Fantastic experience: The Bountiful Family Wellness Center has the best atmosphere!! I genuinely feel cared for and Dr Giles really listens to what I need. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been so pleased with the care and treatment I have received at the Bountiful Family Wellness Center. I started going to Dr. Giles for neck pain and hip pain. After a few treatments, my pain is gone and I am able to resume my exercise routine. When I last saw Dr. Giles, I told him that I was on day three of a migraine headache. He suggested that we try acupuncture. By the time I left his office my migraine was starting to subside and I have not had a migraine headache in the past week. I am so pleased with the results from the acupuncture. The acupuncture treatment has been the best time and money I have spent on helping my headaches.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here. Dr Giles is great at being able to help me with whatever is going on. The new IV suite is great as well. I have received several supplemental injections and IVs. The NAD+ injection was easy and affordable. I have had more energy and mental clarity since taking the shot each week.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a knot in my shoulder for over a decade, the acupuncture available here was amazing!!! Not only did they mange to undo that knot, I’ve never felt better! And the sound wave therapy? Outstanding! My job has me working a lot of overtime, so some extra stress keeps getting into my muscles. Shockwave therapy was able to help my blood move properly again at its normal flow and I honestly haven’t felt that good since before 2020. Seriously, stop by and get an appointment!

Fantastic experience: On a long journey of searching for answers about my health, I've found them here through the Doc, and I've been allowed to oversee my healing choices without being made to feel like I'm making poor decisions. Following intuition is important to me. I've done Ozone therapy via IV 10+times now, and Hailey is a well-educated powerhouse of sunshine. She's not intimidated by questions and welcomes dialogue, is helping me through my fear of needles, and is patient with my scrawny veins. After a breakthrough in my health, I later felt like I wasn't making enough progress and took a week off treatment, only to come crawling back half-dead (exaggeration, couldn't handle how I used to feel before treatment anymore). I feel so much better now. I know I'm in this for the long-haul, but I have answers and progress and that's more valuable than gold. Not to mention, when my husband was severely sick and the hospital made him even worse, these guys got us in as an emergency and obliterated his illness with ozone IV. Fantastic experience: I have stage 4 cancer and I am getting cancer support as well as other things from Dr. Giles. I had severe diarrhea and was hospitalized 4 times for a week each time because of it. I started taking the supplements Dr. Giles recommended for me and was finally cured of the diarrhea. Nothing the other doctors did for me helped. I also got PRP injections in my lower back to help with the pain from cancer in my spine. It worked wonders. I also get lymph massages every other week. My pain level has gone way down since going to Dr. Giles. I recommend him to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Simply amazing. I had non-stop rib pain while sleeping, sitting at work, and walking. After only two visits, all pain was gone and I was able to go on an all-day hike. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Doctor Giles on and off for a few years now. His treatment had given me more mobility in my neck, shoulders, and back and I’m able to do more day to day and be completely pain free! We were also recently in a car accident and my husband and I both came to him again and again feel so much relief! His massage therapists are great too! Everyone in the office listens and creates specific treatment plans for every situation. I’ve also had to bring my toddlers with me to some appointments and they are so kind and helpful with my kids!

Fantastic experience: I came with what I thought a hip going out and pain in SI joint severe......adjustments and dry needling did wonders the first treatment....pain started to subside. 2nd treatment and pain in hip subsided even more and SI pain diminished so I could sleep. 12 days later most pain is gone with some tenderness in S I joint area still. Fantastic experience: I was having some serious lower back pain for a few weeks before my mom decided we should come into a chiropractor, Im a 14 year old at Mill creek Jr high and I wrestle so we presumed that I just tweaked it doing something there. When we first went he hooked me up to an X-Ray and it turned out that my right leg was nearly a centimeter shorter than my left, and my lower spine was actually compressed. Something that would cause me aches and pains for the rest of my life if I didn’t get things sorted out. He adjusted me and helped me in so many ways that I never would have thought of, They have AMAZING massages, and the whole place is a just a safe place to solve help people suffering from pains like this. I kept on going for a a couple months, doing weekly visits with Dr. Giles, and I can say with confidence he’s the funniest and nicest doctor I’ve ever met. But after a few months my aches and pains vanished, and now a couple months later I feel better than ever.

