Negative experience: Went here a couple months ago for multiple sessions and in the end was told I'm too difficult and cant be helped any further do to my injuries. Charged over 200 for initial examine which is nuts and scammed me over $40 saying my insurance hasn't payed for anything. Went to a new chiropractor and saw the difference. Don't come here waste of time and money especially. Update- YOU canceled the appointments ma'am. I would get to my house and I was hurting worse because the tool you use dosent even move muscle or tissues or even bones!! And btw i was in the burlington hospital no being able to walk and i saw you and your son right across from my room. He was walking just fine and you got out of there before me and saw before me as I was waiting 2 days so dont even start with that. I know what happened and you need to stop. Thank you Bye
First and foremost,I am glad you found someone to help you. Now I'd like to clarify your misinformation. One, we have never charged $200 for the first visit. In fact, due to your circumstances, we gave you a greatly reduced price where you only paid partial. As for difficult, I apologize because I made it clear that some of the symptoms you presented were not in chiropractic domain and suggested getting cleared by your PCP for your safety. I have been practing for 35 years and never have I said a patient was difficult but I am super detailed for my patient’s safety. Also I want to remind you that you cancelled several appointments without appropriate notice and we did not charge you anything. In fact, we had trouble with your billing and as I stated- when you came in -that it was your responsibility to get your bill paid. The reason -as I explained to you- that I had an extremely sick child who has been in and out of the hospital for the last 7 months and I did not have the staff nor time to handle billing problems. (Even though it was not my responsibility, we typically excel in customer service as exemplied by 35 years in practice and mostly 5 star reviews. You did call us back and said it was submission problems. I spoke with you directly and said, I need to know exactly what your insurance said and you said you would call and get back to me. I made several phone calls to my billing company and both you and they did not respond. I explained to you I did not get paid anything(besides your partial payment) and would wait to hear from you. Imagine my surprise when I was paid a fraction of the exam by you(me being nice), waiting on your response(as it is ultimately your responsibility), and seeing such a vitrolistic review from you. Maybe the visits we saw you laid the foundation for the next chiropractic success. Regardless, I don't feel this review is accurate nor kind. Interesting you had time to write this but not follow-up with me directly as you have my personal cell phone(as all my patients have 24 hour access). I guess you just can't please everyone. Finally, I want to reiiterate I am beyond happy that your problem resolved, sadden that with my extreme circumstances surround the health of our adopted son you couldn't show more compassion and or responsibilty. I wish you the best and contined health. I will obviously close your file with a lesson that you taught me.
Fantastic experience: My wife has a fracture in her back. It's from coughing & wheezing while she had pneumonia in February. She has had a recurrent pain in her back that feels like someone is inside her body with a pick axe and has been hitting her from the inside out. Dr. Molly gave her a treatment with the activator tool last week (May 7, 2025) and the pain stopped instantly. Hasn't come back as of May 14, 2025. Unbelievable relief. Dr. Molly is awesome!! We highly recommend her.

Negative experience: I went here for several appointments in the Fall of 2016. I always asked if I owed anything, and did not receive a bill, and the person at the desk always said I didn't owe anything. Over a year later (Dec 2017) got a bill for over $400 right before Christmas. It was difficult to reach anyone at the office to discuss. I called repeatedly but either no one answered, or if someone did answer the phone they weren't able to discuss the billing issues and the billing person was only in on certain days. I finally got ahold of someone who could discuss the bill, I found that apparently they had hired someone who wasn't sending out bills for awhile. I paid the bill in full. But it is really frustrating to be told you don't owe anything while you're receiving the services and then over a year later you're sent a bill with no explanation on the significant delay. I am not really one to write negative reviews but this stood out to me among my experiences in healthcare.
