Negative experience: This place is horrid. Not only was I on a waiting list to see my daughter’s primary care doctor for over a year, my appointment had been rescheduled twice. They kept telling me that they took my insurance but they didn’t. I couldn’t get a real answer from them except that I had to wait on this over 200 person waitlist! The staff and office manager kept telling me different things. Well fast forward to now we went to my daughter’s first appointment to establish care, (the phone calls I got to reschedule didn’t sound like Americans. They were clearly non English speaking and hired from a different country. So when I asked certain questions they didn’t know.) We had to wait over an hour to be called back to the office where we had to wait even longer. Mind you I took my kids out of school early to come to this appointment! I waited over an hour to be seen and I was not communicated once from the front office staff about this!! No phone calls no courtesy acknowledgment in person saying sorry he’s running behind. He’ll be with you guys shortly. NOTHING! Why do they even have front office staff when you check in digitally anyways! They just sit there! Well it was time for my son to have his appointment to establish care and I had tried to call the office to ask them if our doctor was running on time today and to let me know if he is not so I don’t have to take my son out of school early. Well again it was someone from a different country that says they are their virtual assistant and in fact not even near the office clearly. I asked if he could transfer me or communicate with the front office to let me know and he assured me he would. Well I never once got a call back. I called at 11am and his appointment was at 2:30 and I never heard from the office! It’s impossible to reach the actual practice!!!!! You cannot and will not ever talk to someone from the practice! What kind of doctors office is this!!!??!!!
Negative experience: I must say this was an extremely disappointing situation. I took my wife in for an appointment that she waited 6 months for after confirming with staff that our insurance would cover the type of treatment she needed. At the check in , my wife was told that they did not cover the treatment after all and the staff that informed her previously was “new”. Then after being declined we were told that we had to pay a cancellation fee! Really horrible experience as my wife has no relief and we’re back to the waiting line.
Negative experience: I scheduled a consultation for my wife due to the high blood pressure and blood thinner medications she was taking that made her sick 24 hours a day. The first consultation ended up with a request for lab extensive lab work which was expected. Our expectation on the return consultation proved useless. No plan other than some hormone cream which has nothing to do with what we were after in ultimately getting to the root cause of her condition and eliminating the pharmaceuticals. I’m totally confused on what they actually do for someone looking for non mainstream medical help, it wasn’t there. We were left with the thoughts of what a waste of time and money. Seriously deficient in their ability to set up a treatment plan and zero follow through.
Negative experience: Office staff is very inconsiderate. It’s unfortunate that I will not be able to get the chance to find the care that I need due to not submitting my pre appointment paperwork even if it’s 3 days away. Please train your staff to actually “care”.
Negative experience: They used to be great. Now, they're just there for the profit, not for providing care. I still see Dr. Hazen, but refuse to see anyone else. Dr. Hazen and his staff are awesome, the rest of the office is hot garbage. It is unfortunate, but it is the truth. If you need chiropractic care, get in with Dr. Hazen and do not bother with the other side of the clinic, it just isn't worth it. One star for TCIM, 5 Stars for Dr. Hazen and his staff.
Fantastic experience: I took my daughter today after I’ve been seen , I wish they had more insurance options but everyone should know about this type of Health care, Luke Fisk has been amazing to me and now my daughter she feels for the first time that she has some answers, Regular doctors prescribe this Dr gets on our level figures out the root of the issues. I won’t ever do a regular primary again without seeing a intergrative Doctor first . I wish the office staff was as caring as the doctors but overall an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: This practice from the Reception Areas to the IV room nurses to the doctors and staff are excellent. Ive been going to Dr, Hazen for years and have now moved my entire health issues to TCIM. Everyone is efficient, friendly and concerned. Dr. Lundquist has accepted my health issues and we are on a plan to bring me back to good health. It is not a practice that offers you drugs and pushes you out the door. It is mind, body soul and getting to the cause ad working with you to repair it. They offer it all. Would recommend to anyone who needs people who care.

