is a clinic that boosts they take on difficult cases. There are a panel of MDs. Instead of offering me another practitioner, I was given the following reasons to suddenly end medical care: 1. Too busy to cont my case. 2. I would do better seeing a local practitioner 3. They don’t feel comfortable that I was on antibiotics for a chronic infection. I was basically told I will no longer get medical care here. Only holistic. However- their website boosts a full spectrum of care. Why would I stay with a practice, pay $300/hr for only lab review and recommendations of herbal supplements. I know I am a complicated case but that is their wheelhouse. Meanwhile- I was on Pharma drugs for my thyroid, hormones and high triglycerides. I will never know why the practice “dumped” my care but It was something I didn’t see coming and I was never given a truthful explanation. When I wrote Dr West (the head physician) to find out why they made this decision, I was met with a very cold email response. I offered to talk with her on the phone to further discuss and she obviously had no desire to do that. They treated me like I was some sort of threat to their practice when I thought I had a really good relationship with my practitioner. I think I was getting worse and they didn’t know what to do with me, so their only solution was to cut my medical care. I have never experienced anything like that before. I always have a positive experience with my healthcare professionals. This is also supposed to be “the-go-to” for Lyme. I had symptoms for 2.5 yrs and not one of their doctors caught it. You can’t just rely on Lyme and co-infection labs - they are not always accurate. You would think THW would have known that. I am in several Lyme FB groups and reviews for Turnpaugh Health and Wellness gets very mixed reviews.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey to feeling 100% with Dr. Ross a year ago. I had been suffering with IBS symptoms for 2 decades with no relief. GI specialists simply recommended different diets or costly & invasive tests. My labs at Turnpaugh showed a high h. pylori infection in my body as well as very unbalanced hormones. I could not be more relieved to have my issues finally resolved and given my life back. Turnpaugh Health & Wellness is doing it right....find the root cause with simple tests and treat the whole person. We wouldn't think twice about running a diagnostic check on our cars, yet do not put the time into doing it for our own bodies. I could not be happier with the investment in my health. My only wish was that I would have gone sooner.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Erin has given me my life back!!! I had spent years seeing my family doctor and specialists for intestinal issues as well as “allergy issues” and fatigue. I was immediately put on a low-histamine and anti-inflammatory diet. After extensive blood work, the appropriate supplements were added to the 6 antihistamines I was taking daily. In two months, I was feeling better than I had felt in at least three years. Ten months, later, I am feeling amazing and my energy level is back to what is was about 12 years ago. AND I am off all antihistamines and taking only natural supplements while continuing the diet. I had given up hope of ever again feeling alive and energetic. It was a painful struggle getting here but - I won’t lie - worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Turnpaugh in Manheim since August 2020 and have been extremely happy with everything associated with them. I see Dr. Ross for most of my concerns but have also seen Cassandra for basic physicals and exams and both have been extremely helpful and kind, as have everyone there. They treat me as a person, not a number like normal doctors offices and have made some huge connections that have led to new new diagnosis that tons of doctors at large hospitals and specialists have not found. They are always able to "connect the dots" between my symptoms and other things that could be going on which could help me. Dr. Ross especially has been extremely caring and willing to take and respond to all of my messages between appointments in detail as needed- not a quick response like you'll get at other places. I feel at home when I"m in the office and the office staff and other practitioners are always so welcoming to myself and others and have easily built a rapport with anyone who comes in. I am continually impressed with the understanding and care that Dr. Ross gives his patients- even going as far as taking longer in an appointment than needed just to make sure all your concerns are taken care of. He works hard for his patients and gives them his undivided attention and care when they are with him. I also see him for chiropractic and he is amazing- my first chiropractor and my ONLY one! He's so gentle but gets to the root of the issue and encourages self-care ideas for at home to continue healing. The office overall is understanding of financial issues and has worked with me to meet the needs I have since they can't take insurance- but do take HSA/FSA. I will willingly pay out of pocket for all of my services there and trust all the providers to take care of my whole family- kids included when the time comes for us. Highly recommend to everyone who I speak to about my own health concerns and share my own great results with what we have accomplished in just 7 months time.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Ross for about 2 months now and I can't even details how much better I've been feeling. When I started I was in a lot of pain from an autoimmune flare up and with a diet change at his recommendation, my pain has completely gone away. Fantastic experience: Patient is a 6 yr old PANDA/PANS child. After huge changes under the direction of Ross, we began cranial sacral therapy with Dr Gattuso to continue healing. Fantastic experience: I was brand new to the area when I came across this practice. I had lived in Maryland for 30 + years, so changing practices was scary. I take my health very seriously and knew I wanted a functional practice as opposed to a traditional one. Going to Dr. Ross and Turnpaugh Health and Wellness was the best decision I have ever made. I am a neurological Lyme patient and Dr. Ross was a god-send with his treatment style and how detail oriented he was with my care. I recovered from my third Lyme battle much faster than anticipated due to (what I felt) was his cutting edge suggestions and knowledge of the disease. My first inquiring phone call (which I believe was with Erin) left me feeling so encouraged and seen when I was practically in tears and felt so defeated waking up with full body hives everyday and struggling with anxiety. Fantastic experience: Amazing place! I struggle with endometriosis. The symptoms are unbearable, and have me down and out from even doing life at times. I don’t wanna go into to much TMI but if you know, you know. After having my ectopic pregnancy I now only have one working Fallopian tube. I personally decided to to the holistic route to healing my body internally due to that ectopic pregnancy. Even though I knew it would take long, it was the one route that gave me peace. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Ross in May 2020. When I began seeing him, I was so fatigued I could hardly keep my head up. I slept more than I was awake. I was in constant pain and did not know if I was ever going to be able to go back to work. Dr Ross had such a positive outlook for me if was hard not to have one for myself even though all I wanted to do was sleep. He came up with a plan and I started on it. Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr. Ross at Turnpaugh for our daughter since last year. Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about Turnpaugh Health and Dr. Ross. I have had problems with hormone issues and high blood pressure for a very long time and could not lose weigh or get the blood pressure down even with exercise and watching what I ate. Dr. Ross ordered blood work found out what was going on put me on some natural supplements and since November I have lost 13 pounds, my hormones are starting to go back to normal and I feel fabulous. Fantastic experience: Erin Gattuso is amazing!!! I went to her for a chronic cough that lasted for months and I was so happy that she listened to everything going on with my body and gave me supplements to help my immune system fight it. I went to a traditional doctor who only recommended I try an allergy medication but never tried to find the root of the problem and treat that. I love how Erin also ties life circumstances into your overall health and also gave me some “me time” homework. I recommend this office to everyone!!

As a bonus, Dr Ross has many great health videos on You Tube. I have found the office staff to be very compassionate, friendly and helpful as well.
