Fantastic experience: Great place to get a work out in, speed training, strength training, all ages. Batting cages are perfect for those rainy days and to get that extra work in. Coach Jesse is an amazing coach who works well with other coaches and kids/adults of all ages.

Fantastic experience: BamFit has been fantastic for our organization. In just a few sessions they took our softball team to a level of conditioning that we would have needed an entire season to accomplish. The best part is, they did it safely and in a way that the athletes could learn to continue to work on their own. Great trainers, great facilities, great prices!!!

Fantastic experience: Bamfit is definitely a place to come too! We have been bringing our baseball team , to Bamfit for the past 4months. Everytime we come out the kids enjoy the work-outs, the trainers Jesse and Vanessa are amazing with the kids. Their facility is nice and clean and very well organized. Overall, it’s a very great environment for any each group. They even do workouts for parents! Definitely a place to come check out and try out for yourself

Fantastic experience: My kids go to BAMSQUAD any time they are in their off season from their sports. They definitely love it there! Coach Jesse makes it easy and fun for them to keep in good condition. Best thing about BAMSQUAD is that all kids are learning proper form and lifting techniques that can give them a good basis for their sports and prevent injuries.

Fantastic experience: This was such a fun, instructive, and thorough workout for my 12U youth softball team. The girls whom have never had a workout session in a gym before really enjoyed it, even though they were sore the next day. Jesse was a great instructor and really helped the girls throughout all their activities. The girls said they would love to do it again so they could continue getting stronger. I feel Bamfit may have started their love for the gym, which cannot be a bad thing. Thank you for having us.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym about five months ago! And I’m so in love with this gym and I have been to a few gyms, but this one is very different. This was the first time that I went through a 4 weeks one on one training with my coach Jesse before I join any classes and this was to get you familiar with the movements which is a great idea so you don’t end up hurting yourself! This gym also provides fitness for the kiddos! This gym is Very welcoming Everyone introducing themselves helping you out . This gym is also very big on community which I am very big on I look forward to seeing my self become a better version and being healthy. If you are looking for a place come check us out

You can always scale workouts! The environment is extremely friendly and everyone supports each other. This gym helped me lift more weight and get out of my confort zone. 11/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 11yr old LOVED to train with Coach Jesse, his excitement during the week to come train was phenomenal knowing my son had an interest and was able to learn something different & Fun. His experience with Coach J made him feel comfortable, welcome and most importantly safe. The environment provided and the team that he trained with were all amazing ! Coach J makes it fun and he is very detailed in explaining to the kids how to properly move weights and your body to perform at its peak without causing injury, which for me was outstanding! Knowing my son @ 11 years old can learn Proper form for anything with lifting his own body to weights.! That alone will benefit him in the long run as he gets older and he’ll never forget it. We loved the experience with coach J. My son is only with me for summer vacations, best believe we have found the perfect environment along with an outstanding Coach ! Thank you Coach J for doing what you do with so much passion and detail ! We will be back for summer!

Fantastic experience: My kids attend BAMFIT kids. They love it and look forward to their classes each week. My husband and I are very athletic so we love that our children now love the gym and fitness. Coach Jesse is super patient with the kids, he takes his time to explain proper form, he does a great job of making sure the kids are doing what they are supposed to. My kids always leave class sweating and out of breath. I cannot recommend the kids classes enough. We are very happy we signed our kids up and are excited to see them grow.

Fantastic experience: Our Xplosion girls team had the opportunity to try this place out. The girls had a great workout while having fun at the same time. Trainer was very patient with the girls and had age appropriate workouts for them. Definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I tried BAMFIT for the free week and it was an awesome experience. I haven't worked out in years but the Coach from the class made me feel so comfortable. Fantastic experience: Just started my crossfit journey and I'm so happy I chose the BAMFIT family, because that's exactly what it feels like. A community that encourages and inspires. I'm a beginner so I really appreciate the 1 on 1 training sessions before being able to join in classes. The coaches are great at modifying exercises according to fitness levels and I truly love them accommodating a room for the days I have to bring my littles with me. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bamfit for 3 years now and the coaches are amazing, the gym has a fun vibe. Every workout is new and challenging. I am 47 now and my body is definitely slowing down. Every workout at Bamfit can be modified to everyone’s needs and abilities. I highly recommend this gym for everyone from young kids to older adults.

