Fantastic experience: The Wellness Center is An excellent resource for homeopathic remedies and therapy or anyone with back pain or issues anywhere in the body. Dr. Nathan, Dr. Joe, And Dr Ryan, I only part of the team that offers exceptional service and kindness to their patients. Combine them with their therapy staff Gary in the back and girls upfront. They do a great job with therapy remedies each and individualized for each person. I broke my back years back and The team at the wellness center has been exceptional in my care healing my flare ups time and time again.

Negative experience: Went there about a couple of years ago before it was Sandusky wellness center and they did an amazing job. Started going there Recently this year for adjustments only three cracks and when they have me on my side they can’t even get a crack wouldn’t recommend them I would check out other areas they’re definitely doing some shady stuff with the Medicaid insurance.

They take their time with you and don't rush when they work with you. I've been coming here for almost a year now and every time I've gotten a great adjustment and had a wonderful experience. Negative experience: This organisation has debited my Mastercard with an unauthorised amount and has not responded positively to my request for a refund. I have contacted them via their email contact details on several occasions and all I receive is an acknowledgement of having received my message and a promise to respond to my message. THIS NEVER HAPPENS!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for 3 weeks now. I pinched my Sciatica Nerve. The worst pain I ever felt. I was scared to death. I was able to get started with treatment that day! Dr. Gregg was who I met on the 1st visit. He educated me on what was going on and how we moved forward. Within 2 days I was pain free. The fact that you have access to them during the week pretty much whenever you want is awesome. Dr. Nate was who I always see. Him and all the staff were kind and caring. Jaden and Makayla are sweethearts. I definitely recommend coming here if you ever experience back pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nathan Phillips is exceptional at what he does! I’ve gone to him when I’ve needed adjustments, and he’s been so helpful! I’m one of those that has anxiety about being cracked, but he is so gentle, yet effective. My husband is a contractor and beats his body up regularly. He’s never been to a chiropractor, and wasn’t really a believer in it. He’s now been to Dr Nathan twice and is a true believer! Last week he could not move his neck and really didn’t have much range of motion…not good when you’re in my husbands line of work! Dr Nathan got him in during lunch and fixed him right up- he left there with the ability to move his neck and felt like a new person! I can’t say enough good things about Dr Nathan and all the staff at Sandusky Wellness!!!

Fantastic experience: This place was recommended to be by a friend and I love it! I love that they do X-rays first to see what your specific issues are instead of blindly adjusting you so you know you’re getting treated for your specific needs they also do massage and physical therapy which is super helpful and I feel makes a huge difference. They also have flexible hours for appointments which is great for me. All of the staff is very nice and they take you back quickly upon arrival so no annoying long waits.

Fantastic experience: Started having lower back pain. Saw a Facebook ad for the Sandusky Wellness Center and called for an appointment. My sessions have helped a lot. If something is bothering my back, I let them know and they work on it. Mandy in physical therapy has given me a lot of exercises to strengthen my core and is always very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a free consultation advertised on Facebook, I have had surgery on both of my knees in the last year, one knee has been hurting so horribly that I was sure I would need a new knee soon. But, after my consultation and a thorough exam of my knees, a quick painless adjustment, and a smile from the staff, the pain in my knee subsided immediately!!! I was amazed to say the least. I am so happy that I made the call and chose Sandusky Wellness Center before opting for the knee replacement. Yes I need to go back a few times, but it way better than surgery. Negative experience: Sadly I can’t recommend the wellness center. I have been going for a year now, following the schedule and doing all the PT. I had the X-rays done and followed the course of treatment. With not much relief. When I would ask or speak about it they would give me another exercise. I was already doing a half hour of they exercises and stretches yes important but you are my doctor and not listening. Sadly With no hope left and lots of tears because I didn’t think I would ever feel good again. Recommended from a friend I found a doctor that listen to where my pain was and didn’t just adjust and send me out the door in 3 minutes. I felt like he cared. I understand you want to see patients but please remember the well being and listening to them, and you can’t if you only spend 2-3 minutes with, and the rest just doing exercises. With that being said, I have great insurance I still paid a good amount out of pocket, and even after everything was paid they tried withdrawing money out of my account twice. I feel my health was not a concern and it was about money.

