Fantastic experience: I started seeing Rachel to help me get my back pain under control from an old injury and to prepare my body for pregnancy. I’ve been working with her for a couple of years now. I quickly noticed less pain in my back and not having to go to the chiropractor as often. I also continued seeing her while I was pregnant. I did not experience any back pain throughout my pregnancy and I credit that to all the work we did to prepare my body for it.

Fantastic experience: I found Rachel after my long time trainer had to retire because of illness. We've been working together now for 5-6 months. The first thing I noticed was a lot of adjusting my form. There were subtle things I had been doing that had to do with imbalances in my muscles, and the simplest adjustments "woke up" certain muscles I hadn't been using. I'm feeling stronger and more stable, and I feel like the workouts are challenging, but in a good way. And almost every exercise works multiple muscle groups, so it's efficient, and helps my co-ordination, too. And, as some others have said, the workout is tailored to each person. She knows where my past injuries are, and we work carefully so as not to exacerbate anything. She's also great about communicating re: scheduling, etc. Highly recommend her!....PS. im 64 years old I feel like our workouts are challenging, but appropriate for my age.

Fantastic experience: Rachel is wonderful! Her professional and friendly disposition make me feel comfortable and confident asking questions & really understand what/why we’re doing. Fantastic experience: It has been nearly three years since I started physical training with Rachel, and it has been one of the best decisions I've made to improve my physical health. The flexibility of having remote classes offers numerous benefits. Rachel's exercise routines are challenging but not too difficult for a beginner. I have noticed changes in myself because I have more energy, I am able to move my body more, and I am thrilled to fit into some of the clothes I haven't worn in over a year. I wish I could meet more often every week, but my schedule makes it impossible at the moment. Rachel is easygoing, and she checks on my progress to ensure I am drinking enough water and exercising enough while I am spending time with my kids. Fantastic experience: Working with Rachel has exceeded my expectations! My 60th birthday is coming up and I wanted to go into this next phase of life feeling strong and confident. We’ve only been working together for a couple of months but I can already see a difference in my muscle tone and improvement in my posture. I actually wake up in the mornings looking forward to my workouts and the energy boost afterwards! I had never worked with a personal trainer before thinking they would be overbearing and militant. Rachel is far from that. She’s knowledgeable, motivating, available and challenges me enough that I want to see what else I can accomplish. Fantastic experience: Started working with Rachel on recommendation from a friend. I had worked with a trainer previously but we ended up moving so that was no longer an option. Rachel was great at assessing my level after a 2 year hiatus, and working on exercise plans to help me achieve my goals. I'm already seeing changes and results in my body and capabilities with a relatively short amount of time (and all we changed for me food wise was adding more protein). I'm relatively lazy overall, still trying to motivate myself to get up and workout in between sessions. But the differences I'm already seeing are helping encourage me to get up and moving more in between sessions. I highly recommend Pixie fit and plan on continuing working with her for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: My life has significantly changed for the better and Rachel is a huge part of that shift. My day to day work life is physically demanding and I came to Rachel in the hopes of changing my body to better execute my job. Fast forward 5 months later, and I am no longer suffering from excruciating physical fatigue at the end of the day. I have the energy to be present and engage with my clients with high energy while knowing that my body is strong to ensure the million piggy back rides and games of chase around the clock. Fantastic experience: It has been wonderful, she’s very knowledgeable, she makes sure I have all the right forms and do everything the correct way to make all my workouts count! She’s always teaching me new things and pushing me to do things I didn’t know I was capable of and she helps me work on the correct areas where i told her I want to work on so Im already starting see the results I want to see!
Fantastic experience: This is my first time working with a trainer in over 10yrs. During Rachel and I’s first consultation I explained to her my goals along with some of my concerns, and she has remained aware throughout our process thus far. Each work out she checks in to ensure we’re working the correct muscles and not causing strain. On my hard days she is patient and motivating consistently. Also, she finds a way to have the tough conversations about accountability, consistency, etc. without being rude or harsh. It’s nice having someone be kind but realistic as well. Super grateful for all she’s done with me, and it’s only UP from here!

She works with you to decide reasonable expectations as well as reach goals to help motivate you to keep going and see the small victories. She’s always available for questions which is helpful because some times you may forget how to perform an exercise or what type of equipment to purchase. She’s on time and is very professional.