Fantastic experience: I put my 10 y/o son & 5 y/o Daughter in BamFit kids summer program in July 2023 to keep him busy. Since that first day they haven’t looked back. Going twice a week going on 9 months now. Looking forward to seeing friends and coach Jesse every single week. Both kids have noticeable improvements in their speed / strength. My son just started playing basketball and there is No doubt BamFit has helped. So much LOVE at this facility it’s INCREDIBLE. If you are looking for a fun place for your kids or yourself to get a good workout in this is iT!! Every week different fun games and movements. With hyper focus on the kids limits and seemingly endless patience with every single kid. Especially my 5 year old girl that’s loves to talk and ask random questions . The workouts can be challenging but I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I complete them. Alot of excitement around the Crossfit Open, pictures taken occassionally is always exciting, and seeing nice progress from my previous InBody Test I live a bit aways from this gym but have no problem driving the distance as its well worth it. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable coaches, friendly community, good equipment. Glad I found this place and look forward to putting in sweat here along my fitness journey UPDATED 3/12/24 I couldnt have chosen a better box. Ive seen growth in my form, improvement in my technique, and challenged to become a coach. The workouts are challenging, fun and energizing. The coaches break down all of the movements and proper form which has been important for me since I’m new to CrossFit. The community the coaches and members have built at BamFit is welcoming, friendly, inspiring, and motivating. I look forward to my mornings because of my workouts at Bam. After only 3-4 months I’ve noticed huge benefits to my mood, energy, and overall strength and can’t wait to continue improving and growing with this community. Fantastic experience: have been going to Bamfit for over a year now it’s a functional fitness/ cross fit gym. I was looking for a group class atmosphere to keep me motivated and I definitely have found it. The coaches have all helped me find my confidence in working out again, I’m lifting weight I never thought I could and I find the gymnastics skills keep me motivated to keep getting stronger. Coach Jesse is open to feedback back on classes/ times/ workouts and regularly checks in on members through text/surveys to improve members experience. I enjoy the class scheduling app (members app) with makes scheduling classes easy and helps plan my works out for the week. Coach Jesse uses the app to update members on events and well as work out tips for the weeks works outs. To track work out we use the sugar WOD app the coaches help us on how to enter our work out and track our progress.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Lost a bunch of fat and got really confident working out. The workouts are always at the perfect level for beginners and advanced. The trainer/owner Jesse always takes the time to explain everything appropriately and cares about preventing injuries. I tell everyone to come here.

Given my lack of knowledge in the gym/workout (CrossFit) world, beginning a fitness journey at almost 40 years of age, it is very intimidating and overwhelming. However, not at BAMFIT ATHLETICS. Coach Jesse, his team, and its members, have created a safe, comfortable environment to learn, grow at your own pace and test your limits, in a group setting. Coach Jesse, reviews movement, technique, form, in detail every time, which helps people like me, who lack coordination, form, forgets and requires constant reminders. Coach Jesse's approach is positive, genuine, he understands you and meets you at your level. Since at BAMFIT ATHLETICS, I have noticed significant health and strength improvements, which I never thought I could accomplish. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to BamFit for about a year and a few months now with my mom, since October 2021. I can say now that I have seen a lot of progress and improvement in my fitness. I have always been an athlete playing soccer since I was five years old. CrossFit is a different type of training I was used too, but I have come to love it as it has helped me become a better overall athlete. I have made a lot of friends along the way at BamFit and it feels like a positive community to come and get a workout in. The Coaches are all nice and super helpful on technique and form if you are new! People are always friendly as well and I highly recommend coming here if you want to get stronger and in shape. You will definitely feel a sense of community here and I am happy that it has become a part of my daily routine! :))

The community is just as great, during the workouts your greatest enemy is yourself, but that encouragement and support from everyone helps you get that last rep in. I was never a big gym person but 5 years later, I'm a regular at the gym....I've lost a lot of weight, I feel and look better, and have made some amazing friendships along the way. I was where a lot of people start (just a little older). At 39 years old, not knowing movements, but knowing I needed to make a change. I can relate to every new person that starts their fitness journey. Give it a try, start slow, but start. Go once or twice a week, get into a routine, you'll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: I don't live near this gym at all but I make the drive almost every day because I enjoy being a member. All of the coaches are kind and knowledgeable. The goal is always to do your personal best in the best way you can, minimize injury, and learn technique. I accomplish that every time I go.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Bam after I had my first baby and I’m so glad I joined. In the beginning it can be intimidating joining a new gym, but in no time I was comfortable and looking forward to working out. It’s definitely a positive environment where your peers and the coaches push you to do better. I’d recommend Bam to anyone who is looking for a gym where they can get better and at the same time have a sense of community.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to 4 CrossFits in the area and Bamfit is by far the best when it comes to good energy, community, form, and organization/cleanliness. Jesse is focused on form and helps with scaling if you need to so that you will great a workout in. It's super organized and he uses digital boards and follow-up apps to get us in the current times. The energy is fun and welcoming - not to mention the best value in Norwalk, Whittier, La Habra, and the La Mirada area. Check out their low-cost trial and you will be hooked, too!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS PLACE! I never thought id be a Xfit junkie..and here I am almost 1.5yrs after. Ive been to other OVER PRICED gyms that may be nicer but DONT train/correct you or even pay attention to you cuz there is soo many ppl. Thats not the case here..even with my lower back problems ive managed to come 3-5x/week and Im so PROUD of my progress. As a psychotherapist who works as a psychiatric social worker, stress/anxiety play a large role in my daily routine. I can come here after work and blow off some steam and mentally/physically and physiologically prepare myself to take on another day with a clear/fresh mindset. Jesse is GREAT and the community here is even better than what I hoped for and imagined. The coaches are ALL well trained to help you maximize your potential either in gymnastics, olympic lifting or jus to strengthen/improve your form and daily workout routines.
