Negative experience: Paid $200 only received one RX for Phentermine, & one vitamin shot. No bloodwork , no phone call back office was closed down.

Positive experience: The upside is I lost weight! The downside is that I was overcharged by the clinic to begin with and then i was shorted on the supply....this left a very bad taste in my mouth. The owner did call to apologize and they returned some of my money....I understand mistakes happen everywhere and do think it is really how the mistakes are handled that matters most.

OLD REVIEW: I decided to start the shape program because of the good reviews but I am starting to change my mind. Lab tests were done last week wednesday. Today, Mondey morning I had to call to see if they got it. I called FOUR times and nobody answered. I am really staring to change my mind. I will update this review later on the week depending on how they do.

Fantastic experience: Amaya clinic is awesome! Dasha, the main presence at Amaya, is a small girl with a big brain. She got right to what she calls "the root" of the problem. I was in despair, living in a black hole of insomnia and depression. She took one look at me, checked some labs, muttered something about some neurotransmitter imbalances and this and that imbalances, said "oh you just need this and that" And poof! I feel so good and happy. I will always be grateful to her and Amaya for what they did for me.