Negative experience: Super disappointed in TCIM. I found them about a year ago and fell in love. The care is amazing, the doctors are amazing & I even referred a ton of people to seek care there! However, someone close to me that I referred has been dealing with a billing nightmare over the past 3 months and has done everything in his power to try to resolve. Multiple emails, multiple calls, multiple conversations with no resolution, care, urgency, or help from TCIM.
Fantastic experience: We love our doctors here. We've bothe been seeing Dr. Hazen for chiropractic services. He has some equipment that's different for adjustments than other chiropractors we've seen in the past. He's a got a witty personality also. He makes our visits extra enjoyable and feel much better overall. We're so glad we found him❣️

Negative experience: Disgusted by this office. Wasted 3 hours of driving with a disabled adult. Refused to see him after their staff failed to identify they would not see him with a medi-medi plan. But would with Medicare which is impossible in CA DONT WASTE PEOPLES TIME WITH YOUR INCOMPETENCE

Negative experience: There was a time when I gave this place 5 stars. I went to EVERYONE here for nearly 8 years, I used their massage services and was committed to their plan. If you want a complete rundown of my several HORRIBLE experiences with the office staff, see YELP. But I'll just summarize here that a few bad apples spoil the whole barrel here. They had thousands and thousands of dollars from me, yet constantly fought and belittled me if I called about an issue. Don't even get me started on the insurance and appointment debacles I experienced. I recommended people here and was on a first-name basis with most of the front office staff. I considered this place my HOME, and each time I dared to call something into question or argue with a particular member of their administrative staff, I felt like I'd been beaten up in the halls of high school. After one horrendous experience, I tried again, but upon my next visit, I realized it was fruitless. It's a shame Dr. Narayan left (have to wonder why), and a bigger shame that there are some people in the administrative chain who act like it's a privilege to take your $$ and treat you with an utter lack of humanity or respect. :-(
Negative experience: Horrible office staff. They tried to bill me and insurance the full amount $385 for an initial office visit. I called to clear it up was told it would be taken care of but still getting bills after multiple calls and being lied to multiple times. No records or notes of any calls I made on their end. Don't go here!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had amazing service by the staff and the medical app that is used. It makes it easy to have access to my doctor for my concerns by simply sending an email. I always get a response within 24 hours. I'm grateful for this medical practice. They have been nothing short of A+ professional service. I was very sick and have been made healthy again by their actions.

Negative experience: I would be extremely cautious with this practice. My doctor, who I met once, proceeded to "fire" me after we had a difficult conversation over the phone. I was told that email communication is how this particular doctor likes to handle patients. In other words, if you don't have an in person appointment, communication should be handled by email. I hurt my back, and was in extreme pain. I sent this doctor a detailed email with my progress, as well as the recommendations from a back specialist I see. She never responded. More than a week passed and nothing. Eventually I followed up, and was told to schedule a phone appointment. When I finally spoke to the doctor, she made it clear that she didn't agree with the specialist's recommendation. I explained to her that I had made attempts to involve her, but she was unresponsive. She then proceeded to reprimand me, explaining that she couldn't be expected to answer emails or work 24/7. She also blamed a staffing change, but continued to scold me. She was rude, and extremely aggressive. The irony is that this phone call ended with me saying, "I don't think we're a good fit." A few weeks later, her office sent me a letter saying that they didn't want me as a patient because I was aggressive with multiple staff members. This would be extremely difficult as I only went to the practice once, had a perfectly normal appt, and communicated via email per their instructions. The ego is astounding, and I would not recommend anyone visiting this practice. I believe this doctor was probably having a rough day, and is frustrated by the volume of patients. I think that makes sense, but there was absolutely no accountability, and the aggressive behavior was completely inappropriate. I will say that the chiropractic side of the practice was very nice and accommodating. It's a shame that the medical side is so awful. As an owner of TCIM, I am always concerned by poor customer service so I wanted to learn more about your situation. However, when I went to investigate the situation I could not find your name in our electronic medical record. Even when patient's are discharged or leave we do not erase them from the EMR. It is NOT our goal for our patients to feel unsupported or frustrated. If there is an opportunity for reflection and improvement in our processes we welcome that and I would be interested in learning more about your situation. Do you have a different name that you used when visiting the clinic?
Fantastic experience: Some of the office staff certainly need training regarding customer service skills, however, the Doctors make up for it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would. The office staff is unprofessional & rude. They never have any available appointments & are always referring patients to the the ER if you want to see a doctor that same day or even within the week. Never have availability to see a doctor until months out. Worst part is to be a patient here you need to have a PPO which is the most expensive insurance for the worst service ever. No real answers just a game of dodgeball. Extremely unprofessional & not willing to help the patient & very unexceptionable services. Better off searching for another practice.

