Fantastic experience: The practitioner is just as important as the practice. I’ve been coming to Dr Jatto for over 9 months. She’s been incredibly helpful in getting my overall health on track. I’ve been a migraine sufferer for, well, basically my entire life. I’ve tried all types of modalities. At one point, I had Botox injections from a neurologist… it did not go well. He over did it and I had muscle weakness, I still cringe thinking of it. Dr Jatto worked with me to get the migraine frequency down, and adjusted as many levers as possible before suggesting the Botox. She understood I was very apprehensive, she was measured and not at all pushy. I’m incredibly thankful I trusted her, and re-tried Botox with her. The difference is NIGHT and DAY!!! I still have some headaches, but they are significantly less frequent and less intense. Because of this, I can work through them without my other medications; which I prefer to use sparingly. Not to mention all the support and education her and her team have provided as part of my fitness and weight loss journey. Carriane and Alex are absolutely lovely, anytime I have a question they respond quickly and thoroughly, and help me to navigate the services to find the right fit for me and my budget. Negative experience: Was excited to come to Jatto’s office but I don’t agree with the doctor charging $100 for a first time customer then charging another $100 just to visit each time. Quite odd, what do your patients have insurance for then? Not coming here.

Negative experience: Had high hopes for this office but of course it’s just another money hungry office looking to make as much as possible without caring for your actual wellness. Disappointed to have experienced that but we move on.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Jatto since last year for a problem with my hair. Y’all with all of things she did and the prescription of the 82m solution she gave me back my crown and my confidence. With her hair care product line and 82m, I now have a new head of hair and a new attitude. Thank you Dr Jatto - you rock and sista is rocking this new confident look!

Negative experience: My daughter came to this office because she needs a waiver to enter the US Army and this doctor treated us in a very racist and discriminatory way. From the beginning we were already checking in with the front desk and she came out and told us to sit down to attend to another patient of the same color as her If I could give it less than 0 stars I would be happy with life

Fantastic experience: Being a patient of Dr. Jatto's has been the most positive and exciting experience I've ever had with any medical professional! She and her staff are warm and welcoming, in addition to being knowledgeable and helpful. I have had several medical aesthetic procedures and been so excited with all of the results (no problems at all). This office exceeds all my expectations and I always look forward to my next visit! Since 2019 I have been seeing Dr. Jatto. She has always addressed any health and beauty issues in her usual thorough and professional way. Positive experience: I love Dr Jatto. She takes the time needed to explain things to me in a way I can understand. She encourages me to ask questions of her as well which I appreciate because I advocate for my health. She is my primary care provider and I am part of her weight loss program as well. I’ve lost a total of 70 pounds and counting. I’ve don’t the red light therapy for hair loss.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very pleasant and professional. Dr Jatto is very thorough and takes her time with you. My experiences with the office staff and dr Jatto have always been great. I have enjoyed learning about the integrative lifestyle options.

Negative experience: Had to constantly call to get the updates that I was promised with each visit. Most visits they overbooked so I had to wait 30-60 minutes past my appointment. Never once received an apology or a true reason other than the doctor will be right with you. However, out of 3 months worth of weekly in office visits, I only saw or spoke to the doctor herself 2-3 times. I worked with a nurse every other time which is why I was told I would get follow up calls with instructions from the doctor that I never seemed to receive without following up every time. Most recently, I got very sick. While they were helpful through a “telehealth” appointment and prescribed meds, I was ordered an chest X-ray and was informed they would call me later that day with results or at the very least a different recommendation to help me get better. I called that day before they closed and they said they’d call me right back. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t heard anything. Seems as though they are just looking to pass as many patients through as possible and not worry about the quality of support.

