The owner, Erin, had competitive bodybuilding experience and the gym has a great collection of equipments to target whichever muscle groups. If that's not good enough reason to sign up here, once you sign up, you get 24/7 access. So whether you like that 4:30am-early-bird workout or midnight workouts, you don't have to worry about the gym being closed.

Fantastic experience: While in Smithfield for 5months I was looking for a gym and came across Fit 24. It was just what I was looking for. Everything that I needed, friendly staff and members. The owner Erin was very friendly and helpful. When I’m back in the area next year I will definitely be back.

Keller has been my personal trainer for about 4 months now and I've been getting stronger and more confident. I also don't have to break the bank for a membership. Highly recommend Keller's Fit 24.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this gym by a friend and I can certainly say it is the absolute best!! Erin is my personal trainer and also the owner of the gym. She is great and always makes sure you are working out correctly. This is my first time with a personal trainer and I know I have the best!! She really cares about you and your health and will take care of you!!

Fantastic experience: a well owned and operated gym with tons of equipment and a delicious protein bar. mrs.Erin communicated well the process of buying a membership and explaining how the gym and keycards work. she provieds excellent personal training: the gym has quality membership prices and tons of workout options. the protein is delicious and she has multple options. from premade shakes to fresh shakes made daily. with lovely hrs of being open 24/7 to all members. ive had a wonderful month here so far and have already gained 10 lbs and look to continue gaining muscle. thank you to mrs.erin and her stagf for welcoming me.

Fantastic experience: I came from training in a home gym, in the ~3 months I've been training here I've made significant progress especially compared to before. I love the variety of machines, overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any level of experience

Fantastic experience: Good gym, very good and friendly staff, and reasonably priced. I have been going to this gym since 2018 back when they were by the IGA on brightleaf Blvd, before they recently moved to this new location. The new location is much bigger, more spacious, and better layed out, than the old location. It also has even more machines than before. I will recommend them to any one, who is looking for a good 24hr gym.