Negative experience: I'm updating my review to one star because I didn't receive a notice that they stopped taking my insurance. When I called with a medical need someone said they sent notices through the patient portal but they never followed up by text, email, or mail to see if the notice was received. In the EMR I've used in the past we can see if a patient opens a document but they didn't bother to check and follow up. I asked them to waive my appointment fee due to this experience and the individual said her manager was busy. Poor experience.

Negative experience: Our daughter is 7 months old and we have established care with Rady's we love it- but we're also curious about these offices for our girl and ourselves as they serve not only pediatrics. First of all, it took 2 months to get an initial appointment. We first had to send all of our insurance info, a thorough packet of paper work and ID verification. We were a bit hesitant as they have a $150 cancellation fee and cancellations need to be made ONE WEEK in advance, emergencies happen so I wondered what would happen if we had to cancel 2 or 3 days before for whatever reason but didn't want to find out. Well today, the day of our appointment my husband and I are both off work and we accidentally drove to Temecula valley internal medicine (off Clinton Keith rd- an honest and probably not uncommon mistake 15 minutes away- TCIM is actually only 6 minutes from our home). After Temecula valley internal med told us we were in the wrong place, We were upset/flustered first time parents as you can imagine so we called Temecula center internal medicine to let them know of our mistake we would be there right at 20 minutes into the one hour appointment. We were okay with only 40 minutes with the physician and they had all of our daughters extensively filled out medical questionnaires. Michelle their manager said we could not make the appointment as we would be 5 min past their window so she wanted us to reschedule but we would still be charged the $150. We would have been okay to reschedule for another time BUT were not okay to pay $150 dollars when we were still trying to see the physician even for a shorter time we would have been willing to schedule a second follow appointment and paid if it was just handled better. It's not like we didn't show up at all we tried! I pleaded for some grace as we were already on our way back. I was there in person and the woman at the front desk called her once and Michelle said we can't be seen still charged then the woman at the front asked if I'd like to speak to Michelle and I said yes, so Michelle answered her call and told her she would call me. She couldn't even come out to face me as I was there in person. I have yet to hear from Michelle. We waited 2 months for this appointment and would need to wait another two!? No way. I pleaded with Michelle to allow us to make it with the time we had left, everyone has a bad day, it was already a lot to get out of the house and the time off. We still arrived to the office with 40 minutes of our appointment time left, no one in there. (Yes they are, and it was so frustrating to deal with them and no empathy). The front staff said the physicians have other patients which is ridiculous 1. Because the full hour should have been blocked for us it was the end of the day & 2. We would have been fine with a shorter appointment just to get care established. I am absolutely disgusted and sick to my stomach at how money hungry this establishment is. So they had the remaining 40 minutes to sit around for their $150 dollars but more importantly, they lost three potential patients and likely thousands of dollars. A little customer service goes a long way. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Absolutely horrible patient care.

Negative experience: I wanted to give it another try, but sadly you guys made it so difficult... So unnecessarily difficult... This is the most unprofessional office to which i have been. The office rules and paperwork process is ridiculous. And apparently if you want to switch doctors within the same office it requires all new paperwork... oh why? Unfortunately, there are many more things could be added here, but i'm not willing to waste any more of my time on this. I thought i was the only one suffering and frustrated patient until i read other reviews...

