Fantastic experience: I started my health journey with Brett applebe @ Beacon Integrative Medical Center. I was 26 years old, I had a drinking problem that I couldn't stop & my health deteriorated, not just from alcohol, but a mix of mistreatment 20 to 30 hours working straight thru with no sleep, working in a hard environment, fast food ect... My weight and inflammation where off the charts i weighed 204lbs when i started on month 3 to 4 i was down to 165lbs. I join his program with almost zero knowledge on health, close to no knowledge on how to shop and read labels, what was really healthy ect.. Going thru dr a program is more than just some one telling you what to do, it is set up in such a way that I felt like I had a mentor that would hold me accountable, if I strayed away from what I should be doing to heal I knew I would have to face him & say that I fell off track, which did not feel good especially because I was the one paying for the program, the way he would deliver his words in those moments was firm but not judgemental. It was done in a calm tone, but made you feel convicted. This is how I was able to stop drinking & really discipline myself. But Brett is not just a regular guy Giving nutrition advice, he walks the talk he looks like an athletic warrior muscular & high vibrancy which really makes you trust that he has what it takes to lead you in the right direction. He teaches you to shop for food, read labels & really understand how deceitful these food companies are along with many other industries we buy good from. he teaches lifestyle changes, he teaches that health is not just to live longer, but the pinicle of it is to have a high quality of life, vibrancy, energy, connection with God, energy for your kids, & joy without feeling deprived because of health issues Disrupting lifes flows tugging at your body and mind. I had a great experience, it has not stopped there.I'm still learning and I have also implemented some of my own learning into this. Fantastic experience: Dr. Appleby's program was life-saving. I spent over a decade trying to find answers for my chronic extreme fatigue and constant body crashes(from Lyme's disease, thyroid disease and others), just to have doctors tell me things looked normal. The physical sickness and exhaustion took a toll on my mental state and the anxiety became hard to manage and deal with. I researched on my own and came to find that Dr. Appleby's approach was the approach I needed to heal everything going on in my body. I was exhausted of trying to do it on my own and he was the guidance I needed. Physically, I feel sooo much better(and the weight loss didn't hurt;)). I can now run, lift weights and all the physical things I used to love and couldn't do anymore but, even bigger than that is how much better I feel mentally. Fantastic experience: I found Dr Appleby about one year ago at the age of 58 and dealing Hashimoto thyroiditis . I was tired, inflamed, foggy and couldn’t keep most of my food down-especially supplements. I signed up for his program and fully committed to following it in an effort to feel better. My thyroid and hormones were completely messed up, antibodies off the chart and many other levels off. It wasn’t easy and I’m still working to be completely balanced but I feel absolutely amazing. Negative experience: I never made it to this place, because the receptionist was very rude on the phone when I called in to ask a question about pricing and services. I went to a place in Idaho Falls instead and loved it! That being said, the doctors might be great like other people said.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Appleby has forever changed me and my husband's life! After many visits to his regular doctor, my husband was not getting any answers as to why he was chronically ill! He was told that everything looked normal! After doing some research I found Beacon Medical. I had heard about holistic medicine in the past and thought, it's dang sure worth a shot! Little did we know that it would be the best decision we ever made! After my husband being on Dr. Appleby's 6 month program, he is totally new man!!! He says he feels like he's in his 20's again! Fantastic experience: I had developed heath issues in 2023. The regular medical route indicated everything was normal, which I knew was wrong. I had no energy, was in quite a bit of discomfort and pain on a daily basis. I contacted Dr. Appleby after a family member referred him. I committed to his five month plan and I am so happy that I did. It has totally changed my life. My first lab results showed everything was either extremely low or too high. After five months, my levels are back or almost back to where they need to be. I still have a ways to go, but I now have the tools to get me there. Fantastic experience: These guys are the greatest around. They work with you to figure out what your body needs and are so kind and respectful. Very knowledgeable with various natural products and I am definitely in good hands when I go there. Would highly recommend! Dr Applebee helped me so much. It is so refreshing to talk about actual blood work that was in depth and over the last two years we have really dialed in what my issues were and have resolved a lot of gut and hormonal problems. I feel so much better after two years or working with Dr A and the team at Beacon.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Appleby saved my mother's life a year ago when the medical profession said that she had covid and pancreas cancer. She was deficient on her minerals and vitamins. A year later and she is still here with me and healthy! She is 83 years young!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good about Dr Appleby, his staff and what the have done for me! I was referred to Dr A by a good friend in May 2023. No major problems; just wanting to be as healthy as possible. After 5 months, I have lost weight, feel better than I have in years, and my recent lab tests are much improved. This was done with proper nutrition and no drugs. Dr A taught me the why of the changes I needed to make, and helped me form new habits. I had no idea that at age 60 I can feel this good. Hiking in the mountains is fun again, and honestly the credit goes to Dr A. This is NOT a diet plan. It is a complete metabolic reset. If you are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, Dr A will change your life.

