Fantastic experience: If you’re reading reviews to make a decision about the Roselle center for healing, I would say do it and trust the process.. I couldn’t sleep because of hip and shoulder pain, Dr. Zhang treated me with acupuncture and chiropractic care, now I sleep without any pain I had chest pain and congestion after dealing with Covid, Dr. Zhang helped me heal. I tore my meniscus in my knee and was told I needed surgery, but Dr. Zhang advised me to allow him to treat me first, and now I’m walking normal with no surgery….. JUST THIS WEEK I was bitten by something that caused me to have tremendous pain, Itching,, a boil/blister that was the size of a hockey puck. I went to urgent care they did nothing. I went to the emergency room and they did nothing.. I went to my primary care, doctor, and he did nothing. Meanwhile, it became dark with brown yellow and white mass of who knows what. I have one session with Dr. Zhang with acupuncture laser, detox, and supplements. Within 24 hours, I felt relief. The area started looking better and clearing up some, and my hope was restored. Most elements people have take time to get to that point so you should only expect that it’s gonna take time to reverse it and bring you back to Health but one thing is for sure. The Roselle center for healing is not about putting a Band-Aid on a bullet wound. They are about getting you to a better state of health.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Roselle center Way back when Dr. Roselle was the only dock in the office probably in the mid to early 80s not sure exactly it’s been a long time. I haven’t been gone continually since then, But I have been seeing Dr. Browning probably for the last I’m gonna say 15 years or so and he is the most Informative and trusted Dr that I have.

Positive experience: Their insurance person Connie is extremely condescending and unhelpful. Responds to genuine billing /insurance questions as if she’s doing you a favor and it’s a huge inconvenience to her all whilst not actually answer your question. EDIT FOR ROSELLE RESPONSE: That is not why I’m unhappy. The way the billing staff responded to me and the subsequent reply from management was a masterclass in how not to be a leader and how not to respond to a patient. The response here shows you continue to have failed to take the time to understand my question and respond appropriately. Not once has someone even tried to call me or offered to call me, instead you continue to copy and paste the same fairly condescending and tone deaf response to me. For the 100th time, your doctors instructed me to ask you what potential codes are available so they could review and see if any different ones may be appropriate to use because THEY CANNOT SEE THEM. You, the billing/insurance staff, continue to respond as if I’ve asked you to change a code. I myself don’t know what codes exist, so how could I ask you to change it?! I don’t know what to tell you if you cannot see this distinction. Your doctors want to know what codes exist, because they can’t see them in your system, so they can tell me if any others work for me or not. That’s all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zhang is the most caring, knowledgeable, and highly skilled chiropractor that I have come across in the 25 years I’ve been using chiropractic care. He dedicates the time and energy needed to address your health needs! I am confident that after just a couple of visits with him, you will notice a significant difference in your health and well-being.

Fantastic experience: About a year and a half ago, I was lucky enough to find the Roselle Center and meet Dr. Zhang, and all the great staff members who worked there. I started my treatment after the terrible effects I had when I started taking a thyroid hormone. Thanks to Dr. Zhang and his excellent acupuncture and chiropractic treatment, I was able to heal and regain my normal life. I was very lucky to find Dr. Zhang, he is an excellent doctor and person who, with his knowledge, ability, skills, and positivity, is an example of a medical professional and what someone who is in charge of the difficult task of healing people should be. I was also lucky enough to meet Mary Jane, an excellent nutritionist and person who guided me very well with my healing process. I am very grateful because dr. Zhang and Mary Jane have been my great physical and psychological support in recovering my health.

