Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Humaira for almost a year. She has been professional and very knowledgeable about my multi faceted health problems. I like the fact that she is also a nutritionist as well as a Naturopathic Doctor. She has always been there to answer my questions and besides having hourly sessions I can book a half hour with her. Dr Humaira is also very knowledgeable about all the supplements needed to help me heal. It’s been a long journey but I’m extremely happy to say that I’m very grateful to have met Dr Humaira!! Fantastic experience: Dr Quraishi is a miracle worker ! My Mom who is 89 years old has a very bad case of gerd ! Her regular physician gave her medication which did not work. When I say my mom was in pain is an understatement. She could not eat and was crying all the time. No daughter wants to see her mom in distress and crying ! Fantastic experience: Dr. Quraishi met with my wife and I as she patiently spent time with us to discuss health and healing, she reviewed all of the natural supplements that we were using and provided feedback, as well as made suggestions on how we could reduce some of them. As certain supplements could have a very similar effect on the body, she suggested a combined supplement to help reduce pill fatigue. Additionally, she provided alternative suggestions on other supplements with higher quality ingredients. She was able to take inventory of what we had been using and provide a plan document the next morning. She also helped us with ordering lab work for heavy metals. Although I understand that insurance generally doesn’t like to reimburse Naturopathic doctor visits, I submitted a reinvestment claim anyways, and the insurance company did credit a portion which we had paid, towards the annual deductible, so that was a pleasant surprise. She also invited us to an online dispensary / app which provides discounts on supplements, and they have all kinds and brands to choose from, so this was also nice. She was very professional, kind, attentive, and a pleasure to speak with. Looking forward to our follow up.

Fantastic experience: Incredible doctor. Patient, caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. I am so happy I found Dr Q! She has helped me both medically ( naturally) and mentally. She answered all my questions and has a great deal of experience/expertise. I highly recommend. I had seen some other doctors/practitioners about my condition and they did not quite "understand" my various symptoms. Dr Q really listened, was empathetic and prescribed a very useful and solid treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I had a stomach discomfort which became unbearable as time passes by. I visited GI doctor who scheduled endoscopy. The endoscopy results detected h-pylori bacteria. I took antibiotics for 2 weeks with omeprazole. After the antibiotics I was still struggling with my gut. PPI makes it good but i don't want to be addicted to it. After a month on PPI, my GI doctor advised to stop it. I did and all my gut issues reappeared. GI doctor ordered, CT-scan, MRI, colonoscopy, ultra-sound, hida-scan and countless of blood-works, nothing was detected. I was just told to go home, all will be fine on it's own. Me who knows how painful my gut was, I couldn't sit home just like that. I had to do something to soothe my pains. Later part, my gut pain could be felt on my right side as well. My friend suggested to see naturopathic doctor to see if they'll find something. That's how I came across Dr Humaira. After listening to my ordeal and my journey, she recommended a handful of supplements + diet changes (dos and don't on my diet) . 1 week into the medicines, I started noticing comfort for the first time since this journey begins. She advice to take the meds for 1 month and revisit her. All is going great so far. I'll update my status after the treatment.

Negative experience: I am pretty upset to write this review but it needs to be said. I reached out to her a while back and made sure she was specialized in the area I was coming in for. She said yes so I proceeded. Initially, I really liked her but when she provided her treatment plan it was a little bit confusing and she recommended over 10+ supplements and things to do. I did feel a bit overwhelmed at first but I thought she probably recommended that many due to my concerns, which is fair game. I did clarify all the instructions with her so that I can get started with my routine. I tried the supplements and felt absolutely 0 relief. I reached out to her and stated that her treatment plan did not work and that I would like to do a follow up (that I would PAY for). She completely ghosted me via text. I even tried calling her and she ghosted me there as well. When I reached out to her the very first time, she was very responsive via text and calls and now that her treatment plan did not work, she ghosted me. I am actually very hurt about this because it is unprofessional and unethical to do this knowing your patients are in pain. If you cannot help me, I'd rather you be upfront about it. I actually spoke to another Naturopath where they mentioned this many supplements are actually very overwhelming and stressful. You only need maybe 3, max. I still wanted to give her a try but the (no response) is a response and therefore I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I came across Dr Humaira online, insearch for a means to ease my pain. After a failed autoimmune treatment to help my cancer, and the first covid booster. My pain was unbearable, Dr's prescribed meds for pain but nothing reverse my symptoms. After a course of vitamin, and supplements I'm able to feel like old self, free of pain. It's been a journey and with her guidance, and knowledge she able the listen and actually treat my symptoms. I can't praise her enough, going holistic has helped me tremendously.

Fantastic experience: I want to give a heartfelt thanks to Dr Humaira! Last year I was going through many digestive and health problems. After trying many places and people without much progress, Dr. Humaira put me on protocol for SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) along with a low FODMAP diet. But she went above and beyond by sending me a list of recipes from her own book so that I could have diversity in my food choices and meals. One thing that I want to highlight as very IMPORTANT for whoever is going through a similar experience as me is to remember that it will most likely get worse before it gets better. Initially on this protocol I felt a lot worse than before I began any treatment (this is called Herxheimer reaction). But rest assured I felt a completely different person after a month or so. My belly was pretty much flat (minimal bloating, gas, and constipation). Furthermore, I was awake before sunrise without an alarm, I had incredible energy, I could finally focus because the brain fog was gone, and many other benefits. As for now about 4 months or so later, I still have some health problems, but Alhumdullilah I feel much much better than when I had SIBO. Unfortunately, I did not commit to Dr Humaira more than a month or so due to personal reasons. My recommendation is that it would be best if you could commit for as long as she recommends. Throughout my journey I felt that she cared about my health and was sincere to me. For all that and more, thank you!

Positive experience: The office was pleasant and clean and I went it right away. Dr. Humaira was very nice, she asked a lot of questions. She didn't really give me a lot of info apart from that but promptly replied a day or two later with a full nutritional and supplement guide and few more tips. It's my first time going to a naturopath so I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought that maybe I'd be checked physically (skin, hair nails, mouth , etc.) but it was more just a medical q&a. I guess we'll see how it progresses.
