Negative experience: Apparently this place is closed "A New You" at 695 is gone.

Fantastic experience: I love a New You Health & Wellness Galleria. I’m currently on a weight lost program with Mohamad. He had me do a test to check my hormone levels, glucose levels, protein levels and more. I can’t wait to come back and show my results. I’ve current lost 20bls with Mohamad. He is very informational. He not only helps you maintain your weight. He also teaches you about your health. He gives details and list on what foods to eat and even refer you to great places to eat in the Houston area. I’m so excited to be working with Mohamad and New You Health & Wellness Galleria.

Negative experience: Was actually referred by a friend & liked the Groupon offer. However from my 1 & only appointment I found Mohammad’s operation to be quite unprofessional. He was excessively late for my appointment from the Start. However everyone has a bad day so I overlooked it. The following week, I needed to cancel so I called & left a message to reschedule. Several days past & I received no return phone call to reschedule. Ofcourse he likely didn’t care anymore. He had already taken my Pre-payment. However determined to get the remaining value from the payment, I called again for my follow up appointment. This time I got an answer & scheduled an appointment mid-Day. I arrived a couple minutes after my appointment so I expected Mohammad would be ready to see me. I was very wrong. I would be left waiting there over 30 minutes past my appointment time. He actually came out to the lobby walked out the door & came back in not once even acknowledging that I was waiting. I had enough! I walked out. The receptionist promised I would receive a follow up call. Ofcourse that did not happen. My advice. Go somewhere more professional who won’t waste your time

Negative experience: These people are rude!! I purchased a Groupon for the B12 Shots. I get to the facility and a rude Caucasian woman said that Mohammed no longer works there and that I needed to contact Groupon. The thing about it is is that Muhammad is not the headliner on the Groupon YOUR company is. On top of that if he no longer works for your company then why in the hell is he still on your website? So when you book The B12 shots he is NOT an option. I suggest you fix your website before you start checking customers. I will not recommended this place to anyone!!!

Negative experience: Stay away! I signed up for 12 B12 lipotropic injections. I only did 3 shots bc each time I went for my shot, Mohammed kept pressuring me to try the very expensive $900 HCG diet. I knew there was a catch to get people in the door!!

Negative experience: Warning !Gained weight! I followed the exact plan for two weeks by the book , purchased food from dinner Dude and starved , did as they said and i Gained! i Gained weight!! their plan is not working for me,! i reached out to get my money back, they said "you need a note from a doctor saying using this injection is harmful or no money back!" watch out what you sign ! they have it all covered! Be careful !

He really is a patient person and takes the time to listen to his customers to make sure he can give them exactly what they need so that they can be successful on their journey. Mohammed is extremely knowledgeable about the products that he has and I am very happy with my results thus far and looking forward to my results in the future. I just started the HCG program a few weeks ago. Him and his brother are walking testimonies themselves and it's nice to be able to go to someone that knows exactly what you're going through. I would recommend A New You to any and everyone.

Negative experience: I was taking the B12 Myoden once per week As well as HCG shots every week for about 4/5 weeks. I paid and I Never went back, because I was having chest pains.. I was admitted into the hospital. Come to find out I have Pulmonary Hypertension and Lupus. . I Never had any problems before I went to this place and now I regret it. All because I wanted to lose weight.