Fantastic experience: I love Roselle Center for Healing! Everyone is amazing! They have helped me so much with all of my health issues. I had been to many doctors and gotten the runaround, but at Roselle, they listen to the patient and try to get at the root of all of their symptoms. This was the first place that was able to help me with my health issues, and they don't just throw medication at the situation. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The practice has the best chiropractors, acupuncturists, and nutritionists, which meet as a team to determine the best healing plan for their patients. Everyone goes out of their way to help find out the cause(s) behind a patient's symptoms and how best to solve the problems that are presenting. My fabulous team: Dr. Jerry Cowart is fantastic! As a chiropractor, he knows just how to apply the right pressure to fix what's out of alignment, and his way of talking with patients helps put them at ease. Dr. Pina is a wonderful acupuncturist who really knows her stuff! She targets what is presenting and will answer questions regarding the needling. I always walk out of her sessions completely relaxed. MaryJane is the nutritionist who has helped me make better nutritional and life choices. She also discovered that my gut issue was the cause of my brain fog. She had me cut out fast food, gluten, and many other things and got me back into cooking for myself. As difficult as it was to break those bad habits, I'm so grateful for her guidance. Derreth, the ACC Thermographer, does a wonderful job with this interesting technology, and she is very thoughtful and encouraging. All of the staff is kind and helpful. They greet you with a smile, help you however they can, and understand when you're struggling. The practice is clean and calming, with an inviting waiting room with complementary hot tea or water, books available to read and comfortable chairs. The consultation rooms and chiropractic rooms are professional, but inviting, and the massage room and acupuncture rooms are cozy and relaxing. Everything is clean and kept that way by the staff circulating through, ensuring everything is ready for patients. The practice has weekly podcasts, free seminars people can attend and newsletters sent out on a regular basis. One note: Roselle Center for Healing doesn't accept insurance, but will help you bill the insurance company in order to help you get reimbursement from your insurance if eligible. They will also help you work out a payment plan if necessary. The treatments are not inexpensive, but they are worth it (in my opinion). I hope you check them out!

Fantastic experience: The staff and my doctor, Dr. Qinglong Zhang, are very pleasant and he has a great bedside manner. They all seem to really care about the clients and I'm treated with much respect and kindness and although it's taking my healing quite awhile, I seem to be improving physically and mentally. I not only consider him as my doctor, but also my friend. Most times, people don't want to go to the doctors' offices, but I actually miss them when I'm not able to go. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: My journey to the Roselle Center started when I was seeking thermography during a perceived health crisis. Derreth was the answer to my prayers. She is so compassionate and truthful. I left my first appointment feeling equipped and empowered. I was so inflamed that she suggested I seek chiropractic care at the Roselle Center and she made 3 suggestions at the Roselle Center. I intuitively selected Dr. Zhang and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Zhang is often smiling, he is so caring and his skillset as both a chiropractor and acupuncturist provides so much depth to my care. He listens, he always takes his time and our time together is collaborative. His skills naturally confirm and guide his plan of treatment. For example, I remember coming in feeling stressed and he confirmed the location and quality of the stress based on muscle testing and confirmed it with his knowledge of acupuncture and the meridians. I am always happy to see Dr. Zhang because he does not provide "cookie cutter" treatments. He meets me where I am each time I have an appointment. I am 90% less inflamed within a few months of seeing Dr. Zhang consistently. Fantastic experience: When I think of Dr. Zhang, the descriptive words that immediately come to mind are genuine laughter, profound expertise, joyful heart and abundant wisdom. This is the kind of doctor that I would want for anyone who wants to be seen and heard and to be treated with kindness and respect. I first met Dr. Zhang five months ago while in the midst of recovering from a car accident that occurred eight months prior. Suffering from significant whiplash, Western medicine was able to help me recover about 80% of the use of my head, neck, and shoulder areas, but I could not get any further and still with persistent headaches as a result of the accident. This perhaps would be satisfactory for someone to "get through" their day, but certainly not to live a full and meaningful life in the way that I was used to. After the initial evaluation, Dr. Zhang said without a doubt that he could help me as long as I could prioritize the time that he needed to support me on this healing journey, which I committed to doing so. In addition to the plethora of Eastern medicine techniques that Dr. Zhang brings to the table, he also has an intuitive awareness of my concerns, some of which I may not even be fully aware of. However, because Dr. Zhang is so attuned to what the body is holding, it is obviously clear to him what treatment measures need to be taken moving forward.....and then he proceeds with ease and confidence. I am grateful and happy to report that I continue to make significant strides and feel more like my younger self every day! There may be an occasional headache every now and then because healing is not always "linear"; it does go "sideways" from time to time. And when it does, I know that I am in excellent hands with Dr. Zhang in getting me back. Without a doubt, I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Zhang! Also, I would be remiss not to say how well-received I have been each and every time I have walked into the Roselle Center for Healing. Fantastic experience: I went to the Roselle Center for Healing because I was having issues with tremors from my chronic illness. I was also dealing with high anxiety and lots of fatigue. After seeing Dr. Z I have been feeling so much better! I have less anxiety, my energy levels have increased, and I hardly tremor anymore and when I do, Dr. Z has taught me different tricks in order to get the tremors to stop on my own! My boyfriend sees Dr. Z as well and he has come a long way since starting treatment. When he first started seeing Dr. Z he could hardly get out of bed and doing daily tasks was extremely difficult for him. Now, his energy levels have greatly improved and he is able to live more of a full life since he started seeing Dr. Z. I highly recommend working with Dr. Z!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s a beautiful and peaceful office as soon as you walk through the door. She was so nice… one day when I mentioned I forgot to eat she even gave me her croissant lol! That was the cherry on top. I love this center.

