Fantastic experience: I am on my feet 8 hours a day. I am a massage therapist and a true believer in holistic healing. I had received a gift card and decided to try the Ionic Foot Bath for the first time. After 30 minutes my body felt so relaxed and the toxins were so dark in the water. Overall I feel a big difference already. I definitely will be returning for more sessions. Sharon

Fantastic experience: I’m don’t usually write reviews but this place warranted a few minutes of my time. I recently moved to the high dessert area from San Diego and needed a place to provide quality recovery! I stumbled across elixir of health online, I have been pleased with the service and relaxed environment since starting treatment ( Cupping, Cryo, deep tissue massage, Nomatec Boot).The staff is attentive, my experience with Veronica has been pleasant. We connected immediately both being former high performance athletes. She is knowledgeable and a straight shooter and packs a mean elbow!! (massage). Would highly recommend this location for ALL recovery needs adults and youth!

Fantastic experience: A great facility. I have visited for both cryotherapy and massages and have always had a great experience. Front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful. Gayla and Kashara are especially great at their jobs. Veronica too though she sometimes talks a lot. LOL ;)

I had a great experience and I'm hopeful that I will get some help with relieving some tears in my meniscus and my knees

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I've been to this spa and it was an amazing experience. Elixir of Health has a lot to offer and I used the cyro chamber for the first time and i have never slept so good as I did after that. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and I never felt pressured into anything. Looking forward to going back I already scheduled 2 more appointments.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Wow! Wow! There are so many great things I can say about this place! The owner, Veronica is absolutely incredible at what she does, it’s obvious she is passionate about helping people. My 7 year old and I have been going in and using the sauna for pain and breathing issues and I have been getting treatments with the cryophysio for shoulder pain. I noticed a difference with just one treatment! We normally travel down the hill to get different types of alternative treatments so it’s such a blessing to have Veronica and her amazing staff so close to home. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help you learn about the different treatments they offer. My son absolutely loves Deven! She always greets you with a smile and such positive energy. I encourage everyone to stop by and just check the place out. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Veronica and all the staff is seriously amazing. They truly go above and beyond. I take my 2 boys to get some compressions, cryotherapy, infrared sauna and massage/stretches because they play competitive soccer and are training 5-7 days a week and they need some relief. My boys love this place, I truly appreciate this facility because it's giving my son's the knowledge that there are other options other than pharmaceutical drugs to help when they have aches/pains or when they're sick or starting to feel sick. I truly believe and respect this natural approach to helping heal and maintain a healthy body. I also believe that starting this process should be done at a young age for better outcomes once my boys are older. Thank you Elixir for the knowledge and accessibility to something so great in our community.

She is knowledgeable and so kind and non abrasive with her work. I appreciate that. I left calm and the area she worked on with the localized cryotherapy felt much more calm as well. Positive experience: First visit about services was very informative. We experienced cryotherapy. I advised that I had Fibromyalgia and was seeking care and relief from that. I was advised that what I had wasn't a real diagnosis so therefore I felt it wasn't necessary to return.

Fantastic experience: I am recovering from ankle surgery and my swelling has been out of control lately. Within a few days of receiving cryo and infrared sauna treatments I can say my swelling is now very minimal. Their treatments are great for detoxing and recovery post exercise, surgery and even vacations.

I’ve had the whole body cryotherapy twice and had the chiropractor here and every time when leaving I amazing and full of energy! Fantastic experience: If you've ever been curious about cryotherapy like I was, I'd say this is the best place to do it for the first time and on a regular basis. The cryotherapy has helped me with the physical aches and pains of my daily routine (with a history of chronic low back/spine injury and spasms) and also gives me a rush of energy and helps me sleep better at night. I also love the compression therapy, I do believe it helps increase circulation and reduce inflammation. Veronica manages Elixir and is extremely knowledgeable, she's a sweetheart, and takes a true health-based approach to what she does here. The staff here cares and ensures that you are comfortable and at-ease with whatever service you're getting done. Give them a call or book online. You wont regret it!