Fantastic experience: Coming in I was a bit scared because I just finished my PT sessions for slight uterus prolapses and I knew there were many weak links in my body. I was looking for someone who understood it and can work to improve it. She is THE ONE!! Hands down she is the best trainer I had! She is professional in carrying out the session through zoom. The progression of the program she designs is natural but not without challenges. Her tips and feedbacks are so beneficial for me to understand mind-to-muscle connection. And she is super personal and friendly, just a absolute darling to work with. Workout can be a breeze with her!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have only worked with Rachel for a weeks and she is the high light of my week. It’s been incredibly difficult getting back in shape . Though there are it’s ups & downs Rachel makes me feel like I can get back to that weight I was a year ago . It just takes patience , dedication, and of course hard work. Fantastic experience: I have worked out with Rachel for over three years. I would see Rachel work out at the fitness center and knew that’s the trainer I needed. When I met Rachel I was recovering from a torn ligament in my ankle. Some days I had difficulty walking. Rachel designed my workouts to help my foot/ankle pain. As weeks went by and to this day, my foot/ankle are pain-free. Rachel watches form closely and can modify and challenge the moves quickly. I became stronger and couldn’t be more appreciated of Rachelpixiefit. When COVID hit, I joined the weekly outdoor boot camp classes. And recently had classes in the studio where safety and cleanliness were a priority. I would definitely recommend Rachelpixiefit to anyone of age and fitness level.
Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing lower back/sciatica pain for over a year. Went to PT for 8 weeks with no improvement. Just started with Rachel a couple of weeks ago and I am starting to see results. She is patient, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. Rachel evaluates which muscles are weakest and focuses on proper form to ensure those muscles are being activated. Really happy I reached out to her!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Working with Rachel! She is very mindful in not pushing you beyond ur capability but pushes you enough where you get that burn and muscle growth!! I am working to set up healthy habits to take from my sessions and she is nailing it!! BIG PLUS: Her current location has a seperate privacy room for workouts during private sessions. Wearing a headscarf for religious reasons (hijab) this is AMAZING because I don't have to wear one and worry about anyone seeing me!

Fantastic experience: Rachel is an excellent trainer that I have been with for about 2 months now and I honestly can’t express enough with how happy I am. She was extremely personable the first time we met and really took the time to understand me as a person and listen to all of my workout goals that I wanted to achieve. She is very knowledgeable about fitness and was able to create an exercise routine that was individualized to my own goals. She found ways to incorporate things I liked to keep me motivated and never once did I feel bored when I was training. Whether its upper body or lower body, her workouts know how to target each muscle group leaving you feeling accomplished. She is also patient and allows plenty of rest breaks if you need it. She was able to work around a nagging knee and hip soreness that I have been dealing with and knew how to change it to relieve a lot of my discomfort. I have used trainers in the past and I have to say I really feel connected with Rachel more than anyone else. I would personally recommend Rachel to any of my friends and family who are looking for a trainer that will strive to help you reach your goals and make you feel great each and every session.
Fantastic experience: Rachel’s workouts are great and she knows how far to push and how far to back off. I have come back to training after a long break and shoulder injuries, and Rachel’s workout is just what I’ve been looking for. She also has great advice to offer re diet and nutrition.

She is extremely knowledgable about which exercise regimen would be best for you and also how to exercise the correct way. When I injured my knee, she explained exactly what to do to help me relieve the pain and how to get back on track with my exercises safely. Fantastic experience: This year I finally decided to pursue personal training to help with my form, muscle imbalances, gain muscle/maintain weight and to create a new exercise routine based on weight training (versus running every day). Fantastic experience: I met Rachel in April 2019, at the age of 52. I am a longtime cyclist and had developed an injury called IT band syndrome which was causing a lot of hip and leg pain resulting in a limp when I walked. I had just gotten married and had my honeymoon planned for July. I wanted to make sure that I would be able to enjoy my trip and do physical activities while away. I started working with Rachel who made sure to take it slowly understanding my physical limitations at the time. We worked together to get my hip stronger and my leg started feeling better and better. I truly believe that her expertise, knowledge of the human anatomy and compassion enabled me to not only travel literally all over Ireland walking a lot but to also ENJOY an advanced, strenuous 5-mile clifftop hike along the coastline of Northern Ireland called the Giant's Causeway. Rachel has the ability to work with all different kinds of people at different levels with with very specific goals and needs.

Fantastic experience: I love training with Rachel. She customizes the training according to your needs. Initially we had a one on one session, where she asking me about what I needed to work and improve on. After that we set up our weekly sessions. I have trained with Rachel both one on one and virtual. Over the past two years my body has become stronger and I have learned how to use weights properly. I would recommend anyone who wants to have a stronger and healthier body to work out with Rachel.
