Fantastic experience: I am so comfortable at Family Care in Eleanor. I walked in, for my appointment. Was super quick to get me in! Dr. Light listened to my issues, came up with solutions. She is definitely the best in her field. I never knew I could be so at ease!

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility and staff, they listen and use a sliding scale for patients that are in financial hardship. Dr. Light is amazing, she listens and makes recommendations without pushing things into you that you don't want, and will take the time to actually explain things not just rush you through. I love the entire staff from the receptionists to the nurses to the phlebotomist at the Eleanor office and would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Valerie Cain will treat you like a drug addict regardless of you have a history or not I asked for a therapy referral last April and didn't get one until I tried to commit suicide. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: FamilyCare Health Center - Eleanor's staff and caregivers are amazing. The front desk Receptionist, the nurses and lab technicians are all so nice and attentive. Valerie Cain, APRN, FNP-BC is a wonderful PCP. She is always very conscientious regarding my Autoimmune Illnesses and making sure she takes my established medical regime from my Rheumatologist and Neurologist in consideration when choosing any treatment she needs to implement. My family and I are very happy with the care we receive from FamilyCare Health Center.

Negative experience: Dr Cain ignored every symptom I listed and brushed it all off as normal. Wasn’t sick enough to be taken seriously.

Fantastic experience: Exceptionally welcoming staff. Minimal wait times. Khristina Light exhibits remarkable care and attentiveness to your needs. I've been a loyal patient for a year now, consistently impressed with the level of care provided. Their onsite lab, managed by Brenda, ensures a comfortable experience. The nursing team exudes professionalism and warmth throughout.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place, unless you want to wait awhile. I had an appt at 11:00, by 1:30 I was still waiting. They went to lunch from 12 to 1, and left me sitting there. If I'm late I'm asked to reschedule, however if their late it's ok. My time is just as valuable.

Fantastic experience: Always fabulous from the front office to the nurse and the doctor love this place.

Negative experience: Sad place to have a family health care no answer phone calls and never able to contact anyone

Fantastic experience: Dr Valerie Cain at Family Care is top notch. She communicates very well, and listens to her patients. She is open-minded, and you immediately feel like it is a safe space. I have had poor experiences with doctors in the past, and Dr Cain was absolutely a breath of fresh air. I feel like she geniunely cares, and she wants to do right by her patients. I would reccomend anyone to be seen by her.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie Metz is great!! She calls you back quickly when you have a question or need medication refills. I highly recommend her for anybody looking for a family doctor that truly cares about you.

Negative experience: The care itself is good, Dr. Elwood is very nice and does a good job. Having said that, every time I've been here I've had to wait 45 minutes to an hour, sometimes longer. In this particular instance, I was taken back to a room just before my appointment time, got checked by the nurse and am still waiting for my doctor. I've been sitting back here for 45 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Negative experience: While I absolutely love my general doc I completely dislike the OB Kesinger she will make u wait any where from 30min to 2 hours after your appointment time to be seen and then she might quite literally forget you in the exam room and just go on home so you have to call security to come get you out of the doc office so there my opinion
