Region 3 Early Childhood Intervention Program (ECI)

Fantastic experience: We love our ECI group!!! Michelle (case manager) is amazing and very helpful. Ashley (Speech) is amazing and goes with the flow and Irene (PT) is just amazing!

Fantastic experience: Sharon Swize goes out of her way to make sure my son has formula! He’s on a special kind and we run out quickly!! They are the best

Fantastic experience: ECI has been the biggest Godsend for my family! My son turns 3 tomorrow & today was his last day of services :’) he started at 18 months! I cannot explain the amount of growth he has made & how much knowledge our amazing therapists have shared with him & with our entire family. I will miss this program so so much!

Fantastic experience: We have had services with ECI for 2 1/2 yrs already. They have been wonderful with my girls! Ashley, Amy, Laura, Julie, Rhonda are just to name a few they have taken care of my children since they were born. I can say these wonderful ladies have grown to love my girls as if they were their own! Wonderful communication and flexibility especially with me working and not able to be at every visit! Always answered all questions! Definitely 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: We received services from Region 3 ECI for about 7 months until we aged out. They were fantastic. Our case manager/Pathways teacher, Speech Pathologist, and Occupational Therapist were all so great. They genuinely cared about our child (and us!), and I’m so grateful we had them in our corner. Not only do they work with the child, but they also guide parents on what they can be doing in between visits and beyond. Since they come to your home, it really relieves the burden of trying to make appointments with young children; especially living further away from the city. I would 100% recommend them!

Fantastic experience: We have had such an amazing experience with everyone who has worked with our sweet girl. She has reached every goal we have set for her so far and we couldn’t be more pleased with the progress she has made. Ann Mary has been the best! She is so sweet and has been a big help to our family. She trained my partner in baby massage and he has built a connection with our baby girl like no other. She has been able to answer all of our questions and has sent us articles on specific topics of concern that were full of helpful information. We will forever be grateful that we were pointed in their direction. Thank you Region 3 ECI!

Fantastic experience: My son (autistic) has had lots of different therapy’s and everyone is so caring and help him be his best. I’m very thankful for each one of them! If your child is delayed definitely call them! They are so supportive to the parents as well!

Fantastic experience: Eci is and was such a big help in my child's life and mine, they work around your Schedule, they explain everything their doing with your child and has no problem answering your questions or concerns you may have. They have amazing classes for your little ones that can join and be around other little ones their age they also have fun little Gatherings for the Holidays witch is fun to join plus getting out and getting to know your communities

Fantastic experience: My 2 going on 3 year old son has shown great improvement in his speaking abilities and I'm glad they have interactive programs as well as in home assistance that he could enjoy and use. The ladies have worked hard with my son to get him ready for Pre K3. Many thanks!

Fantastic experience: ECI was such a blessing yo our family! My son was born with a skull deformity which required surgery and a helmet. He needed various therapies through ECI to help him meet his milestones. He received Physical Therapy (Laurie), Occupational Therapy (Beverly), Speech Therapy (Michelle & Rachel). These ladies were all so caring and treated my son with such kindness and patience. They never gave up on him. Our caseworker, Laura was wonderful and helped us navigate the process up until he aged out at 3 years old. ECI made a huge difference for my son. They were such a big support system for us and helped us through all of his challenges. We owe each one of them a huge debt of gratitude for all of their help!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Mrs. Beverly ever since my son was about a month old. He is going on 2 and a half years old now. Mrs. Beverley has been there for me every step of the way with all of my sons issues. Feeding, drinking, gross and even fine motor skills. Everything is still a work in progress but we have come a long way from where we started with her help. She is such a huge blessing

Shandi and Megan were the sweetest, & I could tell they cared about my toddler and the goals we set. She went from only knowing 5 words max to speaking sentences & she is also speaking in spanish. They definitely gave the tools we need and we’re grateful for the experience.

Fantastic experience: Region 3 ECI was incredible for my Down Syndrome daughter Emily. The therapists all truly cared and went way beyond their requirements. Emily’s Occupational Therapy, Beverly Seals (Ms. Bev), was truly a blessing to our family. She would accommodate her schedule to fit all Emily’s needs and we really saw significant progress with each session with her. Emily got attached to her like another family member and you could see her excitement when she arrived for another session. All the therapists made it very fun and engaging for the child and did an excellent job telling me why they were doing the exercises they did making sure I knew how as well so we could practice in between sessions. I think the world of this entire organization and can’t imagine where Emily would be right now without them.

Fantastic experience: Truly loved my sons therapist's . They went above and beyond to make sure to let us know if he needed anything they were there to help . He loved ECI .

Fantastic experience: Everyone at ECI is beyond AMAZING! They are incredible with the kids. They give great advice and tips and tricks for your child. They have extra classes which are great for social skills. My sons loved the team they had and often still ask for them . It was a sad day when they aged out.

Her and the other therapists work very hard with the children and, us parents in order to help our kids meet their goals . We love the help and support we’ve received from the ECI staff :)

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved working with Shandi and Tiereny! My daughters speech was so behind but after being in ECI she had improved so much! Shandi and Tiereny were very nice and understanding of my daughters disability and worked well with her even on days when my daughter didn’t want to cooperate. Over the time we’ve been in ECI my daughter and I have grown to love Mrs. Shandi and Mrs. Tiereny. I have twins also who are speech delayed and I’m planning on requesting Shandi and Tiereny for them also.

Fantastic experience: ECI has been incredible in helping get my son up to where he needs to be! My team is so supportive and responsive to any questions or concerns that pop up. Truly every single person that I have come in contact with who works for ECI has gone above and beyond. I feel that they all truly have my childs best interests at heart.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt ECI help my son tremendously! They (PT, OT, Speech, dietician and case management) all worked hard to get him to where he needed to be. They never once said he couldn’t do anything a typical child could do. Our Case manager Michelle was a blessing to have. She helped ease my nervous when it came to transitioning to the Early school Program. We’re sad that he aged out because they have all become like family.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 kids that have gotten therapy through ECI and I must say that they did an awesome job! My kids have made so many improvements through the time that they had therapy. The therapist are very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would like to say Thank you to all the therapist that have work with my kids over the past several years. I really do appreciate all that y'all have done for my kids.

Fantastic experience: ECI was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. All the therapists we had really cared about Logans' wellbeing and all our family. They worked hard to keep Logan engaged and constantly adapting to his ever changing needs. I could not have asked for a better start for his future!
