They only suggest things that will help you meet your goals, and makes it feel like a community at the shop. The other thing that is really great is the prices here. Not only does he have everything you need, but he also has a very competitive price. Overall I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could.

They also have great, reputable brands, and people working there who don’t try to sell you on things, but simply inform. I have a lot of respect for their services, and I always check them out before I check out big names like VS or GNC. Normally they have the quality products I’m looking for, and a competitive price.

Fantastic experience: If you are someone who takes nutrition supplements, no matter who you are or where you get them from, no store in Jax is better for supplements than First Coast. Phil is a smart dude who has been in the game for a long time and knows what he is talking about. GNC and vitamin shoppe are chains who sell generic, basic products and don't care about you. Plus their employees shouldn't be the people you're getting supplement knowledge from. You wouldn't let a overweight out of shape person give you fitness advice, why would you for nutrition and supplements. Phil will take care of you. Oh, And the best part, his prices beat every other supplements shop, by far. Go see the man, learn something, save some money, and get the best products out there right now that you WILL NOT find anywhere else. If you're going to take supps, be smart. Take the best and save the most.
