Fantastic experience: Been a patient here since they move to this location. The staff and Dr's are wonderful. I would encourage everyone to stop in. Physical therapy.. adjustments.. vitamins.. advice and a wonderful massage all in one place. I won't go anywhere else or let anyone else touch me.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great staff and an amazing Chiropractor, Dr. Heather McCarter. Everyone there is very welcoming and friendly. Almost feels like going to a friends house instead of a doctor's office. And Heather has helped me so much with the bulging discs I have and been a miracle worker with the chronic headaches and migraines I have. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for 24 years. My husband has gone here for 22 years. Our daughter has gone here for the past 4 years. We've not only had Chiropractic care but we've also had Physical therapy, k Lazer treatments, muscle stem, deep tissue messages and we've used several of the supplements and CBD products that she carries. Heather and her staff are very knowledgeable and caring! I will always recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first time as a patient at McCarter Health Center. I had a serious fall off my porch nearly four years ago and within the two weeks that followed, two more back injuries. The pain and effects had lasted nearly four years. I had an x-ray after the first few months with only worsening problems, but it showed nothing. I often feel like I’m about to have a heart attack or my heart rate spikes, so I know my upper-back has reached a point where I need to stop what I’m doing and try to get it back in, albeit with a foam roller or a rolled-up towel. I began doing Yoga and stretching twice a day, but nothing could touch my tailbone. I didn’t go to a doctor because of the adage “If you have a pebble in your shoe, do you remove the pebble? Or do you take an Ibuprofen so you don’t have to feel it in your shoe anymore?” I went to many chiropractors all of whom I love and respect dearly, but none were able to get my tailbone. They would do a side posture to hit my lumbar which was always accompanied by awesome “cracks” and immense relief, but the root cause remained. They could usually get my upper, but with my foundation still out of whack, it was always re-subluxated before I even got back to my car. Two weeks ago, my wife had her first appointment here. I had initially gone with her to scope the place out as my next possible attempt at resolution and left with an appointment scheduled. Dr. Heather offered two adjustments I desperately wanted/needed, but had never seen done locally. From the perspective of a first-time patient. McCarter Health Center will be where I go for any chiropractic needs. If they relocate, I will travel to them. Personable, professional, and respectful. They knocked it out of the park. Dr. Heather listened, asked questions, and brings with her presence an atmosphere of GOOD energy. At no point did I have to point to a location that was bothering me, she found all of them through palpation which is major kudos. Certain ailments aren’t fun or comfortable to discuss, and as someone who deals with one, the level of professionalism displayed was second to none. At no point was I made to feel anything other than I was where I needed to be. From the moment she dug into my back, I could tell I was in good hands. I’d heard it said in massage therapy school “You either have the gift of touch, or you don’t.” Dr. Heather has this gift. Long story short, she fixed my tailbone. You ever lived with pain so long it doesn’t become pain? It just becomes the norm. I didn’t realize how normalized I had become to existing in constant dull pain. I drove home giggling like a walrus. My upper back is still doing amazing at the time of typing this. It doesn’t hurt to sit or walk. I laid down on my bed and it was the comfiest it’s ever felt. I am going to sleep amazingly tonight; I feel it in my soul. But I also genuinely feel as if “I got my life back.” And that has me in an unparalleled rush. Dr. Heather, I cannot thank you enough and eagerly look forward to my next visit! Thank you for wonderful hands that heal, an aura that radiates, a mind that connects, solves and fixes, and staff that wholeheartedly make you feel as if you’ve come to the right place. As someone typing this pain free after nearly four years, I can say the feeling was justified. Sincerely, thank you all.

Negative experience: Scheduled me for a appointment Friday and marked me down for no show because they Said I was to be there Thursday but I have the appointment card. I'd show it on here but I don't have option to upload .

Fantastic experience: I stopped by here for some CBD oil for my cat. I was pleasantly surprised by the calming atmosphere. They have a lot of services I was unaware of and I plan on coming back for a massage.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Heather McCarter helped me get my life back!!! I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer 4 yrs ago and went through a total thyroidectomy. Since having my surgery I have felt awful and I gained 15 pounds. The thyroid cancer came back in March of this year. In May of this year I sat down with Dr Heather McCarter and had a nutrition counseling session with her. The supplements she gave me to take have helped me greatly. I feel so much better and actually feel like my normal self again. I have more energy, my hair, nails and skin are healthier and I lost the 15 pounds I gained. I just had a 6 month check up and the cancer nodule in my thyroid is no longer there. WHOOO HOOOO!!!! Dr. Heather McCarter listened to what I had to say and she took her time with me. Fantastic experience: I selected McCarter Health Center solely based on location, and I really lucked out. I am very pleased with the pre and post surgery physical therapy provided by this company and highly recommend it. I am very grateful to Dr. Marsh for his excellent care and appreciated Jacob for his wonderful front desk service. I hope to never have to do physical therapy again; but if I do, I will definitely return here.

Fantastic experience: I have heard about this place for a longtime having a good name around town so decided i would give them a try and go and be seen for my neck and back pain. Heather was amazing very thorough and listened to all i had to say and made me feel right at home as soon as she walked through the door i was a lil nervous considering i dont do dr’s lol but would definitely recommend this place and her staff are all wonderful too very kind! I felt like a new person walking out of there.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review to recommend the CellCore detox kits through the McCarter Wellness Center. After having lived in an old home with mold in the walls and ceiling, I started to have several different health issues. Heather recommended trying the foundation kit and the mold remediation kit to detox my body. Almost immediately after starting the foundation kit, I started to clean out all kinds of gross toxic stuff that had been storing up in my intestines for years. Since taking both kits, I have more energy and no longer have many of the digestive issues I used to have. I also have more energy and no longer have many of the sinus and allergy issues I used to have. Fantastic experience: I've also recently started seeing Dr. Darrin Marsh (Physical Therapy) and will soon be seeing Dr. Heather McCarter (Chiropractor) at McCarter Health Center, Inc.. They have me doing PT and they put me on a anti-inflammatory diet which I want to speed the results of by purging the junk in my system and making room for all the good. I already drink over a gallon of water a day, but it's not enough. That's why I'm looking for recommendations for good purging foods. Now, to rave about the good doctors... First of all, I never like doctors and I NEVER post recommendations for them. However, Darrin has accomplished more for me in 3 visits than any other doctor I've seen in 20+ yrs. I was in so much pain last week I could barely work and he had me back up and running the first visit. BRAVO! ❤️ While I'm a long way from being back to where I could be, my pain is already quite a bit less. Their approach is holistic and focuses on lifestyle and dietary changes rather than chemical band-aides. This definitely jives with my beliefs. #junkinjunkout So, my lifestyle of fasting fits right in and they're NOT trying to shove pills or products down my throat. Again, I NEVER give a doctor a review, recommendation or even a not. Most are pill pushers, IMHO, but not the good doctors at McCarter Health Center, Inc.. They have blended modern and traditional homeopathic medicine in a VERY effective, understandable, and relaxing way. Hats off to you all! Damn fine job!
