Fantastic experience: Every time I have an appointment with Dr Shawna or any of the staff at a total health and healing I always get results. I have never left feeling as if the issue was not treated, never.

Fantastic experience: I’ve struggled with recurring back pain since a car accident, and get occasional flare ups. The first time I saw Dr. Paige for dry needling was a game changer — I came into the appointment barely being able to bend at my waist after throwing my back out. She made me feel completely comfortable with clear explanations, gentle care, and checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was doing ok. After getting off the table I felt immediate improvement in pain and mobility, and that improvement continued over the next couple days and I was able to resume my normal activity. I’ve been back several times since and each time I have had the best experience and results. Friendly, skilled, and deeply reassuring — I’m so grateful to have her as my PT.

Negative experience: I am revising a previous review as I want to be fair to the dedicated providers here. I came to Total Health and Healing when my previous chiropractor ended up working at Total Health. I also went to the clinic prior to that many years ago and was excited to reconnect with the now expanded clinic. I was seeing Dr. Mike. Dr. Mike is an excellent chiropractor - always putting his patients first. I didn't see any other providers but I know they are all noted to be good. I already had people I was seeing. It took me awhile to warm up to the clinic as I thought there might be some special offers to try different providers now that I was there to see Dr. Mike, but that never happened. When I called in to see Dr. Mike, I was always asked how many minutes for the appointment, even though I always saw him the same number of minutes - 20 minutes, so it felt like they never really knew me as their client. I loved their office dogs and looked forward to seeing them - Rosie and Mav. I thought everyone was one big happy family, but again, I was never offered nor encouraged to see other providers, except by Dr. Mike. Dr. Mike suggested various providers there and would sometimes let me know that other services were being added. He was very into encouraging me to try their providers and invested in the clinic itself - talking up different providers and what they could offer. I only got that from him. He seemed integral to the clinic itself. So, then, it was VERY surprising to see that one day he was there, and the next, was not, and I was suddenly not able to make an appointment. I wasn't given any heads up that he was not part of the clinic anymore, nor any suggestion to see their other provider(s). It felt like they didn't even care if they kept me as a patient or not. I expressed this to the office manager, that I felt kind of swept away, along with the loss of my provider Dr. Mike - that it felt uncomfortable, and she said she would pass along that feedback. Needless to say, I would have normally given more stars but can't because no one has reached out to me even after I expressed dismay. I just don't understand that approach. I thought I was a valued client. It's like Dr. Mike AND his patients all got erased from the clinic history. He is gone and I guess we are gone too. Very strange experience. I know this is a good clinic with good providers, so I just do not understand this approach at all. They need to do something about how they left the situation for Dr. Mike's (and their) clients. How you treat your clients is very important. That was quite abrupt and honestly didn't and doesn't feel good. I would think they would want people to feel good about their experience. I was a consistent patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vick was attentive, compassionate and asked clarifying questions concerning my health history. I feel confident she will accurately assess and help my in my overall health journey.

Fantastic experience: Amanda H is absolutely amazing! Every massage is perfectly tailored, and I leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. She’s consistent, professional, and truly gifted at what she does. Highly recommend! Ten ⭐️’s!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Total Health and Healing are amazing. Two of their chiropractors have done work on me, Dr Mike and Dr Sarah. I love the combination of mial facial therapy along with chiropractic adjustments. I never feel rushed - they spend as much time as my body needs. I find that this method makes the adjustments more effective. Additionally, partenering chiropractic care with massage therapy is amazing very effective - I have had massages for years - I received one of the best from Alyssa Carrera! I also love the puppy therapy I get from Rosie, Maverick, and Atlas. ♥️