Negative experience: They try to force you to agree to come to a seminar and bring a friend before your appointment even begins - there was a whole page that I was supposed to sign that was part of the check in papers. Never once has any doctor asked me to go to any seminar anywhere for anything, especially to bring a friend also so they can try to sell you both stuff like this is some timeshare presentation or something. They advertised expired supplements for 50% off right at the check out counter. How many doctors offices are selling expired anything to their patients? Also absurd. The visit itself was also absurd. I was not helped at all in any way that day. Instead I got a schedule of about 20 return visits at over a hundred bucks a pop so they could "help me". But refused to tell me anything that was wrong. So you've got an expensive treatment plan all laid out but no diagnosis to share? Falls right in line with everything else I experienced that day. Not surprised that none of this was covered by insurance. They only like to pay for actual treatment, which is definitely not what I got here. This place is good for a laugh and a weird story to tell your friends if you've got the extra time and money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for anything else.

I always left appointments with her feeling relaxed, in less pain, and more knowledgeable on how I can help myself at home too. Fantastic experience: Here is a review my wife, Darlene, wanted me to post: I've been seeing Dr. Lamp off and on for a little over three years now. He is nothing less than amazing! I have had several issues he's taken care of, but recently he fixed the hiatal hernia that was causing me extreme discomfort and burning in the upper part of my stomach after every meal. He gently pulled my stomach down and away from my esophagus, aligning things the way they should be (a hiatal hernia is when part of your stomach pokes up through your esophagus -- not a good thing to have). I feel great now and can eat basically anything I want without heartburn or discomfort (and no antacids, thank goodness). From the first day I met Dr. Lamp, I've always thought of him as a genius . . . he's extremely knowledgeable (so much knowledge, it's a wonder his head doesn't explode), very personable, and caring. I'm so glad I found The Roselle Center for Healing and, especially, Dr. Lamp!!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to be under the care of Dr.Lamp and Sue Roselle! Dr.Lamp has helped me immensely in recovering from a multitude of injuries, from which I am steadily getting back on my feet, and him and Sue have guided me through a methylation process & nutrition regimen that has drastically improved my once debilitating menstrual cycle and low energy / fatigue. In just a few months of their care, I now experience close to no menstrual discomfort and my energy levels are steady thanks to their guidance regarding a diet that works best for my particular needs. I have had negative experiences with other doctors in the past and am extremely grateful to receive very holistic, non-pharmaceutical help from them. They are extremely knowledgeable in addition to being very caring and compassionate as I share my journey with them. I feel very taken care of and loved in this place. The staff are all very friendly as well, it is a joy to be in the Roselle Center altogether. Blessed to have found this place!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lamp is the best Dr I have ever had. He has tremendous knowledge and cares so much for his patients. So fortunate to have found him and to gain health for me and my family. Also, Dr. Zhang is a very talented acupuncturist- I believe in the ability of acupuncture to do wonders to the body's healing.

