Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice for pain relief. I had shoulder/trap pain for MONTHS. I had been to 2 other chiropractors, massage therapists, etc, and only got minimal, if any relief. After my first visit here the pain was decreased by about half. After about 3-4 visits or so I was back in the gym and sleeping thru the night again. The difference in level of care I received here was night and day different from the previous providers. It's worth every penny.

Other equipment I’ve benefited from: tens units, super-duper heating pads, shockwave therapy and cupping. Best thing is Dr Williams can “sense” which technique I need when. My aches & pains diminished — my migraines decreased, I sleep better — everything is better after alignment with her. Also - there is a certified neuromuscular massage therapist of staff, John. I have tried other chiropractic centers where you pay a membership fee and you see whichever doctor is at that location the day you go in. Nothing changed until I was able to establish a relationship with my doctor at Vivicare and received very focused care which included adjustments and nutrition/weight management coaching. It truly is a total wellness center.

But that aside, Dr. K is The Miracle Worker. Under the care of a team of doctors, Neurosurgeon, Pain Management, Bariatric, Gastrointestinal, Dietician, Orthopedic, Physiotherapy? Pain in your hip, knees, legs, neck, lower back? It took Dr. K 45 minutes to adjust me, massage and get rid of my pain! Fantastic experience: Dr. Nicole Williams has truly changed my quality of life and well being with her medical grade supplements within a couple months of sticking to her plan. I had a severe iron deficiency causing me to eat a tray of ice every day followed by bags of them when I’d run low. Now, I eat absolutely none and don’t crave it whatsoever and can workout without become lightheaded through a simple warm up. My vitamin D (like about 90 percent of the population) was extremely low and is under control now as well. She also provided supplements for my immune system. I am a person that gets the flu every year if I DON’T receive the vaccine followed by a couple colds. So far, so good with no vaccine. I feel great. I can’t thank you enough. Fantastic experience: I did a weight loss/detox program with Dr. K and lost 25 very stubborn pounds that I couldn’t get off with fad diet plans. She is very knowledgable about weight loss and exercise and her plan was easy to follow. Especially if you have a very busy schedule. Fantastic experience: Dr K is amazing, and I wish I would have gone here sooner. After running two marathons in a 1 month span at the end of 2017 I was a physical mess and in constant back pain. I got worse and worse till eventually the pain radiated into my neck and I could no longer ride my motorcycle. Hence, in about October I took a friend's advice and visited Dr. K. After about a month of sessions the pain died down and I wasn't taking Ibuprofin every 4 hours (and I could sleep!!). After 3 months I could ride my motorcycle again without pain. I highly recommend Dr K's services and will remain a regular.
