1% Fitness

Fantastic experience: As an iron worker who throws deck all day working long hours, time management is everything. I just picked up my first round of 7 meals this past Monday and couldn’t be happier with it. Two meals in and I’m loving the food. It’s nice to come home from work and the gym, not having to worry about cooking or grocery shopping. Plus I know I’m eating the right diet for my lifestyle. I will continue to be a subscriber no doubt

Fantastic experience: 1% Fitness catered a team party we had this weekend and it was seriously the best food ever! I wish I had photos to share. I don’t think catering gets more nutritious and tasty! I was especially a fan of their custom garden veggie seasoning!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for an easy, no brainer meal prep solution that is way healthy, I’d highly suggest looking into 1% Fitness! Had 1% Fitness as a guest at my wife’s work lunch. I was BLOWN AWAY that this food was as healthy and delicious being delivered in sealed containers.

Fantastic experience: Best meal prep service I’ve tried—and I’ve tried many. It’s real food! They don’t cut corners on the quality of meats, they don’t use fillers, and every meal I’ve had has tasted great. I love the variety, the macros, and how they use simple, real ingredients. Especially if you’re in Utah and can get them refrigerated, not frozen, this is the way to do meal prep and macro/nutrition tracking. I intend to keep buying from them from here on out.

Fantastic experience: I have been eating 1% Fitness meals for almost 4 weeks so far. I have one a day, usually my lunch because that has been the hardest for me to prep and have ready with a busy work schedule. They have been great and have helped so much with tracking my macros! You should definitely try them out. There are so many delicious options!

Fantastic experience: ***I NEVER leave reviews but this one is worth it*** I LOVEEEEEE 1% FITNESS SO MUCH!! I’ve tried all of the meal prep services out there including Factor, Hello Fresh, Trifecta, etc and this is the only one that will let you FULLY customize you meals with your protein, carbs, and veggies INCLUDING the individual portions giving you all the exact macros making it so easy to get the protein and calories you need for you goals. They ACTUALLY focus on high protein/low cal ratio and get between 35-60g protein per meal with calories still at 300-500. They also vacuum seal their meals so they actually last like 2 weeks in the fridge compared to 1 week with homemade or other companies. I normally don’t leave reviews but this place is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I spent weeks trying to find one that let me pick at a decent price and this is the winner. SO TASTY! The owner, Robert, is so sweet too! Can tell it’s a passion of his. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting their food if you are focused on your goals but don’t want to have to meal prep anymore after 2 years straight of doing it every week (like me lol). Cant imagine my life without them now honestly.

Fantastic experience: Customer service is amazing and the food is even better. The food is perfectly portion and very filling for the size you get. I’m a 6’4 guy and I can eat a lot. However, when I’m done eating any one of the meals, I walk away very full and super satisfied. Strongly recommend!

Positive experience: UPDATE: After my initial review (below), I was contacted by the company, and they were able to deliver my meals. I understand it’s a growing business and some missteps are bound to happen. I appreciate their willingness to step up and make things right! As frustrated as I was, I am satisfied with the outcome. As I said in my initial review, the food is really good! Started out great, but this week, I wasn’t able to pick up my meals during normal business hours. According to the text I got, normal business hours for the Lehi location are 9am-6pm on Friday. I went this morning (11/05) at 9:45am only to see the vehicle with 1% Fitness emblazoned on the side pulling out. I tried to get my meals only to find the doors were locked. Multiple calls and messages to their “support” number went unanswered. I signed up with 1% Fitness as a convenient way to eat healthy. This experience has taught me that 1% is not a convenient solution to my food needs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from here. I’m sad about that because the food is really good. There’s just zero excuse for not being open when you claim to be and not returning paying customers’ phone calls in a timely fashion.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been here yet, but I love the concept. As a long time fat guy, 1% fit sounds very attainable. 99% fitness would sound scary and impossible to achieve, but one percent sounds right up my alley.