Negative experience: I spent $110 for a "lymphatic drainage massage" that was simply a woman lightly brushing her fingertips along my back, arms and legs. I would have felt more if she'd used a feather. I can't imagine how that was supposed to do ANYTHING, never mind affect my lymphatic system. (I've had this done very effectively before by a technician who used the Bowen Therapy. This woman had no idea what that was.) She recommended scheduling many more finger-wiggling sessions, but one expensive disappointment was enough.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Roselle, with a T Score of 295(Equivalent of a 90 year old) in March 2017 at 47. I heard him on the radio talking about low t and why it isn't normal to accept. My traditional doctor feared I was heading towards high cholesterol and if I didn't change my ways...statin prescription was in my future. I asked how how i could treat my low t score with my traditional doctor and I didn't like the answer, pills/meds. I decided to try Dr. Rosellle. Initial meeting we discussed issues and goals and I added to those goals to eventually lower my blood pressure. I said I suffered from fatigue or low energy as well. Dr. Roselle promised if I listened to him completely, i could meet those goals. The idea of lowering my blood pressure was never even in the realm of possibility for me before. Well today or 7 months after seeing Dr. Roselle, I no longer take those pills and my blood pressure in her office was 129/78. I told my traditional doctor and she couldn't believe what I had done but said to keep doing it because it's working. I was skeptical but after trying what I believed was every other traditional method to be healthy which had failed , Dr. Roselle was my last try. I can say his methods are unusual, I may not have had an acute disease as other patients . Another side effect of DR. Roselle's and his team treatment was my energy level is that of a 30 year old and "I'm back"( high tscore). I did acupuncture, ion bath, vitiamin, diet remake, chiro. I interacted with several of his staff and constantly asked questions and they answered. Did it cost money, yes, but what is your health worth to you?

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff

Negative experience: I have not been to the Roselle Center in over almost a year. I can tell you if you have any rare/complicated diseases or methylation issues these folks will not be able to help. I spent an enormous amount of money and time seeing Dr. Scott Lamp and did foot baths and massages, changed diets and regular adjustments, along with different supplements. I did not get better, I got worse. Dr. lamp even got to the point where he never followed up with me, most likely because he was not helping. The atmosphere is more about making money and not really helping the patient get to the root cause. I feel much better now but that is because I was diagnosed after leaving Roselle with Lyme disease and confections and methylation issues, along with altered DNA from mold exposure. I would recommend Roselle implementing better testing and diagnosis to avoid potentially dangerous treatments that ultimately make the patient feel worse and most importantly discouraged. There is more to better health than just repairing a leaky gut.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and Doctors. Tastefully designed.

Positive experience: There is a wide variety of help, but it is very expensive compared with my past experience. It seems that the doctors are more focused on one specific type of treatment, so that may mean you need to see different doctors, which adds significantly to the cost! I did receive help while I was here, but I couldn't afford it any longer. I like to bring my whole family to a chiropractor, but Roselle was not even feasible.

Negative experience: I am not one to write vitriolic Yelp reviews, but I feel compelled to save others the pain and aggravation that Tom Roselle caused me. I visited the Roselle Center for the first time in June, after a series of sports-related spinal injuries. The first two adjustments, performed by Roselle's assistant Robert Ciprian, actually relieved my pain noticeably; however, the third adjustment, performed by Roselle himself, precipitated incapacitating pain down my right arm (a telltale sign of disc trauma). Roselle claimed that he had 'broken up scar tissue', and that it would get better through continued treatment. Believing this fishy excuse out of desperation, I continued treatment with Roselle for another month and a half. The pain down my arm he caused did not improve during this time. A later MRI revealed two herniated cervical discs, and my subsequent research indicated that the high-velocity adjustment he had performed was dangerous for this type of injury. To add insult to injury (in the literal sense here, folks), Roselle's 'bedside manner' was off-putting - dismissive, impatient, and rather conceited. After exacerbating my injury, he could not even find the time to sit down with me to discuss a recovery plan. Instead, he just handed me an invoice that would have amounted to about eight more months of visits and thousands of dollars spent.