Fantastic experience: I've recently become a regular at Dr. Jatto's practice. I've noticed she takes her time and does an amazing job. It's also the little stuff; her employees are always working, but never fail to greet me with a smile. As a young patient they took my concerns seriously and worked to figure out a reason for my fatigue. As a black woman, Dr. Jatto is the first doctor I met that has truly helped me feel seen and heard.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Voice Messages aren't returned, it takes a month for referrals to go through...but you have to keep following up, you're paying for service but you have to be ok with being dismissed because you don't matter. No office is that busy to not return your calls.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jatto has changed my life. As a long time nurse in Central PA, I have known Dr. Jatto to deliver excellent bedside care in the hospital setting and now I can share that the excellent care extends to all areas of care. I came to Dr. Jatto as a patient in her wellness program with the goal to simply “lose weight”. What I learned, however, through her guidance, wisdom, and close attention to my needs, is that wellness is a journey from the inside out vs simply a number on the scale. Not only have I lost the weight I had hoped to through her program but I’ve also learned so much about the female body with aging, what my body needs specifically, and what works best for me. I have learned this through her careful instruction, attention to detail, and listening to my needs and concerns. I now have transferred all of my care and medical needs to Dr. Jatto because I am so happy with her care. 5 stars are not enough to rate her (& her office staff..especially Carrie) care. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jatto has been my doctor for years. She has taken the time to get to know me as a whole person. She asked me to stick with her on a journey of diagnosing my health issues and I'm so glad I did- and that I listened to her advice! After a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease, she guided me towards a whole food, plant- based diet. It has changed my life for the better and has reversed my symptoms. I thank her every time I see her. Dr Jatto can be trusted to take care of your health care needs.

Fantastic experience: Many times over my adult years, I felt as though I found a caring doctor. I was even a patient for one of those doctors for 30 years. After that particular doctor, I went to another doctor under the same umbrella, separate location, but the same family practice group. Before my 1st appointment as a new patient with Dr. Jatto, I visited an urgent care facility, where several of the medical staff was pretty attentive and respectful. None of these doctors come close to comparing with the quality of care I receive from Dr. Jatto! Dr. Jatto is the first doctor who got my super high blood pressure under control. She didn't just send me home without trying to lower my BP. She didn't judge me. She didn't blame me. She didn't disrespect me. She talked to me. She took time to listen to me. She treated me as if I was her equal. Dr. Jatto is a motivator. She is caring and compassionate. Her staff is awesome, too! Her practice is all about wellness. Dr. Jatto makes sure her patients feel that as soon as they walk in the door! Thank you, Dr. Jatto!!

I came to her with filler migration in my lips (from another doctor) that needed to be corrected, and I had several other cosmetic requests. She took her time listening and understanding my aesthetic goals during several appointments, and answered every question I had. Not only did she thoroughly explain possible treatments to me and educate me about my options, but she has continuously collaborated with me throughout the process of receiving cosmetic work. Positive experience: Absolutely love Dr Jatto she is a wonderful practitioner and just a caring person in general and she goes out of her way to make sure She gives the best medical care to her patients but also she cares about her patients as a whole not just a medical concerns but that their well-being in every way And if she sees a way to help she does it wanting nothing in return. It has been a long time since I’ve seen a practitioner who is amazing at their job and is as compassionate as she is.

Negative experience: Called to schedule a new patient appointment twice. The first time I left a message but never received a return call. The second time I was asked questions about my mom's physical health and insurance and was told once the doctor read the details and decided if she wanted to take my mother on as a new patient, I would get a call back. Guess mom failed the initial interview, I again have not received a return call. Can't imagine that the care given and service to patients is more efficient or effective than this. No thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jatto is the best doctor I've had in my adult life. She is warm, compassionate, and really cares about her patients. She has helped me tremendously; she has improved my physical health as well as my outlook on life! At my last visit I tried the 3S scan to check my antioxidant levels. It was so easy! I was able to raise my levels within six weeks just from what I learned from the scan.

Negative experience: Awful experience with this very unprofessional doctor. If you are also in the medical field and have any medical knowledge yourself, she will feel threatened and not even want you as a patient. (Which was good news for me in the end!) At my initial appointment for my extreme exhaustion, she tried to tell me that like many women, I probably had undiagnosed ADHD and that it was probably just my kids wearing me down. She said that I should think about if I wanted to be her patient and that that would mean not questioning her analysis. I was so tired that another search for a doctor and waiting yet again for an initial appointment somewhere seemed daunting and most of her reviews were good, so I called back and said I was interested in another appointment. I never got a call back. (I can't wait to see what the office reply to this negative comment will be since THEY are the ones who never called ME back.) Thankfully my cardiologist helped me find a rheumatologist who recognized that my exhaustion and other vague symptoms, along with my very flexible joints, pointed to Ehlers Danlos and I was sent to a geneticist. I had forgotten all about this awful experience with this doctor until I got a text message this morning asking me to vote for her in Harrisburg's Simply the Best poll. When I looked up the options in the "aesthetic" category to see if there was someone else I knew and could vote for instead in good conscious, I saw that this office is listed as "featured". I'm guessing that you PAY to be a "featured entrant". Regardless, unless you're willing to settle for what a doctor says about your health without questioning it, especially if it doesn't make sense (And no one should do that. Doctors are humans and make mistakes too.) do yourself as favor and find a doctor who actually wants to work with you and help you.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Jatto, for over two years now, and I couldn't ask for a more polite and attentive doctor. She not only addresses my issue, that I'm in the office for at the time, but she always takes the time to ask how my life has been going otherwise!! She gives me great advice on how to handle different situations (not just medically), and when putting her advice to the test, it has never failed me!! I've never been to another Dr. Office, with such polite and kind receptionists and nurses, as the ladies at Dr. Jatto's!! I would definitely recommend her office to others!!

