Fantastic experience: This was my first facial experience. I decided to book an Ayurvedic facial after meeting Shawna and hearing the passion in which she talks about holistic esthetics. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, it was relaxing, my skin felt great, and I wasn't expecting the back and foot massage as part of the process. I even got my first ever compliment on my skin from someone later that day. I look forward to repeating the experience in the future.

Fantastic experience: Brittany used techniques I had never experienced before, and they were phenomenal. Her connection with the human body is almost like a language she uses to find your troubled spots and release the bad energy from it. I have never felt soooooo relaxed following a massage session. Brittany is a keeper guys!

Fantastic experience: My massage with Stacey was absolutely incredible. Communication before hand was good and she made me feel comfortable. I liked her technique and the pressure was perfect for me and what I needed. She checked in every once in awhile to make sure I was doing ok. I hope this doesn't sound crazy, but I felt like I was being lifted outside of my body during the massage and that was only a couple of minutes in! What an incredible feeling/experience. 10/10 and I highly recommend Stacey! You know it's a good massage when you feel drunk by the end of it!

I struggle with acne, hyperpigmentation, and dryness but this facial made me look and feel like a new person. I so highly recommend❤️ A facial with Pam is such a magical experience !!

Fantastic experience: For some time I was having lower back and right shoulder pain, specifically during workout. It was getting worse so I was advised to try massage therapy to relieve pain. Fortunately I got an appointment with Little Bird Wellness in East Granby with Olivia. The session was so relaxing, it was like finding exact pain muscles and treating it gently. I immediately felt the difference next day during workout. I will be taking more sessions as I think I am on right path. Thanks Olivia for your help!!

Fantastic experience: I went there today and the services were wonderful. Pam tinted my brows, and did some waxing for me. While we were waiting for the wax, pam gave me a partial facial., what a nice surprise! As I was leaving I set up a facial with Pam. I’m very excited to go back. I highly recommend this place and Pam for a facial.

She identified areas where I didn’t think I needed work as well as working the areas I addressed during intake. I will definitely be coming back to see her.

Fantastic experience: Little Bird Wellness saved my back yesterday. I called in the morning to make an appointment for a very tight back. Lani could tell how much pain i was in so she got me in with Stacey within 2 hours. I walked out of there feeling so much better. Stacey was patient and kind and helped me understand why my back was feeling so badly. I was feeling 100% better when i left. I even scheduled a second appointment for next week, this time for relaxation. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: During my first Shamanic Healing session with Chris, I was laying down with my eyes closed and experienced what felt like someone gently placing their fingertips on my temples but I realized it wasn’t Chris because he began shaking the rattle. It felt “angelic” as if spirit guides were letting me know that they were there. I saw Chris for a follow up visit a couple weeks later. When I arrived I was very tense and my lower back was aching and I almost asked for a pillow but decided to just go with it. After just a few minutes my back released and I felt a wave of calm throughout my body. Chris and I spoke about what has been going on in my life recently and I was comfortable divulging in a topic I wouldn’t discuss with just anybody. Chris has a warm, caring output of energy but also coupled with a sense of humor which made me feel at ease and comfortable. I left the session feeling like a weight was lifted from my mind and body. These sessions with Chris have opened my eyes and allowed me to change my perception on things that hold me back. I look forward continuing my personal growth and feel lucky to have Chris assist me as a guide.

Fantastic experience: Lani and Chris are both AMAZING! Lani has got the special touch that just makes you melt into the table. Her hands are confident compassionate and puts you at ease. I look forward to my session once a month! Chris I have had the pleasure of receiving his shaman coaching now a couple of times. I have experienced powerful changes and clarity even days after his treatment. If you are feeling stuck spiritually or just trying to align your body back to balance Chris is great . He truly listens and is very intuitive to what you need to get tuned up!! I’m so happy they have 2 places now . Thank you

Fantastic experience: I can not express how much I look forward to getting a Thai massage from Stacey. I do not know what it is, but Thai massage gives my body something that a regular massage does not. I highly recommend everyone try Thai at least once. So relaxing and my muscles feel brand new.
