Fantastic experience: Dr. Matt is a different type of Chiropractor, not just a back cracker. He solved an elbow injury I had that a doctor wasn't doing an help for. He has kept mine and my wife's chronic back pain at bay in a way that no pain meds or other chiropractor has done in the past. I was in a car accident I went to 14 different chiropractors, and never felt any better after leaving only felt worse than I found Matt when I say, I feel super energized, relaxed, and no pain after my adjustments is the best feeling in the world Two years ago, I was in another head-on collision with the car and had to have rotor cup surgery and muscle repaired to my arm. Since then I have seen him on a regular basis for 'maintenance' to make sure I stayed aligned properly. Over the years I have found myself in the unfortunate situation of having thrown out my back several times and being unable to move. Dr. Matt has always come to the rescue and got me back to feeling better in no time! I know good chiropractors can be hard to come by, so imagine finding a GREAT one!! During the pandemic I moved across town and now his office is 30-40 minutes away...but boy is he worth every single mile and I happily make the trip back over to Woodstock to go see him!! I have a lot of lower back issues due to my work life as a graphic designer. Dr. Matt gave me a comprehensive outline of what was going on and what I would need to do in order to keep my spine in good health. I also had issues with my lymph nodes and he provided a electrolysis service that completely stopped the inflammation and I no longer have issues with them. He is much more than a Chiropractor he is well educated life transformer...I have no idea what this phase of my life would have looked like had I not encountered Dr. Matt. The sense of warmth that surrounds you with caring doctors and kind receptionists assures you that you will be well taken care of and on your way to healing! And if you're lucky, you may get to meet the doctors' sweet mother, Mary, who is fun-loving, funny and hip and treats you as if you were a guest in her own home. They use state-of-the-art technology in addition to spinal manipulation, and I have seen a reduction in my excruciating migraines, hip pain, joint and nerve pain, neck pain, back pain and pain along my IT band. Dr. Russell uses an instrument that looks like an electric pen to zap my nerve pain that has been there for too many years to count! NO ONE has ever reduced or gotten rid of the pain in my joints or nerves before I saw Dr. Russell. He is so patient and kind and is determined to figure out the root cause of the "dis-eases" in your body. I was diagnosed with several auto-immune diseases, mold in my lungs and respiratory system, inflammation, among other health challenges and I'm confident I am on my way to health and healing! I've already told so many of my friends to get their bodies in here so they can start on their journey toward health too!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I first got an appointment because she had thrown out her back (about a month after giving birth). She walked in hunched over and in a lot of pain. She walked out standing upright. After a handful of more visits, she's feeling so much better. And I had some serious wrist pain myself, having injured myself earlier in the year. It's been a few months and Dr. Matt has had to work out a lot of scar tissue, but I've gone from fighting pain just supporting my newborn daughter's head to feed her to being able to pick my son up again pain-free. Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Matthew's practice because I was search Google Maps for a chiropractor closer to home and one whom had a fair amount of positive reviews mentioning resolution of intermittent ankle pain, refractory to PT and adjustment. Luckily, I happened to find this practice with tons of high-star reviews from patients whom had chronic issues with ankle pain, including ample, trusted Google Local Guides like me. Dr. Matt was able to diagnose a multi-faceted (spinal pun intended) cause of my symptoms. I'd never had a chiropractor as thorough in his initial assessment as him. Nurse habit, I asked what each test was looking for and he was happy to oblige my professional interest. After a few weeks, I could feel a big difference in my gait and my problem ankle was having fewer episodes of pain. The stretches and home therapies he instructed me on have made it to where I can actually pop this tallus to resolve the nerve-ankle pain, which I was unable to do before on the left side. In terms of personality, I feel comfortable with him since we can chat about geeky stuff like Star Wars, Avengers, or GoT. It's been about six months, and my pelvis is tilted back in proper position and my ankle has not had any episodes, like in the past, where it was excruciating to walk on. I still come 2 to 3 times a month because of the nature of being a trauma ICU nurse, spending 13+hrs on my feet and moving around completely dependent patients. The sheer volume of knowledge Dr. Matt, physiological tests I've never seen before yet somehow pinpoint my rogue issues, still impresses me. I've seen people bring their children and dogs to get adjustments! If you're in the area and looking for a master chiropractor who's not just jerk, snap, & pop, whom isn't going to push Standard Process supplements, and performs adjustments in a fashion less likely to cause joint damage (no hip pretzels here!)based on the latest evidence, then I highly recommend Dr. Matt! He shares his practice with his brother, Dr. Russell, so it's a family practice of sorts.

