Sea Mar Everett Medical Clinic: Reviews
Negative experience: Dr. Jimenez needs to lose his license. Didn't want to listen to a word I had to say, just saw I was obese and wrote a referral to nutrition and went away. Disgraceful. On top of that, orders and referrals are often lost. Terrible management. GET YOUR CARE SOMEWHERE ELSE
Negative experience: Front end staff very rude
Negative experience: I've been going to seamar for a couple of years. I have had so many problems with my prescriptions even ones that I have been on for over 10 years. Everytime I go in it with a different doctor and if you can make an appointment it will not be within 4 or more weeks. If I had a choice I would never go there again.
Negative experience: The signs on the doors say Mon-Sat 8am-5pm. However, I was unable to gain entrance at 11:30am. I was informed that they are in fact closed on Saturday when I called the number on their door
Negative experience: Do not go here. Do not try to establish care here. This facility is extremely poorly run. Whoever is handling scheduling does a terrible job. They never have appointments for their established patients. They also have a very high turnover rate and multiple physicians have told me as a patient that they are leaving the facility because it is poorly run. Do not try to establish care here unless you would like to be disappointed and not have any consistent care. I highly recommend that you avoid this clinic unless you want to be treated poorly and have bad healthcare.
Negative experience: Uno marca por teléfono y nunca contesta el teléfono no contestan demoran mucho
Negative experience: 3 visits: 1st was ok, nothing good/bad. 2nd was great as the dentist actually provided detailed information. 3rd my ins had changed but they didn't check, or even see, the uploaded insurance. The receptionist said "we recommend everyone call their insurance ahead of time." No, there was never that recommendation. On the contrary, every health or dental experience I have ever had always checked the insurance. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't lie and waste people's time.
Fantastic experience: Always so kind to my mother Dr. Emily is the best.
Fantastic experience: Professional staff
Fantastic experience: I was there back in 2013, have never been so sick in my life. I was at the time, slowly dying of a severe oral infection. The doctor reminded the staff that I am a nurse. They were very respectful and did their best to help. Thankfully, my family helped pay the cost of the surgery (at the time, no insurance). Happily I recovered and am again working as a nurse. I’ll never forget the self respect I gained from it. I’m now volunteering at a free clinic in the city I now live in. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the medical services provided here. Front desk, lab, RNs and MDs are awesome here. Thanks a lot for your care and patience!
Negative experience: Scheduled me for an appointment on Saturday but they aren’t even open on Saturday? This location is just a whole mess. I could write an essay.
Negative experience: This place is awful! I would steer clear!
Fantastic experience: Doctor Yassin is amazing. I felt seen and heard and he spent a good deal of time talking with me to make sure I felt confident in the solution to my issues. Highly recommend him.
Fantastic experience: I have gotten proper referrals for all of my obscure medical needs from my primary care doctor here. She is fabulous.
Negative experience: My mother had an appointment at 10:45 am, she arrived 15 minutes early. They let her in at 11 am, she waited 55 minutes for the doctor to show up. The doctor never showed up. She left angry since she never got attended. Bad place. I would rate this a negative number if I could.
Fantastic experience: Muy buen lugar para atenderte de la salud personal y dental y tienen personal que habla en español.
Negative experience: Website promises walk-in only services that clinic doesn't provide at all. False advertising cost me a lot of travel time& effort.
Negative experience: I waited 3 weeks for this appointment, had to make a special request for this day off, lost money, and they cancelled on me day of when the day before I called to make sure my appointment was still available. If the doc is sick, of course stay home and feel better soon, but I don't trust them anymore. I don't have time or money to keep doing this so I'm going to a different doctor.
Negative experience: Rude and lazy, especially the heavy set receptionist with a 3 dot tattoo on her hands. You took a 6 month course to feel superior. Lol
Fantastic experience: Got my 2 year olds COVID vaccine here this morning. They let you wait outside, have a smooth check in process, and the nurse giving the vaccine was great. My daughter barely flinched. Overall, great place to get a vaccine for your child!
Negative experience: I keep getting hung up on
Negative experience: I'd give this place a negative star if I could. We've been trying to get my girlfriend's prescription for diabetic supplies for a week or so now. There's always something issue with the office, today they couldn't get the fax from the pharmacy they needed for my girlfriends prescription BECAUSE THEIR FAX MACHINE WAS BROKEN. We had left to go get the form they needed and bring it to them when they called my girlfriend and told her the machine had been fixed and the prescription and proper forms had been sent and we were all good. They sent the wrong prescription. And now they're closed.
Negative experience: Can’t get ahold of anyone at the front desk.
Negative experience: They never answer phone calls using takes 1-2hs just to get to talk to some one And when they do they put you on hold or respond rude I have seen that the phone be ringing and them ignoring the calls
Negative experience: Bad medical service and patient service. The front desk girls always talking and never answer calls , phones are ringing all the time and they don't even try to answer. This clinic needs to hire people who do want to work and less lazy ones . Bad experience here never coming back . No wonder is low income clinic . You get what you pay for
Negative experience: They never answer their phones , & when I walk all the girls are on there phone .
Negative experience: Worst hospital how do they serve clients seriously.Nobody picks up the phone and they don't return calls either. It is a pity!
Negative experience: They say seek help if you neet it. But they won't help. I landed in the E.R because of one doctor's neglect.
