Desperate, I called Dr. Silver. He took one look ar ny labs and asked why they didn't treat me for Lyme disease. He immediately got me on IV protocol for the illness and I was getting better almost immediately. And he sent me to a different infectious disease do tor in boca. If not fir Dr. Stephen Silver. There wasn’t a moment that I felt rushed or unimportant, which is the case in so many doctors’ offices. This office is a breath of fresh air that I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I am writing this review in hopes of saving future patients from having the experience I had with the practice and Dr Silver. On April 29th 2021 I went in for juviderm injections in my lips and nasolabial folds. This was my first experience with filler injections so I was not sure what to expect. Dr Silver evaluated my lips and decided juviderm XL would be appropriate and we would start with 1 syringe. He proceeded to do dental blocks on my upper and lower arcade. He first numbed my lips and inside my mouth with topical lidocaine and then injected the dental blocks. I noticed this felt different than any previous dental blocks I had gotten prior because one side of my face became numb up to my eye but Dr Silver and his staff assured me this was normal and he was very experienced in this procedure. Once I felt numb he began placing the injections inside my lips starting with the top. I was unsure of the exact location because I was numb but I know that he rolled my lips outward and placed the needle in the wet area inside my mouth. After 2 injections on the top he moved to the bottom. The first injection was uncomfortable on the bottom and I began to feel light headed. He stopped and his staff laid me down and got me ice. He showed me the progress and I was a bit surprised that my bottom lip had a “duck” appearance towards the middle of my bottom lip. I reminded him i was going for a more natural appearance and wanted my lips to look full on the sides as well and a less pouty appearance. He said he knew exactly what I wanted but he was trying to save me some money but he would use another syringe to even out the appearance. He proceeded to do 2 more injections in my lower lip again on the inside of the lip where the skin is wet. The last injection he asked an assistant to get an ice pack and apply pressure because I developed a hematoma which he assured me was normal (pictures are attached). After leaving I felt as though my results were abnormal but as I stated I had no prior experience to compare to. The swelling was significant so I reached out to another doctor who also does lip injections for a second opinion. I scheduled an appointment for a week later. When I went in she confirmed that the injections he did were below the wet dry boarder of the lip and were not placed correctly. She urged me ask him to dissolve the injections and told me with the severity of bruising I had she was concerned that I could have had a vascular occlusion. At this point I was uncomfortable returning to Dr Silver for follow up treatment so I contacted his office manager. After a few weeks of back and forth email correspondence with attached pictures of accumulation of juviderm below my wet dry boarder the office basically gave me the run around and refused to come to a reasonable solution which would have included for me a refund of my money. The cost of the injections was $1200. At no point during my consult or course of treatment was I provided an estimate of cost and after some research I found this to be a very high amount for 2 syringes of juviderm. My recommendation to potential patients is to stay away from this practice as I now have 2 large lumps of juviderm in the area under my lip that are visible when looking at my face.

His facility high-end and great location.

Negative experience: Found them on the internet for urgent care. The door says urgent care. You show up, they take your Driver's License and insurance card and after the appointment with the doctor, they inform you they don’t take insurance and they give you a bill for $480 for services rendered. When I took the bill they gave me, and sent it to my insurance, they sent me a form letter saying they don’t do business with this facility. I asked why, all they said was that the doctor was in the do not reimburse list, and they are not able to refund. In reality they are a miracle/anti aging facility that hides themselves as a minute walk in clinic.

Fantastic experience: The best Medical Doctor ever!! He actually has high integrity, walks the talk, which I find extremely rare on the Medical Profession. I am a Business Coach and Coach, Consult, Advise and Lecture around the world for already 26 years so I have seen plenty of doctors all over the globe. None of them have 1/2 of the integrity Doctor Silver does! On top of it all, he actually listens and finds out exactly the help the person needs and how we need it, which again I find exceptional! I would not go anywhere else!! It’s just a God send in every way! Thank you Doc!!

Fantastic experience: Very positive experience and amazing results! 100 % recommend this place! This was my first time so I was definitely nervous lol.. I really didn't know what to expect, the staff was friendly and professional and very comforting, which put me at ease. Dr. Silver and Bianca are both phenomenal! Dr. Silver fixed my 'angry elevens' and my forehead lines with such expertise.. The last couple of weeks I've been getting so many compliments on my complexion and when I bring up my grandkids in conversation with people that I meet at my networking events, I'm always met with puzzled expressions I would buy the question, "how old are you??? I love it!

Negative experience: I went in in January, had a few things done and they talked me into having a full blood workup done. I asked if it was covered by insurance and was told yes. I paid the co-Pay, as well as for all the other services... and referred a few other people... all in all giving them thousands of dollars. And I have now been receiving invoices for over $500 for the bloodwork. They have nothing about it. And now it’s going on my credit. Horrible.

Fantastic experience: Very positive. Very thorough. Yes, I had to get reimbursement from my insurer. But I needed expert help fast and got it! I am not sure why the other reviews are negative. I have some expert background and felt very secure.

Negative experience: This doctor is a thief and very unprofessional. My recommendation is do not go, he will rip you off and I believe he doesn't even know what he is doing. I went in for a consultation only and he ended up charging me $658 for nothing!!! All he did was stick three needles in my face (I have trigeminal nerve pain in my face, constant horrible debilitating pain), which actually it made it worse. He did blood work telling me Medicare would pay for it and they didn't, but I ended up telling them not to send in my blood since I didn't want to go back to his office ever. I felt so pressured, they just wanted to charge me as much as they could get out of me. No care or concern for me as a patient and my well being. I think he is a plain thief, he just wants to get out of you what he can. Please don't go!
