Fantastic experience: I just had my 3rd 30 minute stretch at Sixth Sense Health & Wellness in Winston Salem and its hard to describe how great you feel after the session!! I am nearing my 70s (yikes) and stretching is one of the most essential abilities we need to stay flexible, whether it is for sports, yoga, or just feeling better please check out the Stretch, you learn a lot also!! I highly recommend this for anyone at any age!!

Fantastic experience: I went here to get a prenatal massage around 5 months pregnant. I had gone to another place in town and I didn’t like the fact they had me on my side the entire time not really getting my problem areas which were my hips and shoulders. Sixth sense alllowed me to be on my stomach, with the help of a donut shaped pillow I sat my stomach in comfortably. And on my back by propping up with pillows. Nike gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Unlike some massage places that include your consultation and undressing as part of your time, Nike massaged me for my full hour. He asked multiple times if the pressure was good and it was! I was so relaxed I may have fallen asleep. It was what I needed and I will be back!

Life offers up a lot of stressful situations but, a session with the therapists at Sixth Sense helps to put things in perspective and seems to make life more manageable. Fantastic experience: Great Service, very nice and comfortable room setting, and quality massage. I had discomfort in my lower neck and shoulder but after my massage I had relief in that area. Im very satisfied with the service and will continue receiving massage therapy at 6th Sense.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering for some time with sciatic nerve pain. I have been to other massage therapist in the past for this same issue with little to no relief depending on the therapist. This was hands down the best massage I have ever had and within the hour after my massage was over I felt significant improvement! Nikki is the BEST!!!!

Negative experience: I found one of my wonderful massage therapists here who has long since LEFT due to weirdness with the owners. When I went, front desk staff was always rotating. One time during one service I was given a dirty pillow with no pillowcase and asked to put my head on it. I refused. They are VERY hyper about noise which I get, but we should be allowed to talk during our massage. The walls shouldn't be THAT thin. Parking can be a BEAST depending when you go. I was never told or offered any other services so I would recommend they teach their therapists to upsell or upsell themselves. I never had a massage without my therapist so I can't speak to anyone that is there now. I'm not into dark and weird stuff and heard the owners here were. Hit me up if you want to know more.

Fantastic experience: I got in for a last minute 90 minute deep tissue massage with Brian and he was AMAZING! I have had 20+ massages in my life and he is in the top 3. His compression stretches (not regular stretches) were amazing for my hips and glutes. I'm not always comfortable with male therapists but Brian made me feel completely comfortable. I will drive back down from Boone to come see him again!

Fantastic experience: I am just over 2 weeks post-op from hip replacement surgery. My foot on the side of the affected hip was simply killing me. I googled reflexology W-S and to my delight, something very close to home popped up! 6th Sense. Their website was very easy to navigate so that I could make an appointment on-line. I was able to get in that same day with Jewell. She was simply amazing! The pain in my foot (from 1-10) before our session was off the charts but when we finished just an hour later, it was down to a 3. Jewell is educated, professional, kind, skilled and easy going. She made me feel at ease from our first greeting. She was able to identify the source of my pain & effectively address it. I am very happy and highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I had a 30 minute session with Jewell today and I was blown away with how much she accomplished in such a short amount of time. She has a wonderful, nurturing touch and exudes an intuitive wisdom backed up by a wealth of knowledge of her craft. And this is coming from a fellow LMBT. My headache was gone after the techniques she used. The facility was very clean and inviting and the table was so comfortable I almost fell asleep as soon as I laid down! Very friendly and accommodating staff. 5 stars all the way! I will absolutely be back!

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with Sixth Sense, and with Nikki's gift of touch. The massage was so relaxing and healing that I made an appointment right away for my next one. The facility is welcoming to this stickler for proper ambiance. The room was at a comfortable temperature, and the music was not intrusive. I've not found that to be true in some other places. I have already recommended Sixth Sense to friends, and will continue to do so.

They are all right I am 31 wks pregnant and got a prenatal massage done by Nikki. It was amazing!!!! She worked out the lower back pain my little wiggle worm has been given me. This place is a must if your looking for a great relaxing massage.

I had two sessions with Brian for muscle pain in my thigh, he really listen to my complaints and concerns about my pain. After having received massages at some of the best spas in the country including the Golden Door Spa, the Ritz and the Grove Park, I can honestly say my massage from Omega was the best I have ever received.