Fantastic experience: Dr Appleby changed my life. I never thought I could feel this good. I’m 52 and went to see him. I signed up for the 6 month program and the 28 day detox. He analyzed my blood and gave me supplements based on the blood panel. He told me if I followed the program that in 6 months my results on the blood panel would really change for the better. Fantastic experience: After being diagnosed with Chronic Lyme, I was desperate to find someone to help me. I was in a terrible place with my health and wasn't sure I was ever going to be ok again. Dr. Thayne was very upfront and told me he could help but felt Dr. Appleby could help faster. My first appointment with Dr. A, he was promising things that I didn't feel were realistic. I was afraid to get my hopes up. I did his 6 month program, starting with a 28 day diet detox. 10 months after that first appointment, I cried tears of relief. My husband has said he has his wife back. I can work full time again and still take care of household chores. Those unrealistic promises turned out to be so real!! Negative experience: i put 100% trust in Taylor and even flew myself to Idaho to see him because he said he could help with my allergies and it didn't work and all he did was try and get me to spend more money on him because he was keeping secrets from me and told me he wouldn't tell me the secrets until i made another appointment for 350$ even though i was talking to him face to face every day giving him money everyday that still wasn't enough for him he just wanted more money from me and the whole trip cost me in total 7k$ and he wouldn't even tell me what vitamins i should be taking

Fantastic experience: Dr. Appleby has made the impossible happen concerning my health. I came to him after seeing countless other Doctors in an effort to be able to function again. I was bedridden with no energy, depressed, not sleeping, Diabetic, my adrenal glands were failing, my thyroid was not working, my hormones were none existent, I was overweight, I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, and I was on numerous prescription drugs. I truly felt like I wouldn't be alive too much longer. When I met him to discuss my lab work, he told me I had the labs of a 90 year old and some of my statistics were the worst he had ever seen in a woman. Fast forward 8 months later, and today I have my life back! Fantastic experience: I've had acid reflux since I was born. My parents both have it as well and I assumed I was doomed to have it forever because it was in my genes. At one point my esophagus was the size of a Slurpee straw because of all the scarring. I'd been told by multiple doctors that my only resolution was to be on omeprazole for the rest of my life.. but studies continue to come out about the negative effects of taking it long-term: bone fractures, gut infections, respiratory infections... and the worst one... DEMENTIA. I'd been taking it for over 20 years, but was scared, and desperately wanted to get off it. A family member recommended I try a scan with Dr. Thayne. Dr. Thayne diagnosed my digestive issues and recommended I meet with Dr. A to do his 5-month nutrition program. During my first call with Dr. A, he said he was confident I'd be off omeprazole by the end of the program. I thought he was crazy, but was willing to commit 100% to it and try anything. Just TWO WEEKS into the nutrition plan and I was feeling so good that I decided to try weaning off the omeprazole.. and for the first time in my life, there was no heartburn! I've been off it now for 6 months! Dr. A's program helped me develop new habits and learn what foods and vitamins are best for my body. It's so cool how he does bloodwork at the beginning so we had a baseline and could customize the recommendations to be exactly what I needed. I just did the end-of-the-program blood work and all my readings were at or better than the recommended levels! I just turned 40 and feel the healthiest I've been in my whole life. Because I'm off omeprazole, I'm able to absorb nutrients from the food and supplements I eat, and the bloodwork results proved that. It's a life change to do this. You have to trust the process and stick to the program. Dr A and Meg were always available by text or phone to answer any questions or provide support through it. I was surprised we could do the whole thing virtually. I learned a lot through Dr A's virtual classes and our 1:1 zoom calls. I enjoy what I eat, and feel like I've developed the habits and motivation to keep this going for life. I can't thank Dr A and his team enough for how they changed my health trajectory.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 3 years ago and by the time I had found Dr. Appleby, I was quite literally on my deathbed. I could not function or even leave my bed due to pain and low energy. Every time I tried to seek medical care, I would be left to leave a message and it would be weeks until I actually heard from them. Though, when I saw Dr. Appleby, my experience was entirely different. In one of my first appointments, he got my bloodwork to see exactly what I needed and where to start. Fantastic experience: After just 5 months I can use my hands for normal day to day tasks! Before starting Dr Appleby’s program I had struggled for years with painful blisters on my hands. It started on my fingers, and moved to cover my palm, until it was to my wrists. I had to wear gloves for most everything! The blisters would fill with fluid and get SO itchy. They’d break open, scab over, and try to heal. I tried so many topical creams, steroid creams, and medicated lotions. Nothing worked. It only seemed to aggravate it more. At a point where I had decided it must just be something I’d have to deal with for the rest of my life, I was referred