I want to personally apologize for your horrible experience. As you know I had been out of the office with a personal health crisis putting my patients’ care in staff that apparently did not live up to your -and quite frankly my- expectations. They truly did the best they could as I was only there a handful of hours a week to guide them. There was no intention of causing you stress. Please also be aware that insurance quotes are the best we can do and can’t tell you exactly your amount- hence the paper you signed - until they respond sometimes up to a year later (That’s why many doctors aren’t taking insurance-sadly). Please realize these are not excuses just reasons for your horrible experience. I hope you take my apology. I am now back to caring for all my patients and have hired a billing firm to take over. I truly wish I could satisfy every patient but my health, staffing and insurance have limited me. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Dr. Molly

Fantastic experience: Dr Molly has kept me walking, literally! I have been helped, (actually half carried) into her office after a car accident that left me all bent over. There were quite a few other times also. I always walked out better than I went in. The pain relief I got was great! I have been going to her since she opened her doors on main St. She understands what you tell her, and knows how to make it better. One of the best things I ever did for myself was walk in her office years ago!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to a chiro monthly for over a decade and NEVER have I had an experience like I did with Doc Molly! I didnt realize how OUT of balance and alignment I was, until I was adjusted by her! She found the issue where most of my neck pain was stemming from which was no where near my neck! After having 3 children and having serious tailbone issues that were never treated, I can honestly say after seeing her I am confident I am on the way to being back to where I need to be. Fantastic experience: Non-manipulation chiropractic care. I had immediate relief of stiff muscles, a stiff lower back, and years-old ankle trauma! Seriously, immediate relief! The staff is great, and Dr. Molly explains everything so there is no fear of the unknown.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Molly for years. I’ll admit when she was out for health reasons I stopped my chiropractic care as I missed her care! Very recently I slipped on icy stairs at my home and gave myself whiplash. After two days of AGONY I got in touch with Dr. Molly, she gave me a time to come in...little did I know the office was CLOSED and she REOPENED to HELP ME!! She adjusted me and I had INSTANT RELIEF!! That was on a Friday afternoon and she even offered to come in Sunday if I was still in discomfort! Good luck having that service and CARE anywhere else! I am looking forward to continuing my care with Dr. Molly and Dr. Nancy! I have never had any trouble with billing, I’ve only had the utmost care and compassion from Doc and the ENTIRE STAFF at Back To Health!!!

Fantastic experience: It's been 3 weeks since I began my visits at Back to Health. I am 38 years old and have Degenerative Disc Disease, Arthritis, multiple Bulging Discs, Fibromyalgia and a list of other conditions that cause constant chronic pain. I also work at a physically demanding job. I have tried many many things over the years, including other Chiropractic work and have not come close to achieving the results experienced at Back to Health. I strongly believe that pain medications are not the answer, that diet and exercise/PT are very necessary and now believe that this type of Chiropractic work is KEY. The staff is very down to earth and it's abundantly clear that they are all invested in each individual's health and well being. I also extra appreciate how Dr. Molly took the time to present all of my evaluation findings to me in a way that was very easy for me to comprehend. From someone who suffers immense unending pain that had resigned to her degenerative conditions with no chance of relief, I feel greatly compelled to share my review in hopes that it gives someone else the spark of hope that I didn't think I had either.

Fantastic experience: Having been quite pleased and successfully treated 2 years ago for sciatica, I returned to Dr Molly about 2 and a half weeks ago primarily for neck, shoulder and arm pain. After 4 visits, today I spent over a half hour with Dr Molly reviewing my situation and treatment plan. Dr Molly was happy to answer any questions I had; she is smart as all get out but not snooty, patient, clear and informative . Learning further about the brain, spine, nervous system and subluxation, coupled with the benefits of the activator I understand why my range of motion is improving and my pain significantly reduced! I’m standing taller ( literally and figuratively!). To be honest, I went several years ago on the rec of a friend and didn’t really fully take the time that was offered ( as a busy social worker trying to fit in some self care ) to understand exactly why it worked for me. It just did and I was grateful. Dr Molly and Nancy are so well trained and educated, and so experienced. Their care is extraordinary! They are passionate about helping people be healthy and pain free. The other staff I’ve met are helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Their kindness and humor is refreshing and so appreciated. So sorry we did meet with your expectations. You-as all my patients-have my personal cell phone number and I encouraged you to contact me directly with any concerns or praises. I can not fix what I do not know. I was also recovering from a serious health condition so I’m unsure if my temporary doctor or staff let you down. Btw no health treatment is a guarantee as there are many factors and we try our best. I see from the records we might have wasted your time but unless noted elsewhere we did not waste any of your personal money and would like to make that clear. Negative experience: Waste of my time and money. Staff spends most of their time chatting (with each other, often shouting across the office), so the environment feels loud, unfocused and unprofessional. Then they spend about 2 minutes jabbing you with the Activator tool that they love so much (and Dr. Molly even admitted she was going in the wrong direction, making my pain worse) before sending you home with paperwork comparing the number of hours the average chiropractor goes to school vs. the average medical doctor... if their services spoke for themselves, they wouldn't need to defend their practice like this. It was supposed to be covered by my insurance but they charged me more than I have paid at other chiropractors without insurance. In the end I went to a massage therapist who gave me the relief I was looking for, cost less and spent more time actually working on my body.
