Fantastic experience: Dr. Massoud was great, and so was his entire staff. I was in a lot of pain when I called, but I had difficulty finding a suitable time when talking to reception. Fortunately, we found a same-day appointment, and she was wonderful. Many of us understand how frustrating it can be when dealing with doctor's office staff, but that was not the case here. In fact, she lit up my day (no exaggeration). As a business owner, I know how critical the people who represent my company are to my success, so knowing that Dr. Massoud cares enough to hire excellent staff (including another front office woman and a massage therapist) tells me everything I (and you) need to know. By the way, I was able to stand up straight for the first time in two weeks after they worked on me.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is wow! Dr. Massoud and staff are excellent. I went in because I was really twisted up from playing a lot of tennis and golf and had gotten extremely stiff and losing mobility. My condition was from years of abuse (explosive twisting) with no correction/treatment. I received a diagnosis after a review of my x-rays (they don’t lie) and Dr. Massoud and I agreed on a course of action. Initially, I received chiropractic adjustment, acupuncture (Dr. Massoud) , and massage therapy (Zack). In less than 1 hours time I receive treatment that would normally take all afternoon or longer to do if I could coordinate it with the different offices. At Greenwich Wellness I can receive treatment in all areas, chiropractic, acupuncture (if necessary), soft tissue therapy and massage by excellent and qualified Doctor and therapists all with 1 appointment in under an hour. My progress has been amazing and I highly recommend the Greenwich Wellness Center without reservation. They are all highly skilled and extremely likable to boot! I’m telling all my friends because even if you are not “twisted up” almost to incapacitation like I was, you will definitely benefit from the treatment you will receive here. Every time I get treatment I walk out feeling so much better (and finally amazing) like I didn’t think would be possible for me again. Greenwich Wellness was recommended to me by one of my “golfing buddies” and I’m so grateful he did! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I are so grateful for the healing services provided by Dr. Massoud and Zach. We’re back living here after 10+ on the west coast, and thankfully found Greenwich Wellness immediately. The whole family goes, the older children when they’re back from school or visiting from NYC. I go regularly to avoid injury from various physical activities and to be “ready” to ski or whatever. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Massoud with terrible back pain in my second trimester. He relieved my pain and also helped me stay active and agile throughout my pregnancy. I was comfortable all the way up until the birth. I highly recommend if you are pregnant to see him, do not let anyone tell you that being in pain is part of pregnancy, I wish I would have seen him sooner!

Fantastic experience: Greenwich Wellness has literally changed my life and increased my quality of life. I suffered from a back injury about a year and a half ago. I began seeing a doctor and attending physical therapy. All of the recommendations were band-aid solutions and temporarily alleviated pain perhaps for an hour or two, if that. At Greenwich Wellness, the team has worked to not only alleviate my pain, but to actually fix the root cause of the issue. My treatment has been diverse and for the whole-body, not only the exact site of injury. Dr. Massoud is the expert of experts in chiropractic medicine and can tell what areas need to be worked on before I even open my mouth to tell him. He is always right on point, just from glancing at my back. It's pretty amazing. Zach, the massage therapist, has alleviated so much pain. The acupuncture treatments have helped a lot as well. Dr. Massoud also recommended nutritional supplements to stabilize my spine. I was skeptical at first and was cautious it could be just an intent for a profit, but in just a week it worked wonders. He really has provided diverse treatments to help my whole body and injury recovery. The scheduler/admin is always very pleasant and flexible, and usually lets me in for even last minute appointments. I'm very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Greenwich Wellness to those in need of chiropractic, high-quality care!

Negative experience: I went this evening to attend my first visit. Unfortunately no one at the clinic was wearing masks - I thought this was odd during this time of peak COVID. Whilst I respect everyone's decision to wear or not wear a mask I did not feel comfortable and left immediately.

