Negative experience: Ive been sitting on this review for awhile but I need to post it. I've been a believer in FM for years. To me it's always represented HOPE to the hopeless, validity when you've been overlooked and healing because they've gotten to the root cause. I'm not so sure anymore. I finally decided to reach out for help because I have exhausted all other option, and again the door was shut in my face. I had my 15 minute free call and told Franca a little about what I have been going through and was automatically put in the long haul COVID category. I have never had a positive COVID test nor the symptoms. She then proceeded to tell me that "all I can tell you is it's going to cost a lot of money". Without knowing anything about me or my history this is what she had to offer me. In that moment my hopes were crushed once again. She said " if you are ready to go down that road, let me know". This really put FM in a dimmer light for me. I know Franca you are just 1 doctor of many, but what maybe more then anything I needed that day was a little hope. You can't put a price tag on health yet that is what the healthcare system does and they do it without seeing the human, the individual they are "treating". For everyone that gave 5 stars and found help I am happy for you and I hope you have continued health.

Fantastic experience: This place is giving me back my health and my life! I've struggled with a lot of GI issues for about 7 years now and for the last couple years they've been debilitating. I've been to many other doctors and so far nothing has helped cure anything, it's just put a mask over it (and even then, it wasn't really helping all that much). It's very frustrating and for those who have been there, you know how hard that can be to continue to try your hardest and still not get answers. That changed when I was recommended by a family friend to come here and see Franca. I've been seeing her via Skype/telephone calls for about 3-4 months now (I live out of town) and finally was able to make the trek today to meet her in person. In the past several months, with her very extensive knowledge base, she's been able to help me more than I've been helped in the past 7 years. It's not always easy, and required some life changes, but I figured being healthy and actually feeling happy is worth all that and more. We have a little bit of a journey still left to go, but Franca has outlined each step thoroughly so I know exactly what to expect along the way (I love that). She is very personable, friendly, and gives her full attention to you every time you meet. She also is very quick to respond to emails if anything needs to be tweaked outside of appointments. All in all, she's awesome and the world needs more practitioners like her.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with Franca's knowledge and rapid response to a critical problem I was having with my left leg and immediately recommended a 30 minute Ozone treatment that helped me immensely.. She also prescribed two antibiotic that is really helping me now. After having many many years of antibiotics for sinusitis and 2 sinus surgeries, I am very pleased that Franca found the underlying cause. I haven't had or needed an antibiotic for 4 months (that's a very long time for me). It would have been 6 months. However, I got a secondary sinus infection after a virus. I was also able to get off of a prescription medication for stomach issues. Next, I hope to get off of RX for High Blood pressure medication. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Franca!!! Fantastic experience: I suffered a knee injury 10 months ago and have since had surgery, physical therapy, many cortisone injections and was put on an anti inflammatory medication. Any relief was only temporary. I decided to forgo western medicine and give acupuncture a shot. I was treated by Breana and she is AMAZING! After only 2 treatments my knee feels better than it has in almost a year! I'm definitely going back again and again!