My ankles would hurt so much each and every time I would work out. My squatting mobility was non-existent due to the pain I would get. I first started going to him a few years ago and had migraines several times a week and a shoulder that was on the verge of becoming a "frozen shoulder" My shoulder was fixed within two visits and I rarely get migraines any longer. Fantastic experience: Haveing been to many chiropractors in the past, I can say with 100% certainty that dr Matt is very different. I love that he does not take or need x-rays because he can feel where the bones are. I love that he adjusts me differently every time based on what I need and it is not an assembally line of the same adjustment time after time. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Matt Meccia about 5 weeks ago and have experienced a total transformation starting immediately after my first visit. Dr. Matt is a very detailed Chiropractor that takes the necessary time to properly diagnose what is causing your problems. I have been to 3 other chiropractors, all of which became "comfortable" with my treatment and didn't stay focused on the parts of my body that were actually bothering me. My treatment with them was so so at best, and not worth my time or money. When I first saw Dr. Matt, my neck was out of place and causing headaches. My back was always tight and my hands/feet were experiencing a numb/tingling feeling periodically throughout the day. I was also having issues with my breathing due to extended mold exposure, which created a monster in my stomach due to rounds and rounds of antibiotics. Dr. Matt performed food & Allergy sensitivity testing, which enabled him to determine that my gut was in bad shape and also found a build up of mold/yeast that was in my body. Fantastic experience: During the summer of 2015, I suffered with a hiatal hernia that caused acid reflux, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), heart palpitations, lightheadedness, and breathing problems. I went to two General Practitioners, who referred me to a Cardiologist, who then referred me to a Gastroenterologist. All of these doctors suggested I go on several long-term drugs to alleviate the symptoms I was experiencing. Ultimately, they had no answers for me as to what was actually causing my hernia and how it could be fixed. Completely fed up, I got in contact with Dr. Meccia and started getting adjusted. Within just one week, many of my symptoms disappeared. After 1 month, I no longer had ANY of the symptoms I was previously experiencing with the hernia – no reflux, no heart palpitations, no lightheadedness, and no breathing problems. Dr. Meccia did what the medical doctors could not - he found the root cause of my problem and fixed it. My hiatal hernia is gone and I am now completely symptom free. Best of all, I learned about what I should and should not do to prevent my issues from reoccurring through lifestyle changes tailored for me. Dr. Meccia really engages with his patients and tries to educate them on their health to prevent future problems that may arise. He successfully enables you to understand the reasoning behind your symptoms and then walks you through step-by-step how to regain your health. Fantastic experience: I'm German and right now I live in Germany. My daughter and her family lives in the Roswell area. When I was going to visit in December 2014 my daughter just set up an appointment for me with Dr. Matt, because she thought I needed it and her whole family are regulars at Dr. Matt. She was right!!! Afters year of ulcerative colitis, a completely removed colon and the recovery process I had multiple problems to deal with, like diet, back pain, reflux, headaches, you name it. I was not sure how Dr. Matt in one visit could be able to attend to all these problems, but he did!!! First of all, Dr. Matt is so kind, gentle and really listens. He fixed not only my back, but my whole body, adjusted organs, got me on track with my diet due to my specific needs and even offered to stay in touch with me via e-mail when I'm back in Germany. When I got up from the adjustment I felt like dancing. My body felt so light and easy. The night after the treatment I didn't need the second pillow for my reflux anymore. I felt so much better!!! Fantastic experience: Because I spend a lot of time in the car for my job, I began to have a problem with my sciatic nerve. It got so bad that it hurt all the way down to my foot. Fantastic experience: In my life experiences, the secret to being the best in your field of expertise is to have a passion and a love for your work, so much so that it is not a job but rather it is your calling. In other words you're a natural and you were born to do it. More than anything else that describes Dr. Matt ! A couple of months ago I injured my right leg and hip to the point where not only could I not walk, but I was in constant pain. I went to my local doctor and he prescribed muscle relaxers. After another week of pain I decided for the first time in my life to try the Chiropractic option. I googled the internet and surprisingly found someone with a 5 star customer rating who was very close to my home. My experience with him has been nothing short of miraculous. After one week my pain was disappearing and I was able to walk short distances. I still couldn't stand except for very short periods of time and my leg would hurt if I tried to walk any normal distance ( say 100 yards ). As of today I am normal in relation to 90% of the people my age ( 67 years old ). I no longer have any pain and can stand up straight for any length of time. Today I went to Chick-Fil-A for breakfast, made a trip to the bank (an inside transaction), and then shopped at Kroger for groceries. So far I'm feeling that my Chiropractic days are almost over but I'm wanting to get back to walking 5 miles everyday. So I'll be building up to that mileage and if I have any issues I'll let Dr. Matt help me to work on those problems. So if you're having any muscle related or back injuries I would very highly recommend Dr. Matt. What have you got to lose? Only the pain !

