Fantastic experience: Dr. Jen is an awesome Chiropractor and the Dry Needling process was amazing! After just a few sessions my shoulder and elbow are feeling like new. I am so glad my co-worker recommended the Art of Wellness!

Fantastic experience: After almost two years of dealing with plantar fasciitis, my sister recommended I see a massage therapist. I've never been to a massage therapist before, didn't know what to expect. Vickie Balisterie was the therapist they recommended for me to see. Wow. Two years of pain, seeing a foot doctor who charged me $$$$ and all he said he could do is give me a cortisone shot, trying different shoe insoles, exercises, etc. ....all it took was two sessions and Vickie resolved my problem. It literally went away within one month and two sessions. She was able to identify pulled muscles that may be causing the pain. Absolute GENIUS. Walking pain free since Jan 2025!!

Fantastic experience: i’ve suffered from migraines and chronic pain my whole life. dr. jen got me feeling like a normal person within a few weeks. i thought my pain was just going to be a part of my life forever but dr. jen changed my world honestly. she is a miracle worker and i should have came here so much sooner! i was nervous going to a chiropractor at first but she does a great job of explaining everything and what is actually going on in your body which i appreciate so much! if you are even remotely thinking about going to a chiropractor, i couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. i would give them a million and five stars if i could! they are amazing and wonderful!!

Fantastic experience: I had been having migraine headaches weekly for months. After a visit with Dr. Jen she found many areas that needed adjusting from an accident I had 30+ years ago. Fantastic experience: Back in January I slept on a new pillow and woke up barely able to move my neck and shoulder. I let it go for about 3 weeks, and then i started having nerve pain down my arms and was losing sleep from pain. It was getting worse and wouldn't heal on its own. I saw a chiropractor near me. He did a quick adjustment, and opened the door for me to leave. I had tears in my eyes and asked him if its supposed to feel better soon. I was lost and he just did his "job". My best friend recommended Art of Wellness, specifically Dr Jen. She got me in quick and we began our healing journey together. Ive never been been to anyone like Dr Jen, She never rushed me, she genuinely cared. She helped me understand how this happened and prevention strategies and exercises and stretches. We did 2 dry needling treatments, adjustments and treatments, and i had an absolutely outstanding massage with Sherry. It took about 5 weeks for me to be feeling great again. I am now back to normal and cant recommend this place, Dr Jen & Sherry enough. When you experience this sort of pain, it leaves you helpless and hopeless, i get emotional thinking about what they gave back to me. They are amazing.

Fantastic experience: After hurting my hip and hoping it would get better for six weeks (while having to use a cane to walk), I decided to see a chiropractor for the first time in my life. I called Art of Wellness and was able to get an appointment with Dr Jen in short order. After seeing her for the first time, my co-workers said I was walking better. After three weeks, I was back on the courts having fun. Dr Jen’s approach was to do chiropractic adjustments/soft tissue work and have me do exercises she gave me to strengthen the muscles around the injured area. A couple of weeks in, I felt like I was 90% back to pre-injury status but stuck. At that point, Dr Jen recommended dry needling. After the first dry needling session my healing process started again. I now feel better than I did pre-injury. I highly recommend Dr Jen and the front office personnel at Art of Wellness. Wonderful people who care about you and your health/recovery.

She’s worked wonders on me & has taught me so much about my body. It’s very easy to get an appointment in a hurry & you can text the office if needed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a serious injury due to a fall. Dr. Jen has been able to get mobility back into my whole body. I am able to move my foot, hips, shoulders, neck and wrist better than I can remember moving even before my injury! I’ve been to many chiropractors in the past, but have had the most success with Dr. Jen.

Fantastic experience: My husband's back moved out of place with a pop. He was in a lot of pain and we knew he needed a good Chiropractor for immediate treatment. This office in Hartford actually answered the phone (no auto voice mail like so many others I called) and understanding, professional and so nice!! I believe it was Elizabeth who helped me get him in with Dr. Jen right away that afternoon. Dr. Jen assessed the problem and put his lower back right in place which was such a relief for him. Then at his follow up the next day she put his middle back right again too. He's been just fine ever since....we love Dr. Jen and this clinic Can't really thank them enougn...just AWESOME

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using this chiropractor for a number of years off and on. Recently I have been struggling with my neck and Dr. Jen has been excellent with helping. I go in about once a week and get an adjustment and dry needling when needed. Dr. Jen is very knowledgeable and kind. I go to the Hartford office to see her. It’s also pretty easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend this chiropractor.