Negative experience: Esta clinica dibulga información confidencial y ademas sus recepcionistas tienen muy mal Modo
Negative experience: I showed up at 5am to get in line for the covid vaccine. On the website it said walk-ins only and I called the night before they told me the same thing. I stood in line for 3 hours to have a staff member tell me that it was appointments only for the second dose and they were not serving first doses to anyone that day. I am so frustrated by the lack of communication. Very poor service, and not up-to-date website.
Negative experience: The staff at this location made a lot of trouble to their patients. For example, they only take walk in on COVID-19 vaccines. That means those old people need to come before 6 am and wait on a line outside the building with cold weather and sometimes with rain. My experience is even worse. After more than an hour waiting on a line, they told us they didn't have enough doses for today, you had to come back even earlier tomorrow. Why don't they take appointments at first place? Make fun to those old men and women?
Negative experience: Appointment was at 10am and finally they take me to a room at 10:55, I was here 15 minutes earlier This is not the first time, is 90% of the time
Positive experience: Originally, I posted an angry comment. Then the thing they did to make me angry never came up again. I misjudged them and apologize. However, I have had some frustrating communication problems with them, so I think 4 stars is appropriate.
Negative experience: the attitude to patients is very bad.
Negative experience: Bad place ever.
Negative experience: Spent 30 minutes on hold in the morning and got hung up on.
Hi Madi, we are sorry you’ve been experiencing trouble getting a hold of our clinic. To help you get connected while still protecting your information, could you please send us a message on our website? www.seamar.org/contact-us
Negative experience: Pésimo servicio
Fantastic experience: My family have had only good experiences coming here. The doctor made 3 generations of women feel comfortable with a new clinic.
Fantastic experience: Best place ever the staff are evey nice never had a problem
Fantastic experience: Been going here for 2 year's never had a problem staff professional and helpful the other good thing is pharmacy is at same location
Negative experience: Never on time after you've waited a insane amount of time to even get in! Its not a clinic that cares about you or your kids...
Negative experience: They rush you out cuz of what kind of insurance you have. Play Russian Roulette with changing your medication around and you get sick from it.
Positive experience: Only a 3 because the Dr was very open to hearing everything and showed they cared...however the receptionist is a JOKE
Fantastic experience: All of the Ladies in Reception are so Sweet and Helpful. We’ve been patients of an ARNP there for over a year now and have always been treated superbly, plus their pharmacy is always incredibly quick!
Negative experience: They will give you an appointment 1 to 2 months out and then cancel it without letting you know. Then when you arrive at the appointment that you think you scheduled they will act oblivious as to what happened and offer for you to wait around for a no-show all day. Then if you're not yet fed up with them doing this to you yet they'll offer to reschedule you for another 1 to 2 months out. Then rinse and repeat until you just MIGHT get to see a doctor that will take care of you.
Negative experience: I was pretty good with my previous experiences until last week. Some old doc lady pretty much told me that im not allowed to come back to do another STD testing. Thinking about switching to another place
Negative experience: They will waste your time. They answer the phone and put you straight on hold until you hang up. They never call your insurance to prior authorize. They prescribe the wrong medicine for your insurance. You can make an appointment but they still won't see you until 30-40 minutes after you arrive. Don't go here unless you have no other options.
Negative experience: They employee s especially the doctor that attended us were very rude
Negative experience: Paid $70 to wait an hour and a half for them to make me feel worse by unprofessional buttwads.
Negative experience: If youre looking for 10mins of BS, and no result...Go ahead and go there. Ive been a patient of this office for 3+ years now. I had a bumpy mark on my arm for 3 months that i spoke to them about. They DIDN'T recommend a dermatologist AFTER I asked them to. Instead gave me cortisone cream that i had said ive already been using. Went back and said its not working. Different doctor this time, Again it was another 10mins ,of them pretending. After i asked to see a dermitologist again. They prescribed me more cream. Got a second opinion. Turns out it was CANCER. 10mins of BS isnt a way to care for patients. Thanks SeaMar.
Negative experience: Seamar is the worst clinic ever. I am changing providers immediately. If you are waiting on lab results or a call back, don't hold your breath because you won't get one.
Positive experience: These reviews are all based on technical things and not service so let me give a review based on the skill and professionalism of the doctors, and not the front of house of its phone service. My experience since starting here 3 months ago has been nothing but pleasurable, the front of desk staff has been amazingly kind and professional. The doctor herself has been amazingly patient, kind and understanding that people all have different sensitivities. she asked me every other minute if I was in pain, and stopped instantly if i was uncomfortable. She explained things in a way I could understand, and gave me the tools I need to protect my teeth in the future. All in all I found the entire experience very pleasant and their customer service above and beyond what I expected for a low income clinic.
Negative experience: Absolutely terrible!!! Worst clinic yet!! I accompanied my mother for her 4:00 appointment and they said that the doctor was going to be an hour late. This clinic closes around 5 so we waited for a whole hour and 30 minutes!! So Ms. Katherine L. Caldwell you are the worst doctor yet. I wonder how you got your job, my mother says you are always late. That's absolutely ridiculous!!!
Negative experience: Im a veteran with a cyst on lunate bone and the tendon torn . My pain gradually has gotten worse. After 6 months I'm finally getting the surgery I need. During this time my primary care physician has been barely helping with my pain. After this is over switching to a doctor that knows when someone needs pain relief when there in extreme pain until its resolved. But otherwise a good doctor.
