Negative experience: I don't trust this place. They promise you a lot of things, but it's just to sell you very expensive products. You can get these same products on Amazon for half the price.

Fantastic experience: The entire experience is a total vibe! The staff is inviting, knowledgeable, and didn’t push products that weren’t needed. I feel they upheld professionalism from start to finish. I walked in the the assumption that I would be “just another credit card” and walked out feeling heard and the focus was more about gut health and inflammation reductions than a quick fix or flash sale offer.

Fantastic experience: My experience is a little different than most. I had come to Perpetual Health Group after already losing 85 pounds and was stuck in a huge plateau that I couldn’t break for months. I was tired all the time, it was hard to fall asleep, stay asleep, feel rested, my body hurt, my joints were hurting, my stomach hurt all the time, etc. after coming here, it was suggested that I go on an anti-inflammatory diet and change up some of the things that I was eating, even though I was already eating pretty well. I noticed a huge difference in how I felt, how my body reacted to food, and how much better I was falling asleep, and how much better my stomach and my joints felt. Although I have not lost a ton more weight since coming here, I have gained more knowledge about food and how to eat exceptionally clean! The staff here is amazing and the red light therapy has so many health benefits! I definitely recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I joined the Perpetual Health Neuropathy Program to help with the numbness and tingling in both of my feet. The program included dietary supplements, massage, red light, circulation therapy, and more. I walked in with a cane and pain. Three months later, I walked out without a cane and no pain. In addition to being pain free in both of my feet, the Neuropathy Program gave me a bonus. I lost 10 pounds and lowered my blood pressure. Fantastic experience: I signed up for a free redlight through Facebook and decide to purchase a couple months to jump start my clean eating and weight-loss journey. All the girls are so kind and encouraging. I had a couch and goal to lose 30 lbs in a little over 2 months. Coming each week helped me stay focused and redlight relaxes and has a lot of benefits. Then you use a vibration plate that helps with the lymphatic drainage especially after I worked out before my appts. With PHG I reach my goal and now have a pretty good routine down to continue clean eating and improving my health.

I don't have much free time to exercise, and there is none in this program unless you want to. I went from a size 12/14 to a size 4/6 in two months and I feel very confident that I can maintain my weight along with a better lifestyle. I highly recommend this program. It's worth every penny.

Once the found the root cause they set me up with the right program to achieve my weightloss goals while healing my gut! Their products are AMAZING. I felt so healthy and energized the first week on the program. My weight started to fall off!! Following the meal plan can seem difficult but when you have an understanding of how your body works and what effects it, you are willing to put in the work. The ladies that work there are all wonderful people who are so helpful and encouraging! They love working with their clients to help the reach their goals and achieve better health! Perpetual Health Group was advertised and I decided to try it. I am so glad I did. I like the whole premise of their business model. PHG Red light therapy helped me get back on track with personal fitness goals and kick some lethargy out of my system. The women running the sessions have such bright light and buoyant energy, it’s always fun to see them every week and chat about everything under the sun. PHG red light therapy is not inexpensive, but effective, and worth it.
