Fantastic experience: I’ve been impressed with the weight I’ve lost. I like the menu items and it’s not that expensive. Losing the weight has given me more confidence and I stand higher.

Negative experience: Because the process utilized to assist persons with weight loss made me feel as if I were only a number on an assembly line as a cycle to keep the product moving, more time should be taken to ensure you know all forms of weight loss medications or routes to losing weight and what to expect for all the visits to include the initial visit. Some of the staff are rude, rushing, and being rushed to move the clients along. It also doesn't feel very welcoming.

Negative experience: While the program works ..the efficiency and lack of organization is highly evident.It was my second visit I waited for over 35 minutes ..Then the nurse took me to the wrong room and circled around me and took me in another room .rushed gave me my B12 and B6 injections and did not even give me the complete injection.but let 40% of it in the vial I paid $70.00 for those shots and they did not even give me the entire injection.Then the NP came in who was kind but in a hurry and did not even understand the program .I can’t understand why their is such a high turnover.I just felt very uncomfortable because I’m paying so much money and they made me wait such a long time and rushed me out because their schedule is compacted

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy my visits each week to Medi Weightloss Clinic Falls Valley Drive in Raleigh NC. Everyone is so nice and truly care about my weight loss journey. They constantly try to accommodate my arrival if I'm running a bit late due to work. The providers are very positive, knowledgeable, & encouraging to help me achieve great success. Each visit to Medi keeps me accountable; this truly matters much.

The providers really care and monitor all aspects of the program with you (from eating the right amount of protein to making sure you are making good choices (with helpful tips)). It was all about timing for me - logging and weighting food - everyone says it's a must for weight loss, but until I was ready, I didn't want to. They make that easy too - tracking in their journal. If you are ready, I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have loss over 30 pounds, clients at my work tell me I look younger and I feel healthy. This is the most complete and safe weight loss program I have done. All the staff are wonderful!

Positive experience: I like the ladies. I like how quick I was able to get in and get started. Their communications could use some improvement. The nurses seem to feel rushed and don’t really talk much, just weight check, BP check and heart rate check and then they leave the room. I typically go in the morning so they may still be waking up but again it’s all customer service. Overall, they are good but could definitely could use some improvements in some areas.

Fantastic experience: Office staff is super friendly, helpful and a joy to come in and see. PA’s and providers are very professional and informative but also are not super critical of you and understand that we are all human. And lastly this program really does WORK!

Fantastic experience: This location has quite a few negative reviews, but I don't feel like that at all. They are great. The doctors, nurses, dietitians and receptionists are very friendly and responsive. I've lost 70 pounds so far and couldn't have done it without them. Additionally, my insurance went wonky and they were very helpful in helping me navigate coverage and appointments. They've been flexible with having me shift appointments due to meetings an traveling and if I'm running late(only by 5-10 minutes) and I call ahead, they are accepting and let me continue with my appointment.

Negative experience: I made an appt for 4:00. I was told I had to fast before initial appt. So did not eat all day. Left work early to go to my appt. I mapped what I thought was them to get to the business, but apparently there are quite a few weight loss centers on Wake Forest Rd/Falls of the Neuse Rd. I called them twice because I couldn't find the location. On the 2nd call, it was 4:08pm and I was told that I would have to reschedule. It was not stated any where of their rules if you are late. Completely disappointed as I had been looking forward to this appt for 2 weeks. I hadn't eaten all day and was right by the place, but 8 minutes late for being lost and I have to reschedule. I won't reschedule due to not being understanding what so ever. I wasted work time, gas and starved all day for nothing.

Negative experience: I called to set up an appointment and the phone was answered i could hear laughing and it immediately hung up. I called back and no one answered the phone. I called a few days later and left a voicemail and no one has called me back

Negative experience: Was offered extern there and when I walked in their faces was like they seen a ghost. Ms. Nuzum was very unprofessional and her staff doesn’t have a clue. I recommend no one extern at this site. You will be very disappointed. Not worth your time!!!!

Negative experience: Don’t think this place is for us. Do your research before going. The staff is not professional at all and very hard to schedule an appointment that works for you. It took us three weeks to schedule an appointment we finally were able to go in and did not get a good feeling about the staff ( rude, felt rushed and did not feel wanted)that was there scheduled the appointment for the following week and canceled. Like I said do your research go in get a feeling of the staff for yourself. Very difficult to schedule an appointment that works for you. They don’t make it easy. Looking for somewhere else.

Most importantly, they hold me accountable. ..... which is what i need.If you struggle with your weight, you should try them out. Additionally, the customer service is always great!

Rita Langworth has given me excellent care and watched carefully to insure my supplements and weight loss program worked effectively with my heart medications. Shelley, Hailey and Kari - staff at the Medi weight loss in Raleigh, are terrifically friendly to me and to my husband. They greet us cheerfully, get us some water. They make us feel welcome and cared for. They make the visits fun. This is the one that works for me!
