Negative experience: This was my first time coming here. I purchased a 510 battery. Once I got it home and charged it, it didn’t work. I brought it back the next day and they told me they don’t do returns or exchanges. Then she said she needed a cartridge to test it and I would need to provide her one. I didn’t bring a cartridge with me… Other responses that were provide here on your review, say that you take items back within two days. I was back in your store in 12 hours….unless I’m getting a refund I won’t be back. And I won’t recommend anyone shop here as they don’t stand up for their own products.

Positive experience: Decent rates and the staff I've met have been largely solid, albeit not super knowledgeable. There's some too, but that's not uncommon.

Positive experience: Great place , they offer military discount as well but had to wait over 30 minutes for the store manager to come with his code. Great vibes ,ambiance and the Girl working there was super nice especially dealing with rude patrons.

Negative experience: Got a Pin and it leaked all over the pin. If you want something that hardly works and cost a lot go to this location. Staff was really rude and didn’t want to help they just stand around or hide in the back.

Negative experience: INSANELY overpriced. Was looking for a vape which retails between 170 and its MSRP of 230. They wanted 300. Not only that but they wouldn’t tell me over the phone. So rude as well as overpriced rip off. Don’t shop here.

Negative experience: It says you guys open at 9 but it’s been almost an hour and a half and still the door is locked and nobody is there or answers the phone. This has happened multiple times.

Negative experience: Constant turnover of staff makes it hard to ask questions about products. Unless you know what you want you'll just get a "ugh, I just started here and I don't know much about this stuff" management needs to know how to train people they hire.

It's a 20-minute drive but I'll always come here over the one that is 5 minutes away. They have a great selection and try to keep their most popular products in stock.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very helpful and pretty knowledgeable. Selection is broad and they carry some top-tier brands you won't find elsewhere in the city, to my knowledge. Prices are as good as you will find if you want to buy something in person. EDIT to add: I gave moderately glowing praise initially, but I've been back since, and I think the young lady working here is on another level. She's funny, kind, knowledgeable, interesting, and intuitive of how much help to offer or not offer at a given time. It's time for a raise for her (dark hair - Nina maybe?