Negative experience: So I talked to someone Friday afternoon, to try to get the free consultation. I live out of town, so I thought I could get a phone consultation. Apparently, I could only get a face time consultation. I explained I don't do face time, as I'm sure many don't, and she didn't seem pleased. I asked twice if I could just get a phone call, which, I eventually got: I'll call you Monday morning. ( I told her I prefer afternoons.) No phone call Monday, or at the time we had discussed for the consultation. I would have accepted a no, we do not provide that, but instead I waited for phone calls that never came. Disappointed. Update: I received a call and spoke to the nurse.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Sandusky Wellness Center for off and on for about 23 years. I worked two jobs during this time and both were demanding. Between a fall on black ice at the one job and all the heavy lifting at the other, it took a toll on my back. But I have been doing well since and if I have a problem, as I do now, I called in and today was my first day with out pain. Please understand that this is not a one day fix. It does take time to reset your spine or to ease a nerve pitch. The staff and Gregg Winniestaffer will try to do whatever is possible to help you become pain free. I am do thankful for each and everyone there for making me feel better and treat me like family. A family that cared. Truly a gifted group of people. They give free consultation and they will be honest with you if they can or cannot help, but I would give them a try instead of becoming one that takes pills upon pills that don't work. I believe in the Sandusky Wellness Center with all my heart.

Negative experience: I've been going to Chiropractors for 15 years and a good one can tell by hip & shoulder alignment, posture, or just feeling the spine what needs to be done. I feel x-rays should be a last resort and this place would not crack my back without getting x-rays first. They also wanted to put me on an extensive plan to realign my spine. After three months of very frequent visits, I would only have to come back once every six months. I was on a plan 15 years ago and only see a chiropractor once every six months now! This place is just after your insurance money and does not actually care about you or your well being. That is my opinion.

I believe that all of the pain would be gone with the physical therapy if the surgery would have been done right the first time. However, they are doing everything they can to make things better.

Fantastic experience: I miss it here! I grew up going to Dr. Winnestaffer and he has helped me with my initial low back pain and little did I know, my allergies would no longer be an issue. He is a great guy with an encouraging personality. Little did I know, when I was starting out in my teen years, that I would later become a chiropractor myself. Thankful someone introduced us to chiropractic that long ago.

Negative experience: I found that, more often that not, Dr. would be explaining something or having a conversation with me while walking away. It felt very rushed. I was left to do my own table exercises with written instructions on the wall. Also, I found that I would wait for exercise equipment with no patients on them, while physical therapist would be socializing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Winnestaffer and his team at Sandusky Wellness Center are great! After a fender bender almost a year ago, I started having a lot of pain and some limited mobility. Someone recommended the Sandusky wellness center to me, so I thought I would give it a try. It was the best thing I could have done. I have been to several different chiropractors over the years, but none compare. His staff is kind and very good at their jobs. They use a holistic type approach, with chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage therapy all working together. He is also great with kids. My 4 year old loves getting adjusted!

O went for headaches and migraines and the staff is the most friendly bunch of people you'll meet, and they instantly found the problems and set me up on a plan to correct it! I absolutely love it there and highly recommend it to anyone!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was having stiffness and pain in my neck for several months. A friend recommended Sandusky Wellness Center. I had never been to a chiropractor and was skeptical and a bit hesitant. I was pretty amazed after my first visit coming home with so much relief. It's been two weeks and the pain and tightness have subsided. After following the advice of the staff, my neck feels awesome!! All the staff are very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Me and my Husband and 16 yr. old Daughter, were in a car accident a while back. And we have been going to Sandusky Wellness Center sense then. I have learned a lot in the time we have been going there. The Staff is Wonderful...Friendly and Helpful. They always fit us in. Some times we are really early or right on time. and have never waited more then 10 mins. Almost ALWAYS get right in. We drive an hour to get adjusted twice a week. So that's an hour there, and an hour back. And we would NOT go anywhere else. And the therapy team- Gary and the others Are Awesome. My 16 yr. old daughter was scared to go at first, Cause she always heard bad things about places. But she loves to go, and she is feeling better. We have a little ways to go.... But we are Thankful for The Crew at the Wellness Center. All our Questions have been answered, and make it easy to come and get the help we need, to get back to our everyday life. So Thank you for ALL that you do over there at the Sandusky Wellness Center. My Husband and I appreciate everything you do to get us back to 100%. I am Proud to say we go to the Best!