When I first discovered Dr. Giles and his team, I was recovering from an auto accident and had just moved back to Utah, my mother had passed away, and I was going through a divorce. In short, I was a wreck physically, mentally and emotionally. The whole team took me under their wings and cared for me as if I was their only patient. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Giles back in February 2021. I was having really bad back pain to the point I couldn’t pick up my newborn or even work without a brace. Turns out my accident I had back in March while being pregnant broke a piece of my vertebra my L5 among a few other things. I didn’t know cause I could not take X-rays while being pregnant finally after 6 months after giving birth. I couldn’t take the pain finally went i instantly felt results especially with acupuncture. Let me tell you I HATE needles from the accident I had to get so many test every week being a high risk pregnancy to stop from giving birth to early. So I was a literally pin cushion for 5 months had bruises and pop veins from them poking and missing veins. So the fact that I got acupuncture is telling you something. Dr. Giles was so gentle and fast made it easy to get it 2 times a week. Now I’m down to once a month. I can now hold my baby who weight is 24lbs. It’s a true miracle cause I thought I would be in pain all the time also what I’ve been told this pain will never go away. Thanks to Giles I have relief. I would recommend acupuncture for anyone in severe pain!

Fantastic experience: I was having serious issues with my SI Joint and couldn't do anything for weeks. When I finally decided to be go in I started seeing results after the second time I visited. I did go twice a week for 3 weeks before it was completely back to normal. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt very comfortable with him and was pleased with the outcome. The only thing I'd do differently next time, is I wouldn't wait three weeks to seek help hoping it would get better on its own.

Fantastic experience: The Best Chiropractic care I've found in the Bountiful area. I have been a chiropractic patient for most of my adult life, starting when we lived in Anchorage, Alaska in the 80's. We were a military family. That's when I discovered chiropractic care for the first time and that sore spot at the base of my neck disappeared after an adjustment. It was a twisted vertebrae! Since then, I've been sold on chiropractic care. If I wake up with a stiff neck because I slept wrong, my first choice is chiropractic care to put my bones back into place vs. seeing my family physician. For me, I've learned that most of my issues stem from being out of alignment. I work a high stress job causing the muscles in my neck and shoulders to tense. After my 2nd baby, I had 2 vertebrae that were tipped and twisted from the weight of carrying the baby in the thoracic and lumbar regions of my spine. This made sleeping uncomfortable. It was under chiropractic care where these bones were adjusted back into place bringing both relief and comfort. But your sleeping position, your pillow, and lately, it's been the home-office chair, can throw your body out of alignment. Not to leave out lifting children or objects with incorrect body mechanics, or an accident or a slip or fall that does not require medical attention. A simple adjustment can put me back into place in a matter of minutes - without pain killers. If you are looking for a chiropractor who uses a gentle technique, and believe me, I've experienced most chiropractic techniques over the course of my 60 years, Dr Giles uses a gentle approach. He does not put you on a "plan" that hits your bank account monthly. His office even offers a deep tissue massage after an adjustment to loosen stiff, tense muscles (Heaven!). the Wellness Center is convenient, the staff is friendly. The office opens early to accommodate commuters. If you are looking for a chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr. Troy Giles at the Bountiful Family Wellness Center.

I had what felt like a herniated disc in my neck and was desperate for help. I saw Dr. Giles and within a week I was pain free and could move my neck again. Dr. Giles made me feel so comfortable and let me know everything he was doing all along the way. Everyone in the office is friendly and makes you feel so welcome. It has been a great experience. Fantastic experience: I wish I could give this doctor more stars. He is amazing! I have my entire family plus a few friends going to him. He cares so much about your all around wellness. He is much more skilled then a regular chiropractor. He does scans for all kinds of things. I went to him for my hip and after rotations, acupuncture, massage, and cranial sacral therapy it is a million times better. I had horrible stomach pain when I would eat anything. My traditional doctor was useless. Dr. Giles saved my stomach. He put me on a few vitamins and gave me a diet plan. He will spend so much time with you and make sure you are fully taken care of. I came to him feeling completely hopeless and he made me feel like I was in good hands. He is practicing way above his pay grade, and I really believe he wants it that way. He wants to help people and tries to keep his costs down. I would confidently recommend him to anybody.