Negative experience: 3/14/2018 Previous review I'm sad to say that I have made the decision not to go back to this facility. I love the concept and you would expect to find very caring people here. Dr. Narayan and Melinda are both wonderful but the office staff is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I've shown up for appointments more than once where they tell me my appointment is on another day, they don't return phone calls or take care of things (like faxing in an order) when they say they will. I had an appointment one day and their machine was down so they asked me to go to urgent care and have the test done, which I did. When the test was done Urgent care told me I either needed to see my doctor or go to emergency. I went directly to Temecula Integrative medicines office and was told by the receptionist "well you’ll have to go to emergency because your doctor can’t see you today". Later Dr Narayan apologized and told me that IF the receptionist had just gone to speak with her she would have been able to see me, instead I went to emergency. I've been trying to get a follow up appointment because I may have cancer and need to have the reports read and I was told I couldn't see a doctor until May 1st (2 months) I was told Dr Lindquist said if I have an issue I should see my oncologist! I responded that I don't have an oncologist, I don't even know if I have cancer yet. I guess they are expecting me to read the report myself? Very sad and disappointed. 1/12/2019 Updated review Well the saga continues and I'm going to post my update here on yelp and on their website. I called their office last Monday and received a message that they were all in training (Sincerely hope it helps) and they would return my call in 24 hours, then it hung up without any option to leave a message. Typical of their lack of professionalism. I was calling as I had received a bill from them. A past due bill with dates that span from 3/17 to 3/18 for $733 with PAST DUE stamped in red all over it. This is the first time I've seen this bill. I then called their office manager on Tuesday and left a message and so far no call back! I'm hoping to talk to anyone who has any interest in improving the experience of their patients.

Negative experience: Spoke with the receptionist (won't say her name). I called to ask questions about the different healthcare plans that they accept. She was not polite and sounded annoyed that I called to ask questions. She also didn't know much about what type of healthcare they accept, just told me to call my insurance. Before I hung up I told her that she should be more friendly since she's the first point of contact. She replied, "I am friendly!" Lol. If this is any indication of their office, then I would never want them as my primary care physicians.

Negative experience: We were desperate to help our baby suffering with eczema. They were aware of her urgent need and they still booked us an appt TWO MONTHS AWAY. I was alittle disappointed because if they really cared about their clients, and especially a newborn baby with skin that is raw and bleeding, maybe they would prioritize certain appts. Anyways, it was what it was because they’re an extremely busy office... extremely. That can be a good or a bad thing depending on your situation. If it’s something serious and urgent-then you’re screwed. If it’s like an allergy test you’re simply curious about but it isn’t dire then maybe this place is the spot for you. But then they canceled her appt last min !! We had all our eggs in that basket waiting on them. Our poor daughter was suffering. Of course we were trying different things at home and doing our best to keep her comfortable and try to figure out how to fix it ourselves (which we finally did-no thanks to this place). Don’t waste your time. You’re better off using google. Faster and cheaper -_-
Negative experience: When I called to inquire if they treated my Chronic illness the girl didn't know how to answer and referred me to the website...this is not good patient care and doesn't reflect the website that states how important quality care is to this office...very disappointed considering the how "highly recommend" this office was to me.

Negative experience: how can you claim that business hours are 8am to 5pm when you're closed for lunch with no specified time when that is? I've tried to drop of paperwork for my kids to get appointments (cant just go - have to fill out paperwork to be dropped off before i can schedule an appointment). I've called to find out when lunch is - apparently it was lunch and i get the its lunch message with no time when lunch will be over. so frustrating.

Our office hours are clearly posted on our homepage of our website (www.tcimedicine.com) 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday.  We are closed from Noon-1:00 p.m. for lunch so our staff and physicians have time to eat so they are able to better serve our patients.  We do require completed paperwork for our patients prior to your appointment because the paperwork needs to be entered into our system and reviewed by our practitioners prior to your appointment so your time is not wasted during your appointment and our practitioners are prepared to meet with you. Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lundquist and his staff. There are not any long waits here. I have improved my condition and I finally have lost some weight. Everyone here is so nice, they feel like family!

Fantastic experience: I think this by far IS THE BEST medical care in the Valley. The entire staff is wonderful, professional, caring, and they get to the underlining cause of what the problem is. I highly would refer them to anyone. They also have a great pediatrician. HOLISTIC and don't push pills on you...they find the problem and work with you and listen to their patients.