Fantastic experience: Dr Bri is the best! She listens carefully and is so good at figuring out what is going on inside your body! I never feel rushed at my appointments and whenever I email her questions she responds very quickly. She treats the whole person - and explains things so well. I can’t recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: Ugh. I fell down the stairs today. My good friend suggested I get in with our favorite acupuncturist! So I got an X-ray, not broken, then straight to Cassie’s table. My whole body and leg feel SOOOO much better. I still can’t walk on my foot but my everything else is calm and relaxed and in a great way for healing. Thank you Cassie. She is a talented healer and massage therapist and was able to “feel” exactly what I needed even when I wasn’t even sure what my body needed. The entire time she made sure I was comfortable with the process. I left feeling great and looking forward to a future appointment! Gabrielle and Mandy are also fantastic. Life changing actually. I recently sent my partner who has a lot going on physically but powers through for his family. He finally agreed to go see Dr. Shanna! She took the time to get a thorough understanding of my medical history and current concerns. She takes a holistic approach and truly makes you feel heard and supported during this journey. I also appreciate the fact that she is conscientious of the cost of tests/treatments and gives an honest opinion of what is the best place to start if I can’t do everything all at once. The office staff are very helpful with scheduling (when I don’t use the convenient online scheduling option!) and they are always friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paige is spectacular! I started going to her for dry needling to help with shoulder pain when lifting weights. While the treatment is intense, it is incredibly effective and she was able to get rid of severe muscle knots and tension that no amount of massage was able to. She is very knowledgeable and not only works on treating the muscles while you're there, but also works with you to help develop a plan to help prevent the issues from returning with simple exercises you can easily do at home (yes, you have to put in some effort to help keep yourself healthy after you leave). And while I haven't had any treatments with her, Dr. Shanna is also an amazing and very knowledgeable person and she has put together a wonderful group of people at this clinic. If you have aches and pains, go see these wonderful folks!

Fantastic experience: Paige is an Amazing physical therapist! What a blessing in my life to have met her! I have had shoulder pain for the last 15 years and back pain for the last 35 years. I have tried so many different techniques and solutions to both. Paige is the first modality and individual that has brought me hope and relief.

If she hadn't of told me she was new, I wouldn't of known. She has so much education in her pt background of the body and helps to navigate exactly what it needs. Did a fabulous job and has a natural warmth about her that is perfect for relaxation of the body & mind for recieving massage therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paige is incredible and so thorough! I've been seeing her for dry needling to calm down my TMJ and it has been a serious game changer with my range of motion and tension. Thanks to her I no longer need to see a TMJ specialist. Dr. Paige gave me a very clear and easy to follow treatment plan which has also worked wonders.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Paige for physical therapy for back pain and she is amazing! She is so knowledgeable about what is causing me to be in pain. All the exercises she has assigned me to do can be done at home, no equipment or gym required, which I love. Each time I visit Paige my pain is less and less.

Fantastic experience: I was rear ended 4 years ago and I had to do Physical Therapy and Chiropracting for about 7 months. I was in a lot of pain and I could not do the every day things that we take for granted, without dealing with a lot of extreme pain. Dr. Sarah Thon Haggbloom worked on me 2 to 3 times a week in the beginning. Thru much effort from Dr. Sarah, I feel much better and now I go every 6 weeks for maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shanna has helped me get to the root of some physics issues by addressing loads of deep emotional issues. Then walking me through that healing journey! She continues to help reveal those issues in our sessions, that have held me back from enjoying my life and kept me on a state of distress. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to get my dog into see Dr. Sarah last week. The dogs back went out three weeks ago. Multiple trips to the vet and close to a 1000.00 dollars later nothing. This dog wasn't going to make it much longer. Dr. Sarah and the helpful staff there got us in and handled contacting my vet for referral. Dr. Sarah spent an hour with the dog gently rubbing his spine and with a little push here and there that dog stood up on his own for the first time in three week's. Dr. Sarah saved his life! I cant thank her enough! We will be back!

I don’t live in the metro anymore, but when I’m in the area I always make a point to stop - whether it’s to get a chiropractic adjustment, energy straightened out, vitamin/supplement needs, etc - this is the place to go!
