Fantastic experience: My first visit. I first met the pleasant and friendly receptionist . Stacey my massage therapist made me feel comfortable from the get go. She did an awesome job, loosened up the knots on my neck, back and legs. I walked out feeling a whole lot better than when I walked in and had a good night sleep. Up until my recent accident I never thought I'd need one, but here I am! As a first timer, I must say he is really easy to work with, professional & trustworthy 100%. Fantastic experience: Dr. Wall was excellent, made me feel like he actually cared about my well being in regards to helping realign my spine, posture and coming up with a plan to help improve these things along with giving me a good explanation of why I'm feeling the pain I've been feeling. Also explained the process of how he would help to improve these things. I'll definitely be going back for more future visits!

He listed to my needs, verified with some x-rays and immediately got to work. I feel relief after my first visit and looking forward to my next one.

Fantastic experience: I first came for a medical massage and had a great experience with the massage therapist. He was very knowledgeable, and adjusted according to my preference of pressure on my back. He suggested I see the chiropractor as well. The only downside is there is only 1 massage therapist so he books up pretty fast. It could take a few weeks for a followup appointment whereas with the chiropractic care, it's pretty easy to get an appointment. I still would highly recommend the massage therapist as well. He was really good. He found all my pain and worked to relieve it, I felt great after our session. When I made an appointment they got me in pretty quickly for the chiropracticportion. I had a thorough exam and we discussed my history, pain, and problems. Dr. Michael Wall was very detailed and deliberate. He was very knowledgeable, relatable and had a fun energy to him as well. He made the most of my visit. I enjoyed our conversation and the information given as well as, delivery of service. I made follow up visits and have since had another adjustment. I'm not 100% yet byt we just got started, and I'm already feeling relief and am sure we'll get there thanks to Dr. Wall. I really enjoy coming here and would highly recommend. The staff is also very kind and welcoming and the office is very clean and cozy and really, a great experience that exceeded my expectations. I'm very thankful I found this place!

Stephanie at the reception desk will go out of her way to help you fit your needs. My lower back is fused and Dr. Wall knew exactly how to adjust me with no pain at all! This is the first time since my fusion I have been adjusted multiple times with no issues! My son and husband are now patients as well. Negative experience: I was a patient of Dr. Wall for awhile. In fact, as he was starting his practice. His staff was great. Sheri and Brandi were warm, friendly and very welcoming. His new person was cold, abrupt and very condescending. I like Dr. Wall but refuse to deal with her. There are many chiropractors out there with nice office staff. I'll go find one. Sorry, Dr. Wall. You are a great chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Always quick service. Dr has never made me wait to be seen, early if anything. Appointments are easy to make and I can usually get in the same day. Rosa and Stephanie are fantastic and have great sense of humor.

Fantastic experience: I was having severe upper back pain for about 3 weeks that I was ignoring. It progressed to the point where it woke me up at 4AM and I had to take pain relief medication to get back to sleep. That's when I knew I couldn't ignore it anymore. I researched local chiropractors and gave Wall Family Chiropractic a call. I asked if there was any way they could get me in the same day and was put on hold for a bit, then was told to come in at 2PM - they had worked me into the schedule. Dr. Wall was friendly and knowledgeable and and performed a comprehensive examination including xrays prior to my adjustment. After my upper spine between the shoulder blades was adjusted with a loud sickening, echoing crack, I experienced a head rush and immense relief. I had a headache for about 2 hours after the adjustment, likely due to the blocked signals to my brain finally coming through. I will be visiting Dr. Wall regularly from now on. Friendly, professional, and most importantly - his work provided relief to my back.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Tacoma and I was in severe pain. So I asked my wife to call the nearest chiropractor. Who knew I would find the best one I have ever visited. I swear by Dr. Wall. Him and his staff may be the kindest office staff I have ever met every time we go it’s like visiting family. I recommend him to everyone I know. He has a new massage therapist that would put any ritzy massage place out of business too!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Wall Family Chiropractic enough. I would give Dr. Wall ten stars if I could. After a small car accident left me in so much pain that I could not walk or move without sobbing and crying out in pain, I came in to see Dr. Wall. The massage therapist, physical therapist, and doctor I were seeing did nothing to help my suffering but Dr. Wall helped me be able to walk again. After four or five adjustments, I went from being at a 10/10 pain level, hardly able to move or function, to being back to my regular self pain-free. Dr. Wall's practice is warm and inviting, his staff are friendly, and he works miracles. Dr. Wall is always so happy to see his patients and is passionate about the work that he does. I work 60-80 hours a week and Dr. Wall's staff are very flexible with appointments and cancellations, this was a huge relief to me since I cannot always predict my busy schedule. I cannot recommend this office enough.

Fantastic experience: I really hit the lottery on this bet. After years of not going to a chiropractor because it really is difficult to find a good one, I found Wall Family Chiropratc on a whim. It was late on a Friday. I was hurting. I called the closest chiropractor to my new neighborhood. They were able to arrange an appointment for a new patient. When Dr. Wall walked in at 6'2" I knew he would be able to fully adjust my back. He did and with good technique. He is also quite friendly with a great attitude; not necessary but appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wall is amazing. The office is homey and welcoming, not like a Drs office or typical chiropractor office at all. And that was the 1st thing I was thankful for! The front desk lady, forgive me I am really bad with names, is so sweet and welcoming, she explained my benefits and the billing process in detail so I could understand. And got my appointments booked with ease. She even called me after I had gotten home because they had a slot open up and she wanted to know if I would like the earlier appointment. Dr. Wall really does treat his patients as if they are family, he made me feel very comfortable during the whole process and talking with him was just like talking with a friend. He explained everything, every step of the way. Showed me results from everything he was doing. Even got to look at my x-rays and go over them with him. I am glad I chose this office for my needs and I look forward to my next appointment!

Positive experience: Our family has been going to this office since my husband was a baby. The staff is mostly friendly, unless you don't pay your bill on time. I really like Dr Wall. He is very friendly and does a good job and is always willing to give a little extra to your adjustment if you need something special like TMJ work or wrists or ankles. 4 stars instead of 5 because the hours at this office are not great, especially considering how busy it usually is during open hours.