Fantastic experience: I could hardly shuffle in the door of the Wellness Center on Monday morning at 7:00 am. I was shuffling because of a lower back injury that happened over the weekend. The pain had become excruciating (8.5 out of 10), I had hardly slept for two nights, I knew I needed help! I called Dr. Giles very early and he rearranged his schedule to get me in. He professionally, and with urgency and compassion, took care of an exam, did X-Rays to be able to show me what the condition of my back was, and gave me a plan for what he recommended should be done. Because of the extreme pain I was in, and the tightness of my back inhibiting effective treatment, he quickly arranged for a deep tissue massage to be the first step. An hour later the pain was greatly reduced and an adjustment to my back was made (pain level then at 6 out of 10). Two days later I confidently walked into the Wellness center for a follow up appointment, my pain was so much better that my steps were comfortable. Another 1/2 hour massage was done and an effective adjustment was made. (pain level was reduced to 2.5 out of 10) It is now Thursday night and my pain level is zero. It was amazing! I was treated with care, compassion, and professionalism always.

Fantastic experience: I have been a skeptic of Chiropractor care for my entire career in healthcare (26 years). However, after suffering from some tension headaches and associated neck pain some good friends of mine told me to give it a try. I figured what do I have to lose? I called Dr. Giles office. He took my call directly (he has wonderful staff) and had me come in after hours because I was in intense pain (I have had kidney stones I understand pain). He adjusted me (odd sensation and really almost disturbing because of the popping but there was absolutely no pain). I went back to him two more times and my headaches are almost gone and I can function comfortably. I did get a massage from another entity which aggravated my pain and he again fit me in early in the morning to help me. I am now a BELIEVER in chiropractic care. I believe Dr. Giles is a honest good man, and equally important, a wonderful caring caregiver. I would recommend him to anyone who suffers from tension headaches and/or neck pain. Fantastic experience: I am a practicing dentist. I was having problems with chronic headaches. Leaning over to perform dentistry is not good for my neck or back. I had always been prone to headaches, but they had gotten worse over the past couple of years. I was getting very discouraged. I tried different options with no success. Fantastic experience: 100% recommend Dr Giles and his amazing practice! Long story short, I am able to lift my right arm for the first time in 5 months after just two visits with Dr Giles. I have had muscle ache and trigger points that cause constant daily pain from a neck injury. I was able to have those trigger points released after two visits of dry needling (acupuncture) and adjustment with one deep tissue massage. The practice listened to me, understood my pain and treated me exactly how I needed. They are knowledgeable and so kind and friendly!!! Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder a couple years ago and wasn’t able to pay for a physical therapist so it healed sitting forward. I decided to go see a chiropractor to see if that would help with the pain. After about five appointments, a few massages, and a little acupuncture the pain has reduced significantly. My shoulder no longer aches everyday. Not only have they helped with the pain they also have been super kind, professional, and informative. I would highly recommend Dr. Giles and his staff. Fantastic experience: We brought our 8 year old son T to Dr. Giles to treat for yeast. I know that I have a yeast imbalance, and believed that I passed it to T during my pregnancy. He struggles in school with focus and learning, and with his emotions at home. We started going 5 months ago, and his reading comprehension went from not registering at all, to 273 in just a couple of months. We are also seeing changes at home, he is calmer, and can see whole situations, instead of just his own feelings. There is still work to do, but I am able to see how he is improving while treating him through Dr. Giles. Dr. Giles is helping us uncover who our son truly is! He may always struggle some in school (we don't know yet), but if we can take away the problems with an imbalance in his system, at least we know exactly what we are left with once the treatments are done.