Fantastic experience: To all mamas-to-be: I saw Dr. Massoud all through my pregnancy, and it was probably the best thing I did. Dr. Massoud gave me comfort and peace of mind all throughout my pregnancy. Fantastic experience: I dont normally spend the time to write reviews. This time i am happy to do so... Back in August I injured my back and could barely get out of bed. Some friends recommended Dr. Massoud. I had never been to a Chiropractor, frankly thought it was a type of "witchcraft." haha Anyhow, I went to see him and quickly realized how his approach to overall wellness is critical to healing, and more importantly, day to day living. First he requested that I get an X-ray. We met the following day, reviewed pics and put plan together. In my particular case, my L4 was out of alignment. Disc slipped out - VERY PAINFUL - He recco'ed not only structural chiropractic moves, but also acupuncture and deep tissue massage with various people on his team. We also discussed how nutrition plays an important part. Adrenal health supplements, CBD oil, as well as a topical ointment applied directly to my lower back to help control/manage inflammation, all played a part in the plan. We went to work attacking the problem and slowly climbed out. My particular case was serious and it took me about a month to start feeling "normal" again. I'm not completely out of the woods, but certainly in a much better place. I have since started working out again, playing golf and other activities. I am feeling so much better now! The best part of Dr. Massoud is that he really takes the time to listen and work with your individual needs. He also spent the time to speak with my personal trainer to help with my rehab treatment. Lastly, Dr. Massoud and his team are so much more than just a run-of-the-mill Chiropractic office. They teach and practice overall wellness and really care. By the way, he seamlessly works with conventional orthopedic doctors. As he said to me "there is no single way to treat an injury." Fantastic experience: I’ve been suffering lower back pain for 17 years and I need regular adjustments, every 2 weeks, I tried a few chiropractors but in the past 15 years I’ve been a patient of Dr Massoud because he’s the only one who can adjust my back in 1 session while with others I had to go back 2 or 3 times, this because of Dr. Massoud skills and honesty. I also enjoy the 20 minutes massage and graston every couple of years. Dr. Massoud and associates are very professional.

The success of Graston therapy for my IT Band was life changing. I have suffered with this for over 6 years, seen numerous doctor and spent countless months and years in physical therapy. With a handful of Graston therapy treatments, I am capable of resuming full activity. Acupuncture is fabulous and helpful for multiple aliments. Combination of acupuncture and Graston therapy have helped tremendously!!

Fantastic experience: Knee replacement in 2015, hip replacement in 2016, 3 out patient surgeries for minor wound care had given me new body alignment with discomfort. Dr. Massound's expertise in aligning and adjusting my structure have provided immediate relief from arthritis and joint misalignment. Tom's graston treatments have removed scar tissue around my spine, and Zack's deep tissue massage has improved muscle mobility relieved discomfort. I participate in swimming, pilates, yoga and bike riding with easy flexibility and mobility. I find the natural supplements available in the Doc's office add to my comfort and energy (a great alternative to anti-inflammatories and pain-blockers). I am most grateful to Dr. Massoud and his Wellness team!

After my first 2 sessions i was sleeping better and moving around better then i have in 10 years. Fantastic experience: Went here for several acupuncture and chiropractic sessions. They first start you off with a short complementary massage to get you prepared for the chiropractic and then you're on your way! Dr. Massoud gets to his patients very quickly, nurtures his patients and the staff all seem to work well with one another. I've come here for over 10 appointments now and have not been disappointed once. Additionally, if you're into naturopathic medicines, they have an assortment of nutrients, supplements and pill based "foods" if you believe Naturopathy is right for you. Acupuncture was also very satisfactory as they listened to all my concerns and let you take a considerable amount of time so that you don't feel rushed. The rooms are all very relaxing as well. tl;dr: knowledgeable staff, great experience, great chiropractic and massage with supplements that really helped manage my dietary issues. All in all a full package deal that's not too steep on your budget.

Fantastic experience: I’m Rosita Caulfield mother of Alex. Do not have a google account but would like to leave a rave review about Greenwich wellness, Dr massoud & the staff. I went to him recently with a very bad RA attack in my foot & prednisone was not working. I had 3 acupuncture appts & the swelling in my foot is almost gone. He spent quite a bit of time with me to pinpoint the cause. He gave me supplements plus the acupuncture I can walk on my foot & no prednisone!!!! I encourage anyone with any autoimmune issues to please go see him. He is very informed & very caring.

Fantastic experience: Dr Massoud is amazing. I went in yesterday on crutches with so much pain in my Achilles Tendon. To say he worked magic isn't adequate-adjustments, acupuncture, and cold laser treatment worked. Back again for another treatment today but I am able to walk without crutches. He is responsive, knowledgable and effective!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Greenwich Wellness for five years, I feel like its a second home. My favorite is when I feel like I'm getting (or have) an ear infection. Usually one session sets the infection on its merry way. Its nice to know that there are alternatives to antibiotics. I've also had acupuncture done numerous times by Dr. Massoud which is amazing. Some of the times I felt like I just had a three hour massage as the needle placements were exactly where they needed to be, allowing any blockages to flow as they ought to. From great massages to an aligned spine to great staff, its an essential part of my life.

Fantastic experience: When I first saw Adam and his team I had been battling low back pain for 4 months. I had seen 3 other doctors without any noticeable improvement.