to Beacon. It’s safe to say they changed my life! Fantastic experience: I began seeing Dr. Appleby in July of 2022 after being diagnosed with insulin resistance by my general practitioner. I am a post-menopausal woman and I have struggled with my weight as well as plantar fasciitis in both feet for years. At the time I began seeing Dr. Appleby I had no energy and was suffering from plantar fasciitis so badly I could no longer walk for exercise. I had been to two different podiatrists, two chiropractors, had tried physical therapy, orthotics, and every kind of shoe insert I could find to help my foot pain but nothing had been effective long term. After just a few days on Dr. Appleby’s nutrition program I could feel my energy returning, was sleeping better, had lost weight, and, the most surprising benefit to me is that my feet had begun to feel better. Fantastic experience: My wife and I just finished the 6 month program with Dr. Appleby and may I say it is worth every penny. Unlike many physicians who look only at symptoms and provide pills and medication without a true understanding of diet, nutrition or how your body utilizes these critical elements, Dr Appleby takes the time to identify and teach the root causes of your health challenges. He starts with a comprehensive blood panels where he finds where our body is lacking and provides a custom plan to become well. Many symptoms will disappear as we repair the deficiencies and toxins that create inflammation, disease and pain. If you are suffering from a chronic disease or have little energy, I encourage you to give his office a call and invest in yourself. I have an autoimmune condition, but I can tell you that it is not necessary to live in pain or on expensive medication. I am 100% pain and medication free even though my Rheumatologist told me years ago I needed to take expensive medications (with very severe side effects) to save myself. Fantastic experience: My experience with BIMC what a life saving ordeal. It started with a few visits with my nephew Dr. Thayne. Then he told me that I should look at Dr. Applebees program. I started working with Dr. A 4 month ago and how it has changed my life. I live in Pinedale Wyoming with the Wind River Mountains in my back yard. Last summer my wife, my daughter and I went to the high country on a horse pack trip to Round Lake for a few days once there I could only walk 100 feet or less without resting for 10 to 15 minutes. I was heartbroken and thought it was my last time in my mountains. I figured that the heart Dr. was right that my heart was in need of an overhaul. But after working with Dr. A for a very short time I was off all my blood pressure meds. Then when I went for my dot physical that Dr asked me where my heart murmur went it was gone. Fantastic experience: My story is one of a life saving experience; I have spent the last 4-5 years on medical care with chemotherapy pills for two years and then with chemotherapy infusions for two years. My life changed in 2014 when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. A medical provider gave me 42 radiation sessions which seemed to solve the problem for a couple of years before my PSA went out of control. I was told the cancer had spread to my bones in several locations. Later after chemotherapy, I was told I had cancer spots all over in my lungs. Also, the chemotherapy gave me neuropathy. In desperation we turned to Dr. Appleby for a change in our treatment. A miracle has happened in my life after changing treatments. I feel much better with my new life style. Using nutritional products to feed my body has given me more energy and a feeling of better health.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy and eager to write this review. I came to Dr. Appleby because I have MS and I was declining very fast. In just a few days he had prescribed things that had eliminated my headaches and stomach issues that I had had for many years! As the treatments went on, I was able to sleep well which was very foreign to me. My energy was renewed, and I felt hopeful for the first time in a very long time! He’s knowledge was and is amazing. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of the doctors of Beacon Integrative Medical Center for over 10 years. I highly recommend this facility and their practitioners for health care. The office staff are kind, caring and thoughtful. I love how they know me by name and greet me with a smile when I enter or call with questions on the phone. I started seeing Dr. Thayne in 2011 due to post-partum depression that turned into years of clinical depression. I followed his recommendations of homeopathic drops. Because of this, I was healed from depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Epstein Barr virus, to name only the top offenders. I also take my children in to the office, and Dr. Thayne's recommended homeopathic remedies have tremendously helped my children. My children and I continue to see Dr. Thayne as circumstance calls. I highly recommend Dr. Thayne and his services. We have also seen Dr. Thurman on occasion, who has also helped with his herbal and homeopathic remedies. Being on his program, I shed the last 5 lbs to my target weight, I have successfully been taken off my prescription medication, and I have never felt healthier in my life! Fantastic experience: I am so Thankful for Dr Appelby and his staff. I saw a video on Facebook of Dr Appleby explaining his program. I felt like he was talking to me. I was way overweight, tired , depressed and overwhelmed. I have tried almost everything to loose weight and get my health back. Nothing worked. I was a addicted to sugar , ice cream , and addicted to coffee with all the good stuff in in. I have been on this program for 6 months. I have lost 37 