Fantastic experience: I first came to see Dr. Giles seeking acupuncture to help relieve sciatic pain, not knowing he was also a chiropractor. I was seeing another chiropractor at the time, but Dr. Giles was the first to actually take x-rays to see what was going on with my low back so I changed my chiropractic care over to him. I had horrible pain down my leg upon standing and walking. This was my last ditch attempt before going to an orthopedic doctor to see what they'd recommend with the possibility of surgery I thought. With Dr. Giles' adjustments, acupuncture, using his decompression contraption (as I call it) both morning and evening for 5 minutes, accompanied by deep massages, my pain is now all gone. I'm feeling great, walking 5 miles most days for exercise and am thankful a friend referred me to him. Thanks Dr. Giles for helping me feel great again!

From helping me restore my back to proper health, to stabilizing my hormones, and even in helping me jump start my weight loss journey! Fantastic experience: My name is Sharon Gulliver and I came in contact with Black Mold in march of 2016! It completely destroyed my body and effected my mind! Seven months of doctors and hospitals produced nothing but aggravation and bills! My body was riddled with pain and numb, I couldn't comb my hair peel an egg or open a milk cap! I feel death was near and was preparing for my burial! While searching for solutions on I-pad I came across Dr. Tory Giles and his article on Mold exposure, and called him. I was surprised when he answered phone. After explaining my problem, he had me send hair sample, at no charge I might add and prescribed anti-fungal supplements for me. I had lost almost 40lbs and couldn't eat without bad reactions. I was dying and knew it! My quality of life was 0, and with 24 hours a day of pain I wasn't looking forward to living. Within a couple weeks of anti-fungal I started improving! This was in November and I continued to improve up to a point. The mold exposure, was handled but other antigens were in mold that weren't addresses until Dr. Tory Giles did another hair scan and addressed problems found with mineral supplements. After 2 weeks of those I felt as if I was 88% normal. I was so happy until I ran out of money. Two weeks without supplements proved devastating! My back became inflamed as it was before, proving the supplements were the catalyst the were healing me! I'm reordering them now, knowing that's the only thing saving me! Fantastic experience: I was truly blessed the day I walked into Dr Giles office and gave him the symptoms of how I was feeling. He has helped me in the past with my digestive issues, but that day he helped me with a lot more. After exposing yo him about my stomach concerns I elaborated on other symptoms I had been having. He hooked me up to the Asyra and did an analysis. What came up were multiple markers for Lyme Disease! And so the treatment process began. Fantastic experience: Dr. Giles is my go to guy for most my health concerns. He has helped me with many things in the past and most recently my car accident. I had several side effects like fatigue, dizziness and forgetfulness that were addressed as well as pain. He not only is good at what he does but caring and funny (at least my 10yo thinks so) ;) In addition to that he has the best staff and wonderful massage therapists. Going to an appointment is like home, very comfortable and pleasant environment. I highly recommend.

His understanding of the human body and ability to help my back to relax gave me confidence in the treatments provided. The treatments were simple and comfortable, yet VERY effective. Fantastic experience: I had been having chest pain for about 6 months. The doctor told me it was either acid reflux or something with my back. I have used chiropractors before with mixed results. On of the things I hate is that most want you to get on some maintenance plan. I called Dr. Giles Wellness Center at 5:00 in the evening on a day that my chest was particularly hurting. The receptionist said they closed at 5:00 and were off the next day. I asked if they could recommend another Chiropractor. Dr. Giles got on the phone and said come right now if you can. It was great. Within about 15 minutes he had done a couple of techniques on my back (between the shoulder blades) and the chest pain immediatly started easing. He had to use all of his 170 pounds to get it to move so my back was sore. He had me come back two days later just to make sure he had got it. He had! Wow, I feel great for the first time in a while. I would recommend him 110%. I am glad I found someone I can trust.

