Positive experience: The shakes are good and the people are nice but they’re never open when they say they are. Online it says Weekdays 7:30-3 but I’ve come here multiple times in that time window and they’re closed and nobody picks up the phone. Disappointing because I feel like they’re business is great they just don’t run it well

It took me a year to make it in there, and I regret waiting so long! I’ll be making more frequent stops. Worth the experience, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Had a coupon from a friend at work so checked them out. Tried the Aloe Vera shot, a protein ball (yummy), a hot tea and a meal shake, banana chocolate. Loved the shake it was perfect after my workout and held me over to my next meal time along with the protein bite. I will definitely be back to try their other flavors.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic Arnold Palmer tea and a tasty peanut butter shake that filled me up through lunchtime! I tried one of the chocolate protein balls and they are just like “no-bake” cookies so i had to get a few to go including the cookies and crème flavor. Try it out and see for yourself, there are so many flavors and options. Great healthy options!

Fantastic experience: Walked in at closing time, not knowing till arrival. The owners did not push me away, instead with open arms they insisted I try a few things being my first time there. Aloe Vera, protein ball snack, lemon tea and the strawberry lemonade smoothie. All were really great tasting and just what I needed. The owners themselves are wonderful, welcoming and offer guidance with their menu. I will be back

Not only do I feel better because of the products, I also feel more educated on the benefits of certain supplements. Plus, the shakes and protein balls are delicious!! Fantastic experience: Stopped in for the first time and was blown away by how friendly and helpful the owners were. You can tell how much they like what they do and how knowledgeable they are in the items that they offer. I got the wild berry naked shake and their lemon flavored tea and both were excellent. I'm not one for protein shakes, so I was apprehensive going in, but I was made to feel so comfortable that I certainly see myself returning. Highly recommend!

You get a tea and a shake each time you come, I've tried 4 different flavors -unsweetened chai tea, sweetened raspberry lemonade tea, Elvis shake and chocolate banana shake! I have loved all of them!! Also, the protein balls are phenomenal! Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack when you need something to fill you up. The staff are really kind and upbeat souls. It's just an awesome place to stop by for lunch break to get a lot of nutritional items for more than fair pricing. Highly recommend grabbing a friend and checking it out!