Other chiropractors stated my neck was fused from Lyme and Meningitis and they were unable to help me. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jen is truly amazing in both her chiropractic and nutrition skills. She adjusts places I've never been adjusted before and she is very skilled at really getting deep into places in my body. She adjusts my neck while lying down which I believe helps in the adjustment. She is also so very good at finding core issues of any of your symptoms - she finds the latent viruses, bacteria, lyme issues, you name it. AND she has the remedies to effectively FIX the issues. I can't recommend her enough. She has helped me tremendously.

She is also very knowledgeable about mental and physical health. I saw her regularly before, during and after my pregnancy. Fantastic experience: Jenny is a very intuitive and caring chiropractor. She helped me immensely with my Lyme diagnosis and took extra steps to make sure I got the right bloodwork to confirm what 5 MD conventional doctors could not! She also made sure I got onto a proper diet regimen & supplements to support my healing process, along the way while I found a Lyme literate MD to assist me. As my health consultant, we created a plan so that I could work on many levels to heal. I am happy to say that I have recovered my health to around 95% after a year and a half of working together. This second review is a year later and I have been seeing doctor Jen as a chiropractor now. Her adjustments feel great. She's gentle and effective. Even helped me release my TMJ jaw pain and stopped my headaches! I highly recommend this doctor for any one who has overall health issues whether they are autoimmune like mine, or just general chiropractic care for aches and pains! Thanks Dr. Jen!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ditto has been a big help to me and to my family. Both with chiropractic adjustments and in helping us navigate some touchy digestive issues, she has proven a wonderful practitioner of applied kinesiology.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dotto has been my chiropractor since 2013. I've had 5 back fusions at L5-S1, 3 were failed fusions, plus 2 follow-up procedures. I ended up with nerve and muscle damage in my low back, some muscles non-responsive still. In 2006 I was in a severe auto accident - rear-ended while at a stop by and inattentive driver traveling about 50 mph. This left me with cervical disc challenges, a bruised skull and severe concussion. When I first came to her I was on high levels of opioid pain meds along with muscle relaxer, anti-inflammatory and more. I had become 212lbs due to the inability to function. I had just recovered from my L4 vertebrae having slipped and returned in place. Yet, Dr Dotto took me on and it has been the most amazing health journey imaginable. Dr Dotto worked with me through getting off all the pain meds due to the work she was doing on my body. I ended up losing 57lbs (without any special diet, but changing what I ate and mostly believing and visualizing how I should be). She was always such an inspiration for me, always believed in me even the many times I crashed emotionally from it all. It is rare to meet a practitioner so well-versed in analyzing the root causes for ailments, and considering how various systems of the body intersect. Her treatments are skilled, educational and pleasant. While my overlapping conditions have at times overwhelmed other doctors, it seems that treating people with complex health needs is the norm for Dr. Dotto.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jen Dotto is unlike most chiropractors I’ve experienced who are done with you in 5 minutes. She uses the necessary time to get to know you and continually assesses what your body needs at each visit. She also uses a holistic approach with a variety of therapeutic techniques. My favorite is the electrical muscle stimulation accompanied by massage and stretching. I suffered from low back pain for many years until I eventually needed a spinal fusion. After months of recovery, I saw her for occasional bouts of pain. At every visit she would assess where my pain was at and how best to approach it at that time. Her best attribute is caring for her patients. I have never felt like “I’m just another patient on the table.” She has always made me feel comfortable and provided me with lasting relief.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dotto is exceptional! She is very in tune with her patients needs. She uses all of the tools in her toolbox to reduce aches, pains, and discomfort. She never stops searching for new tools for her toolbox. There is no cookie cutter care from Dr. Dotto. Each time I see Dr. Jen she caters my visit to how I am feeling/issues right then-at that visit- with continued mindfulness of long-term care. From my personal experience with Dr. Jen, she was a game changer. I had been experiencing severe pain for over a year, and had been told “to relax”. Dr. Dotto had been recommended to me through a friend, and it turns out, my pain was from something being out of alignment. Through my time with Dr. Jen, she has also helped me with other ailments. Dr. Jen truly cares about her paitents and is a truly a wonderful person. She is genuine, kind, and trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Dotto for adjustments periodically for quite a few years. She is warm and welcoming, and most importantly, she is a very effective chiropractor. She has a very gentle touch, which allows me to relax and feel comfortable even with neck manipulations. I have seen her prior and during pregnancy. I even trusted her to adjust my infant daughter’s spine when she was only 6 months old (she was colicky and after being adjusted, started sleeping through the night). I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dotto for chiropractic care.