Negative experience: I have witnessed this doctor be unprofessional and disrespectful towards patients and her staff. This place only cares about taking your money whether you are a sick patient or a client of the "wellness center". If you go to this office you will see the chaos and disorder as soon as you step through the door. The papers I was given to take home have makeup smudges on them, the whole environment is very sloppy. Bags of trash and old medications were present in the lab where blood was drawn. This facility has uncertified people drawing blood and performing prodecures. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: At the end of last summer after some chemo and radiation, I was losing handfuls of hair which reduced the amount of my hair to about 1/4 the amount. I was extremely concerned as I was having noticeable thin areas where my scalp was showing. I shared my concerns with Dr. Jatto. She suggested and then did two special treatments using my blood. The treatments were called PRP and Acell. Today six months later, my hair is thicker than it had ever been in my life. I highly recommend this treatment at Dr. Jatto's if you are experiencing the same problems of hair loss.

Fantastic experience: Have been with Dr Jatto and staff for years, all the way back to Camp Hill. Recently, I had need of immediate help and contact with Dr. Jatto. Called the office and got immediate response from Darcy, who is a front desk person. To my relief, Darcy handled my concerns thoroughly and efficiently . There was a sense of her complete attention to my need, including contact with Dr J and the ordering of medication for me. She went above and beyond!! Negative experience: Put on medication which caused weigh gain of 30 lbs. Their office called and said we can help with that for $800 we can do body sculpting. They also overcharged me $200. Not again!

I recently had the microneedling procedure recommended by Dr. Jatto and performed by Liz. Liz did an outstanding job and was engaged and caring during the procedure. Negative experience: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LADIES - I came to Dr. Jatto as a new patient seeking a female doctor for internal exams and general wellness. The first visit was fine. She suggested I needed blood work and a mammogram. We scheduled an internal exam for birth control options in the next couple weeks. I got the blood work completed wanted to wait on the mammogram until after the next visit and went back for my scheduled exam. I had to reschedule my work day and took off three hours for this visit not to mention internals are not my favorite thing (I think we can all agree on that one!)...when she came into the room she proceeded to tell me I couldn't have the exam until I got my mammogram done because that's how she works. She told me not to be a grumpy patient (although I hadn't said a word and I believe I was actually smiling a little out of confusion) because she gets those in the afternoon (verbatim). I just stayed calm and smiled while she held her tablet running down the long list of things like my BMI range and what shot I will need when I'm over 50 etc. By this point I stopped listening because I was there for an internal and we had gone over alot of the same things the first visit. She said that she would not schedule another appointment with me until Fall (this was June) to give me time to get my mammogram done. Bazaar. I found another physician that I am very happy with and needless to say I will not be returning to Dr. Jatto. Hope this helps someone else from wasting their time. Best of luck!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jatto is a HOLISTIC SENSATION! I had been searching for a holistic doctor for over 20 years. I was delighted, on my initial visit, to be asked what my HEALTH GOALS are! I had never ever been asked that by a doctor. Dr. Jatto is THOROUGH! She asks probing-yet-gentle questions and has HUMAN-TO-HUMAN conversations with you in order to get an accurate determination of your health. Her goal for you is WELLNESS. Dr. Jatto encourages you to take part in and be present for your own good health; to ADVOCATE for yourself. Because I have a number of medical challenges, she communicates with my many doctors. She stays well-informed about me, as a patient. That makes me feel quite SUPPORTED! I am very COMFORTABLE with Dr. Jatto and her DELIGHTFUL staff. Here is where I shall remain.
