They tailor their plans to you individually and it is very affordable for everything that you get included. No exercise, no medication, and all natural supplements! Negative experience: This is nothing more than another diet with a hefty price tag. You are made to believe you need to drink alkaline water that they supply because your body is toxic. Our local water is already essentially alkaline. Go have it tested. Then just drink it filtered if you don’t like it straight out of the tap. This diet is for you if you are able to eat a certain type and quantity of food for a good 5 months. And yes, you will definitely lose weight. I did lose about 20 pounds in the first couple of months. I just couldn’t keep up with the restrictions. And despite a nutrition coach, it is still a willpower issue. As soon as I started integrating other foods not on the diet, I immediately gained weight. The only reason I continued losing after a few months is I supplemented by having a GLP-1 medication prescribed. I do appreciate some of the things I learned about lessening sugars and do still stick to a lot of that. My honest opinion though is this is not a realistic program long term, at least not for me. I feel like I spent a LOT of money to be given some supplements and be told to eat less.
Bethany, we value your feedback. We do suggest alkaline water that helps balance your pH level, reducing toxicity. Whether you get it from our office or elsewhere, as long as it's alkaline, it works. For some who lack access to alkaline water, we provide a source as part of our program, fostering a sense of community.
We truly wish that you would have continued the program since the most important part of our program is the maintenance phase where we focus on re-learning, strategizing, and sustaining weight loss for long-term success. Sustainability is key in any weight loss journey.

Negative experience: I am going to tell you about my experience with this business and the promise of weight loss. When I first start and I sat with the doctor (which you only will see one time by the way) and I explained to him that I did diets before and I was successful, however because the intake of calories on this diet for the first week was under 1.000 calories per day I was concerned that once I got back to regular eating of 2.000 calories per day I would slowly get weight back, He assured me that they do not work that way and I will be eating enough food including drinking 1 gallon of water every day. A couple days later I started the program that cost me over $1,800. I received a couple of bottles of creams, a protein shake bottle and other products and a list of food I was allowed to eat. (The rest was on me buying the food). I was shocked that a couple bottles and protein shake was priced at $1,800....crazy right? When I saw the food program I was immediately concerned because I knew that it was not healthy and impossible to follow around 1.000 calories per day. Eating this amount of calories is not healthy. A couple days later I felt fatigue, tiredness, hunger, food craving, low energy, dizzy, etc.I was even walking more than 10.000 steps per day to help with the weight loss. After almost 3 weeks of following this imposible diet I had to stop because I felt as sick and tired that I ever felt in my life. I lost 5 pounds initially, however, after going back to a regular and healthy eating of 2.000 calories the weight came back. Today I have the same weight and unfortunately lost over $1.800 in something that is not sustainable, heatly and is difficult to follow. I would not recommend this place in a million years. After you pay your money, you will never see the doctor again, I am devastated and very disappointed. I cried of frustration at this nonsense and I am very angry. I never in my life posted a negative review to any bussiness but I felt in my heart to do the right thing. Saving this amount of money is not an easy thing to do. All I can do now is reset and find a way to lose weight in a healthy way.
We were really taken aback by this review. We have been in business for almost 40 years. We love our community and our patients. We have previously had a 5 star rating. We did try to reach out to this patient and we got no response. For the record, we would love to make things right and would welcome him back with no charge at any time. We look forward to serving everyone who walks through our doors.