First let me apologize for the delay as I finally returned to patient care when Covid hit and have been out straight with staffing problems- like everyone else. No excuses. I am so sorry your experience at our office did not meet your expectations. Most of our patients enjoy our banter. We will take your constructive criticism into consideration. I’m sorry too about the charges but we follow strict insurance rules requiring collection of full co pays and deductibles. Fantastic experience: I want to be upfront, I started working here recently. The only reason I'm writing this is because I was such a negative naysayer about chiropractic care as a whole, and I really want more people to understand how beneficial this is. First off, I was always terrified of the snapping and cracking that chiropractic care is "known," but Dr. Molly and co. use what's called an Activator - it's a little handheld tool that uses speed rather than force and uses precision rather than a general area. This put me at ease (or I probably wouldn't have let myself be adjusted). Now before I continue let me be clear: MY RESULTS ARE NOT NECESSARILY TYPICAL. After my first adjustment, I was able to hop out of my bed and put my socks on like I was 15 years younger. This used to cause me immense pain, and was not a good way to start my day of course. Even after the first few days, week, couple weeks... I wondered when the pain would come back. Nothing. I really can't believe it. I'm in my 30s and thought it was just a part of aging. Other things changed for me too. No more numbness in my tailbone area from simply sitting. My muscles feel looser (I have a MD). I can move more freely. In short, I feel better than I have in years. For anyone out there looking at a surgery or painkillers as their only means of relief, give Dr. Molly a call. I'm no doctor, I'm just relaying what happened to ME. Give her a shot and if you follow the easy treatment plan... you'll walk away happy!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Molly's for several years and started seeing her after I had been assaulted by a student. She was and continues to be extremely patient, respectful, and compassionate. My physical pain has greatly diminished by having regular adjustments and my flexibility has improved. Dr. Molly and her team are willing to take time to answer all my questions and provide explanations. She has been great at fitting me in when I'm in pain and need to get an appointment as well as rescheduling when I've needed to last minute. Dr. Molly was willing to work with me to set up a payment plan and didn't make me feel bad for needing one. I will continue to refer my family, friends, and even you reading this to Dr. Molly.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible staff, if you want people who can't keep their books correctly and want to steal from you come here!!! I went here 5 years ago as a minor and saw them 2 times and was fully insured. Fast forward five years and I get a a notice in the mail saying I owe 280.00 because their previous book keeper did not send out statements and collect like she was supposed to and now they wanted me to pay it. First off 280.00 is pretty steep with insurance. Secondly, my father paid this balance off a few years ago. My sister still goes here so I thought maybe they somehow mixed us up as they have done that in the past, my dad and I still get appointment calls for my sister even though we had not been there in years. Being a reasonable person I called concerned and they said they would call back with more answers for me. Fast forward 2 weeks and I get a call saying I need to give them my dads address, which I refused because he has already paid and they said that they were sending us to a collection agency and that she would not argue with me over the phone. What great service from thieves!
I’m unsure how to respond but hopefully a simply sorry that my staff did not satisfy you while I was out on an extended medical leave is all I can offer. I assure you nothing was done maliciously. I am also sorry for the delay between my illness of four years, Covid and short staffed we were sadly delayed in responding… we have always prided ourselves in honesty. Many times PTs get angry when their insurance doesn’t respond in a timely manner or as expected. Often patients are upset at their health care provider for things beyond our control.( I’m talking in generalities.) If you would like to talk to me directly I am now back in the helm. Negative experience: Called for an appointment that day, they got me in, I proceeded to do 45 minutes of paperwork they claimed was for "insurance." I've gone to five chiropractors in my life, only ever did my copay and three pieces of paperwork. Once this was done they took me into one room where they did a thermal scan of my spine, then another room where we reviewed all my paperwork, they took my pictures, then finally a third room where they made me put on special booties and put me on the table. I came in for a problem in mg upper thoracic but they addressed a supposed problem with my hip. I was then "adjusted" seemingly at random and left with an appointment for the next week and no change in my back health. The next week I go back and wait for another 45 minutes, then get put on the table, and wait for 15 face down while I listen to the staff chat with patients. Finally the chiropractor comes in and again addresses my hip. This was my last visit and will be for the rest of time. I left with a sore hip and the problem I came in for never addressed. I wound up at a great chiropractor in South Burlington, explained everything, did two pages of paperwork and was fixed in one visit. Ultimately I feel lied to by Dr. Molly and her staff. I was told I would only go in as many times as I needed to but clearly the reality was different. I went in to reduce pain and irritation and left in worse shape than I came in.
This is a curious post as my staff stated we have no patient by this name. I have a few questions if I may. We have no thermal scan you speak of as it broke 6 years ago and we chose not to fix it as the scientific evidence was underwhelming to justify using it. 45 minutes for paperwork with 4 pages and a HIPPA form seems insane. In 25 years of practice, the longest time it has taken was 30 minutes with an 82 year who couldn’t see and had a huge health history and I assisted with her paperwork directly. Also I have NEVER EVER had a patient wait 15 minutes on a table. In fact I pride myself on time Efficiency. I treat people like I wanted to be treated. If we did not meet your expectations, I truly apologize and want to learn and be a better doctor for all my patients. I wonder if you have us mixed up with another chiropractor? If you could clarify your statements I assure you they will be addressed. I am glad you found relief elsewhere. Be well. Dr Molly