Fantastic experience: Dr Giles is great. I had been having trouble with my elbow for 8 months and had seen several other doctors about it. He figured out the problem on the first visit and was able to get it fixed within 3 visits. Dr Giles is now treating my 4 year old son for bed wetting. He has treated all 6 of my kids at different times with great success. He is professional and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Giles since 1992 ish. I keep coming back because he and his staff are so wonderful! I have been helped tremendously in so many ways in my association with them. I love the gentle adjustments, accupuncture, massage and scans. So many modalities to choose from depending on my needs and budget! I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Giles and staff were always very accommodating and helpful. I was in a pretty severe car accident, and they were able to get me in within a few days. Dr. Giles immediately got X-rays and showed his expertise as experienced diagnostician. We set up a treatment program, and he and the rest of the staff always explained what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment. Great experience all around.

Fantastic experience: My wife recommended I go to Dr. Giles after being rear ended on the freeway. I've never been to a Chiropractor or even a Massage for any reason. Dr. Giles is friendly, kind, welcoming, and takes time to make sure I feel comfortable. Now after a few months, I'm convinced he practices a form of "chiromancy" and those magic hands work away the stiffness and pain I've had for sometime. And Mel.. one of the Physical therapy masseuse. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Dr. Giles of Bountiful Family Wellness Center! I woke up at 5am with intense neck/back pain and could hardly move. I googled "Chiropractors in Bountiful" hoping to find someone who would be able to see me that day. Bountiful Family Wellness Center had great reviews so I called and left a message at 6am and received a call back from Dr. Giles almost instantly. He was able to fit me in that morning! He worked on my neck and back and I instantly felt relief. By the afternoon I was pretty much pain free! I am sooo grateful that Dr. Giles cared enough to see me on such short notice and that he was able to fix whatever was causing my pain!

Fantastic experience: If I could give him more stars than this I would. Dr. Giles and his staff have literally saved my life. After being in debilitating pain for more than ten years, suffering from an auto-immune disorder, I could feel my body shutting down and giving up. I was also having issues with my kidneys from years of prescription pain killers and drugs to treat my illness. I was desperate for relief and losing hope. I've seen over ten doctors during the last decade trying to find answers. I was sick of not being listened to, and finally turned to alternative options. I knew it would take some time, and my body needed the right tools to heal. It took over a year of consistent care, trusting the whole time in Dr. Giles. He has been a humble steward of my health, and walked with me down the path to get me to a point today where I am almost fully recovered, and my auto-immune disorder now high tailing into remission. I used to walk with a cane, and was nearly bed-ridden. I am now fully functioning, and taking my life back. I would highly recommend Dr. Giles and staff to anyone experiencing chronic issues. Fantastic experience: Dr. Giles has become my family physician. For the last 15 years we have driven over 30 miles, one way for our health care needs. He is the only one that was able to get rid of my eczema. Everyone else told me I would have to learn to live with it. I tell all my friends and family about him.

Fantastic experience: Dr. G and his awesome staff are just the best! I have been a patient and friend of theirs for many years now and I love and adore them like family. Not only that, but whatever it is that ails me can be solved here. Dr. G even found my kidney stones after the regular doctor found nothing. He has treated me for whiplash, hormonal issues, emotional issues, general issues and I can tell you, his way really makes a difference. I cannot say enough great stuff about him and the people who work along side him. These people genuinely care about your well being.

Fantastic experience: I have trouble with my ankles because of a low back issue. Dr Giles is a great chiropractor and my ankles feel much better after visiting his office. The office staff is wonderful and very helpful. I recommend them.

Fantastic experience: For years now Dr. Giles has been our chiropractor and family doctor because of his thorough knowledge of human care. He looks at all areas of a person, not just physical symptoms, when treating his patients...Years ago when our son was 2 he experienced a trauma that completely altered his behavior. Dr. Giles used a technique that cleared away the trauma and in just a couple of minutes our son was back to his normal self. It was nothing short of miraculous… Dr. Giles always makes time for us and besides a great doctor, he's become a great friend.

Fantastic experience: While our 1-yr-old daughter went through chemotherapy, we also took her to Dr. Giles to help support her system. She stayed miraculously healthy through her entire treatment and we owe it to Dr. Giles. Since her treatment has ended Dr. Giles' treatments have helped to strengthen her immune system again.