pounds. I have been able to eliminate 4 medications. I was pretty much without any hormones, borderline diabetic, enemic and other things. Everything has improved tremendously. No cravings. Fantastic experience: Finding Dr. Appleby and Beacon Integrative Medical Center has not only been life saving, but life changing as well. Instead of leaving a healthcare appointment with a handful of new prescriptions that ultimately left me with more problems than answers, I leave Dr. Appleby's with an increase in knowledge, healing and feeling empowered to take control of my health. I have completed his program and my health has changed significantly and in ways that would have been impossible with traditional medicine. He doesn't just guess at problems, he investigates and treats accordingly. Dr. Appleby is extremely generous with his time and knowledge which I really appreciated. The majority of my autoimmune problems are gone and I am not on any prescription meds. Fantastic experience: This place is so wonderful! They found out much more than the doctors have in much much less time than the doctors. Fantastic experience: I spent 2 1/2 years trying to get pregnant. After many appointments, pills, and blood tests, my doctor had no idea why I wasn't getting pregnant. Fantastic experience: I have suffered for many years from Chiari Malformation and then from the results of the surgery for the malformation; which left me worse than before the surgery. After going to Mexico for therapies, I experiences total relief and and complete stability of my neck for many years. During this time I discovered bullnose rashes on both of my wrists and was diagnosed with Lyme Disease and immediately began the 15 month protocol of antibiotics; which only works when you first get Lyme Disease. Fantastic experience: I love integrative medicine, and the doctors and specialists at Beacon Medical are the epitome of what you’d hope for in an integrative doctor. They have a wealth of knowledge but also respect the individual and really listen to you and your experience with your illness. Negative experience: First off, please cross reference other reviews. Many reviews that are high rated, if not most, are directly related, neighbor/friends or actual employees. These reviews are influenced because of their relationship with Destin. I went to Destin for treatment for almost a year and spent over 35k out of pocket. I saw a lot of things in a year. Nathan is the office manager, a best friend to Destin. Nathan has a horticultural degree, message certificate and has overseen supplement orders. This does not qualify him in anyway to suggest or recommend supplements. Nathan did many things that were unprofessional during my time of treatment. When Destin was approached on several occasions, he was very defensive of Nathan and never fully heard me out. While I was in treatment Dr Jade Dandy from Eagle Idaho was over my management of supplements by cross referencing blood draws. She had credentials to qualify her to manage that part of my treatment. After I had yet another out of line unprofessional experience with Nathan that was defended by Destin, I told Destin I would never step foot in his clinic again. I was not surprised when a few weeks later, I received word that Dr Jade Dandy was no longer commuting to provide services in Destins office, that involved her own experience of unprofessional actions by Nathan. Don’t be scammed, check credentials that would qualify employees to provide any of your care. When an employee is constantly defended and never reprimanded because of the influence of a relationship with the owner, that is a red flag. I now receive treatment in Eagle and doing very well!!!

Fantastic experience: My son was having really bad muscle cramps. He had an IV with vitamins and magnesium. He is so much better. They also helped to find something to call his mind, sleep and focus. Would recommend 100 times over to anyone that does not want to keep treating symptoms anymore. So good and kind.

Negative experience: Its just a witch doctor scam. they put your hand on a scanner and can apparently tell everything that's wrong with your body. they said that I was showing signs of severe liver problems and that red flags regarding my liver were popping up left and right. said that since he is not an actual licenced doctor, I should get into a doctor immediately to get this and this and this test done, so I did. well, ALL of my results came back absolutely normal, and now ON TOP of my doctor bill for the office visit, I am also stuck with a $436 bill from the lab where the tests were sent. Wouldn't return, wouldn't reccomend.

Negative experience: I called 3 months ago to get into Dr Dandy and the receptionist told me it would be $85.00 and scheduled me for an appointment. I got to my appointment today and was 5 minutes late with traffic and the receptionist said is it your first time and I said yes and she said oh I only scheduled you for a half hour that won’t be enough time. So she said let’s go talk to Dr Dandy and see what she says. The receptionist comes out and says beings that your 10 Minutes’s late and I messed up we are going to have to reschedule you. The hard thing is I had already waited 3 months to get in and then to have to wait another 3 months I just told her to forget it it’s no big deal I just won’t go to her. Then she said she is sorry I didn’t want to make you pay $185.00 which I wasn’t aware of and I said I would have not scheduled with her had I known it was that much. It was just hard to have to wait so long and take 2 hours out of my day to go there and be told sorry. I really didn’t want to have to wait 6 months to be seen by her. I just really wasn’t impressed by the way they handled things in there with this situation.
