Fantastic experience: When my chiropractor of many years retired, I tried several chiropractors and then I found Dr. Lillis and her team at Advance Body Chiropractic. Dr. Lillis is wonderful, my back feels the best it has in ages. Dr. Lillis and her team make their patients feel comfortable and take a personal interest in their care. I couldn't be happier with my care.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with who ever answered my call. Telling me I would have to self pay if I did not guarantee I could come a few times a week for a few weeks. I am on call sometimes and can not guarantee that. She never even asked who my insurance company was. Just said some insurance companies don't like to pay if you don't come a few times week; so I would have to self pay. I called my insurance company they said this is false info. When I told the lady who answered the phone I will have to find another clinic that can help me; she just said ok and hung up like no big deal.

Fantastic experience: I ended up in ER and was diagnosed with vertigo. People were saying to try the chiropractor, I’m so glad I listened! Dr. Lillis and her team are amazing and I’m already starting to feel the results after just 2 visits! I’m hoping I’ll be back to my normal routine sooner rather than later! Fantastic experience: My daughters and I came to Dr. Lillis after a terrible car accident. I have some severe allergies to pain medication and Advanced Body Chiropractic offers alternatives such as hydro therapy, acupuncture, and massage. I couldn't find these at other clinics. Dr. Lillis took great care of us, and continues to work with all three of us extensively to help us heal. She is a wonderful doctor and cares deeply about her patients. We all leave our appointments feeling amazed about our care and the interaction with Dr. Lillis and her staff. I can't believe how much we all look forward to seeing them. They are delightful! Cassie, the massage therapist, is one of the best at what she does. I can finally sleep again after my appointments.

Recently I fell on the ice and sustained an injury to my leg and shoulder. She has worked with adjustments, acupuncture and ultrasound to get me back on track. Wonderful!

Negative experience: What started out wonderful, ended on me switching chiropractors. Dr Lillis was great, but there was some miscommunication about care plans and them signing off on my care. So, the next time I went in after "completing" my care I would have to pay out of pocket. Mind you they told be okay, and let me walk out even though they knew they would still charge me. A couple weeks go by, and I get a bill in the mail for that appointment and then claiming i didn't call or show. But, I did show and if they would have been clear, in my scheduling, I would have never made the appointment. I also had to cancel an appointment months ago due to a family emergency, and even after them just giving me a warning, I am now charged with that. Overall I think they are fine people, but the communication end of their business is lacking.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for over 10 years. First after having my first child who needed to carried EVERYWHERE. I was out of alignment from constantly having him on my hip. I was in a lot pain. Over a year ago, I started having low back pain from working at a desk all day. Within 3-4 sessions with Dr. Lillis, I was pain free. I recently went again for a maintenance session. I was feeling tight all over. I immediately felt better after leaving the office. Do your self a favor and make an appointment at Advanced Body Chiropractic. Spend less time, money and effort on preventative care, rather than traditional reactive care. Dr. Lillis has years of experience. She efficient and precise in her care, which allows her to treat patients at an affordable rate. Thank you all at Advanced Body Chiropractic!

Fantastic experience: Awesome clinic. Dr Lillis is a great chiropractor, compassionate, conversational - Stewartville is so fortunate to have this clinic in town! The rest of the staff are also always so helpful. Our kids are grown now, but when they were children Dr Lillis was wonderful working on them too. Definitely five star review!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seen by Dr. Lillis and Dr. Tom for 3 years for back pain related to my scoliosis. She is a miracle worker! She is so passionate about being a chiropractor and it shows every time I go in. She saw me through my last pregnancy and it was my most comfortable one yet! She has adjusted my new baby and my other kids. She is wonderful with them! About a year ago she saw my 4 year old because he was having cold symptoms that wouldn’t go away and it was even affecting his hearing. His lymph nodes were so big you could see them! She adjusted him and did a “throat stripping” to clear the tubes in the back of throat. Within a day there were a 1/4 of the size and within 2 days they were back to normal! His cold was gone and his hearing was back to normal! I would recommend Dr. Lillis to anyone looking for chiropractic care! She truly cares about her patients! Dr. Tom is also great! Very knowledgeable! He clearly loves his job and cares about his patients! I recommend either to everyone that is looking for a chiropractor!

Negative experience: Had a appointment today and the lady at the front was very-very rude. Luckily Dr. Lillis is amazing otherwise I wouldn't go back.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this Chiropractor! in response to an email message I received from advanced chiropractor I will go more into detail. When I first came to Lillis I was given a certain amount of chiropractor visits I was given from my insurance company. I believe his name was Stevens or something like that on the confirmation letter from my insurance carrier and of course Mrs. Lillis said she had worked with him for years. Here lies the key to what occurred. I was offered a service (table with rollers) but I was not informed my insurance would not pay for it which according to the contract they make you sign you become responsible for the bill. At the time I was going to a private Christian University to become a Chaplain and I gave the Lillis my complete trust. I completely understand certain insurance groups pay little or nothing to a Chiropractor and other creative means of survival is necessary but dishonest ones goes against everything I thought the Lillies were. I paid the amount because I did sign the agreement but I will be forthright in telling God and the world I felt cheated, lied to and conned and I have to wonder how many others this has been done to. I know how expensive overhead is and your own home and cars and you just had a new baby so I forgive you. Secondly, almost every patient or client I spoke to of yours verified you did almost exactly the same three or four techinques that lasted no more than 5 minutes on all them. I came to understand your operation like a cheap fast food restaurant. Last but not least you worked on me without viewing my X-rays. You did more harm than good. Now, you discovered I had fibromyalga and for that alone I am grateful. I don't blame you for being forced to create other ways to make money. The Government put a very low ceiling rate for your services. It was the way your husband treated me that was worse than the con to accept a service you Knew my insurance would not pay for therefore you could charge me double what they paid anyway. Ugly and dirty... I have to wonder how many others you have done this to? I would have left my original one line reviewed but you had to answer me with such disrespect. You forced me to tell the truth about what you did to me. This has been a difficult life lesson for all of us. Don't accept any procedure until you know if your insurance pays for it because the Lillies will not '''inform' you. Lesson Learned~
