Fantastic experience: Dr. Rick Dietz is an amazing chiropractor and I highly recommend him! I have been to several chiropractors over the years and have had positive and negative experiences. Dr. Dietz listens, assesses and treats based on what he sees, feels and hears. He doesn’t just do the same thing every visit because it was needed once. He educates and I’ve learned stretching and strengthening exercises to be able to maintain the progress made during adjustments and treatment. The results and healing I have experienced from being in extreme pain have been life-changing. Moreover, Dr. Dietz is a kind, caring and down-to-earth human being who genuinely cares for his patients. His “bedside manner” and disposition puts you at ease when you are anxious and suffering. He wants his patients to experience, relief, healing and lasting health and is willing to guide you in your journey. He doesn’t have a one-sized fits all approach. He customizes a treatment plan according to your history, experience and symptoms. I can honestly say that my quality of life has improved drastically and dramatically due to Dr. Dietz’s treatments and care plan. He is not trying to gouge you with unnecessary visits or peddle products and services you don’t need. I strongly recommend anyone who is experiencing any sort of neck, back or hip pain to give Dr. Dietz and opportunity to help you even if all other attempts have failed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing practice. Wow. He isolated and fixed a shoulder problem, near my rotator cuff.... I have been having for 6 months! It was about to turn into a "frozen shoulder" had I not have gone in. He showed me 3 exercises to continue at home and how to start sitting while using my home laptop (yes, I just realized as I was typing that I had fallen back into my hunched default position- which was contributing to the problem). SUPER NICE staff! Clean office. Great bedside manner. Recommended from someone who has been a patient for 30 years!

Negative experience: The office cancelled my appointment at the last minute because they were emailing me patient paperwork to the wrong email.. when I told the staff this was the case there was no consideration that they may have had a wrong address. Seems like not a good strategy to attract new customers..but i guess they don't care.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Dietz since 2009 and he is the only one I trust with my ongoing care and health. He has always been very upfront with me and is never trying to sell the latest "fad." A few years back I tried out a chiropractor closer to home (I live in Dunwoody) and I was told by this provider that I would never have babies if I didn't start this intensive wellness plan and pay all of this money up front. I went running back to Dr. Dietz! Also, I recently saw an orthopedic who is trying to put neck surgery in my future and injections, aka lots of $$$. I returned to Dr. Dietz and again, he is not trying to sell me the most expensive treatments, rather recommending a treatment plan best suited for me, with a realistic trajectory!

Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder problem for years and visited many different places. Dr Dietz was the first person who told me my pain originated from my neck. Fantastic experience: Dr Dietz is an amazing and astounding chiropractor that works miracles! His staff is super friendly, highly professional and everyone is very safe with following safety protocols surrounding sanitization procedures for Covid-19 and social distancing. The office is always super clean with aroma therapy in nearly every room of Dr Dietz chiropractic office practice. I was referred to him by a friend of the family who had been using his services off and on for nearly 15 years for tennis sports recovery. After hearing great things about his practice and my lawyer mentioning him as an option for recovery from a car accident I decided to give him a try. I am very glad I did! It's now been 3 months and I've seen him every week and my recovery would not be where it is had it not been for Dr Dietz healing hands. I highly recommend giving him a try. You will be glad you did! Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Dietz after doing a fair bit of research and asking around (for months). This was my first time visiting a chiropractor, and I was pretty nervous. I did not think seeing a chiropractor would fix any of my problems, but I finally had had enough with this recurring pain that I was constantly modifying my life for. I went in for a problem with that I had been having for two years and he diagnosed and fixed it in 10 minutes. When asked what else bothered me I told him about my knee problems that I’ve had for 15 years but was resigned to having to deal with for the rest of my life after seeing every kind of doctor other than a chiropractor. He explained how my problems happened, the muscular groups, the adjustments he was doing and how they were diagnosed differently by other doctors. I cannot remember the last time my knees have felt this great, I am astounded! Dr. Dietz and his staff were extremely welcoming and provided a wholistic approach, not just adjustment but also exercises and stretches. I highly recommend Dr. Dietz to anyone on the fence about seeing a chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: Before being referred to Dr. Dietz, I was terrified and skeptical of chiropractic work. I can confidently say I am PRO seeing a chiropractor, and I highly recommend Dr. Dietz. He is incredibly knowledgeable with many years of experience. As a patient, you are not just a number, but a person who he genuinely cares about and helps educate every session. His sole purpose is helping his patients regain functional living. Personally, I am an ex athlete with an extensive history of injuries/surgeries in majority of my joints and told life would be full of discomfort and constant aches and pains. Dr. Dietz has successfully restored my hope in living out an active and healthy life. Fantastic experience: An incredibly knowledgeable chiropractor who cares to bring healing! Dr.Dietz has changed my life! I was on a path a few years ago that was heading towards pain management and he asked me to just trust him and take time off work and get off the muscle relaxers. It's been over 5 years, I dont even want to imagine who I could be if I had gone to pain management vs actually healing and changing the way I do things. I have scoliosis, tiled pelvis, and I stand on my feet all day as a hair stylist. Fantastic experience: About a year ago my right foot suddenly became swollen without injury. I was perplexed, but continued to go about my daily life, changing my gait to accommodate the pain. This brought forth a series of other problems, including severe sciatica pain on the right side of my body. Friends of mine suggested I see Dr. Dietz for my sciatica AND foot pain. I resisted at first, because I thought chiropractors worked on your back and my BACK didn’t hurt. However, after going through three other doctors, including an orthopedic surgeon who recommended me to a podiatrist, and months of suffering, I decided to heed my friends advice and made an appointment here. Dr. Dietz was eager to help me, looking at my skeletal and muscular systems as a whole and my physical ailments as a challenge we would work through together, as doctor and patient. He focused his attention to the specific parts of my body that needed it, adjusting not only my spine, but the bones and muscles in each of my feet and legs. Realizing that he was more than just a “back doctor,” I also mentioned some carpal tunnel issues I had in my right hand, which I had been putting on the back burner in light of my more pressing pain. After a few weeks of adjustments and stretching, the swelling in my foot began to subside, something I had honestly given up on happening. I went from barely being able to get out of bed in the morning with my sciatica, cringing with pain when something as light as a bedsheet touched my foot and being unable to hold a pen in my dominant hand, to living my best life again physically. I had a less than great experience years earlier with a chiropractor, paying thousands up front to have to see him multiple times per week, with little relief. Fantastic experience: I have back pain for years and after my first appointment with Dr.Richard I had this new experience of one night and one day without back pain! I didn’t remember how was to live without my back pain. He also did not try it to sell me a monthly payment treatment that will cost me my liver... integrity is what I feel with him and his staff. Fantastic experience: Dr. Dietz really listened to my concerns about my hip and shoulder, and he didn't try to sell me on a monthly subscription like my previous chiropractor. I could tell a difference in my strength after one visit. He identified and addressed issues my orthopedic specialist, previous chiropractor, and physical therapist had missed for years. After one adjustment, I had better performance lifting weights and running. Highly recommend!

I've been to chiropractors for over 40 years and had to stop receiving regular adjustments because I kept feeling traumatized by the adjustments from sooooo many chiropractors. Dr. Dietz is by far the best chiropractor and best adjuster I have ever been to. He has saved me from surgery on multiple occasions and I always feel amazing after his specific adjustments.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended Dr. Dietz by several friends on mine. When I moved further away from my current chiropractor last year, I made an appointment in January. My previous drs (for the last 15+ years) adjusted me but I would wake up the next morning in pain again. Starting in January, Dr. Dietz worked with me a couple times a month but even after the first adjustment I had already felt more amazing than I had in years. He also put me with a therapist to work on my shoulder/neck area since I work on a computer all day, everyday. Dr. Dietz also recommended some stretching exercises for me to do. With all his recommendations, I can now go see him once a month and I don't wake up in pain the next day!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr.Dietz for a few years. Most recently he helped me with my aches and pains throughout my pregnancy. That alone was a life saver. Then my son was born and he was suffering from colic (horrible gas and reflux) we got our son adjusted twice and it helped him tremendously. He slept great that night and started sleeping better after the adjustments. The reflux went from being a lot all time to some just after feeding. Thank you, Dr Dietz!

Fantastic experience: Simply; Life changing! I have been to many chiropractors over the last 50 years and none have been the caliber of Dr Dietz. I had been diagnosed with deteriorating discs, 50% compression fracture of L3, slight scoliosis, and kyphotic deformity (reverse curve of lower spine) subluxation of L5. After tolerating these conditions for many years with marginal relief from other chiropractors I went to see Dr Dietz in April of 2018. Dr Dietz instructed me on a custom set of stretches and exercises along with spinal manipulation when needed. Fast forward to June 2019 and I am pretty much pain free most days. All of the issues that I went to see Dr Dietz for have been correcting. As long as I am diligent with the stretching and exercises I continue to experience a greatly improved quality of life. It takes a partnership to remain healthy and I have found a true partner in Dr Rick Dietz! (and his staff)

Fantastic experience: I've tried many chiropractors, and had many favorites, but Dr. Dietz is the first we've found who also adjusts the appendages. I've had shoulder pain for years and couldn't do yoga anymore, but can again! Plantar fasciitis and had given up walking barefoot, but can again. My son suffers from "growing pains", but gets his knees adjusted and they're gone! It's been a wonderful blessing to find an entire practice that cares so much for the patients!
