Fantastic experience: Dr. Kuhn is amazing. Without fail he can touch my spine and describe my symptoms and then fix them. My lower back used to go out about every other month, after three visits I haven’t had a problem with it in five years. He also doesn’t push a bunch of other stuff to buy like other chiropractors that I have been to, which I appreciate.

Negative experience: I have to admit ...I was conned, he has his scam down to a science. Was taken in by the Christian music .He did absolute nothing except take my money with no end in sight. Good Luck! Don't invalidate your gut instincts.

Negative experience: Very disappointed and at this moment I will not refer anyone else! I have been a patient for a few month's and this negative review is not directed at Dr. Kuhn as he is an excellent Chiropractor. But his staff. Sabrina was rude and unprofessional to someone I referred to the office. I understand time is valuable for the doctor and the staff, but when a new patient calls that had a situation out of their control and kindly asked to change or reschedule although it's not something any doctor office likes there are ways to handle them. Telling a person "you have now cost us 1 hour of wasted time" and then when asked if they can reschedule just hanging up the phone on them, is extremely poor customer service. Your office is full of bibles Ecle 9:11 states in part "unforeseen time or occurrence can befall" This person that was brushed off so quickly and unprofessionally is a christian mom and wife, raising 2 young girls one that is type 1 diabetic on a 1 person income and had made a big sacrifice to go to this appointment. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, and I will even change this review if Sabrina or someone from this office, takes the time to reach out to this person and make this right.