Fantastic experience: I fell 25 feet in May 2011. I broke three vertebrae. I had surgery where they replaced my L1 completely with a titanium vertebrae cage. The recovery process was very intense to say the least. I have had an incredibly challenging journey to recovering, managing pain, and living a happy, active lifestyle. I have been to a handful of chiropractors in through this time of my life. Dr. Matt is the first one that I trust. He walks through with you what he is doing, why he is adjusting an area, and how it will improve your body. Fantastic experience: Dr. Meccia is a miracle worker. I have been seeing him for over a year and am constantly amazed by his technique, knowledge and solutions. I feel ten year younger every time I leave and there has been no problem that he has not been able to relieve 100%. Dr. Matt is not the old "crack-your-back" chiropractor of days gone by. If you see him once you will want to see him often!

He's also the most knowledgeable chiropractor out there - he's constantly learning and trying out new techniques to figure out what works best for you. Fantastic experience: been there twice with something I have struggled with and been in pain for a year. I feel after one visit I could see such a change. NOt the typical chiropractor. I have tried most of them... I kind of decided to live with my condition. Then I had a migraine for a solid 68 days.. and over the years the migraine last longer and will not go away that I refuse to take anything for it as it simply does not work and just makes me feel loopy. Dr. Matt gets it... I have had huge relief after two visits and we are well on our way to having it completely under control. Fantastic experience: Before seeing Dr. Matt a few weeks ago I had never been to any chiropractor before. I was in a car accident a couple years ago and had back trouble that had never fully been healed from the physical therapy I had done. The injury reoccurred to the point of where I couldn't hardly move without being in intense pain. Sitting, walking, lying down...everything was painful. I was recommended to go to Dr. Matt, and since nothing else obviously had done the trick I decided to go. Thank goodness I did! Dr. Matt made sure I understood exactly what he was doing, and how he was going to help me. He made me feel at ease with the whole process since I was skeptical at first. Fantastic experience: Dr. Meccia is an awesome chiropractor that I would recommend to anyone for any kind of ailment. Dr. Matt gets to the root of the problem without the use of prescription drugs that usually end up doing more harm than good. He takes his time and can fix anything from a pain in the neck to sinus issues. When I am not feeling well I will go to Dr. Meccia before I go to my primary doctor because I know he will heal me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Meccia for almost three months now, and I can say that I feel so much better, between his knowledge and kindness. I try getting anyone feeling anything internally wrong with them to go to him. Fantastic experience: Dr. Meccia has really helped me with my back and knee issues. I'm 66 and had never gone to a Chiropractic Doctor; I never thought they could actually help eliminate back pain. After my visit and exam, he was able to explain why I was having the pain and everything made perfect sense to me, especially the treatment. I had gone to my regular PCP doctor and had X-rays of my spine that I eventually was able to get a copy and send to Dr. Meccia. My medical doctor had prescribed some pain medication but I still had the pain; it was not going away. Fantastic experience: I have been under Dr. Matt's care for 9 months. I have had remarkable results that previously, with another chiropractor, was unable to alleviate the pain I had. As a Zumba instructor and Group Fitness instructor I am extremely active.
