Fantastic experience: I was referred to HNC by a friend who swore by her healing help from Summer! I deal with chronic digestion issues, allergies, and fatigue. Working with Summer has helped me understand ways to open my detox pathways and ramp up my digestion. The supplements have helped a TON with my nausea and work in conjunction with my allergy shots. I enjoy coming to HNC and am looking forward to more progress!

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank them enough for helping me beat the battle with psoriasis, which I have 90% cleared up. I will be continuing to use their superhuman protocol which includes the red light therapy pure oxygen intake and grounding table for the energy. I use it daily b4 or after the gym. Positive experience: First off everyone in the office was very nice and polite. I have been looking for a nutrition center that uses existing health (hormones, lab results, etc.) to recommend nutrition plans. I see "holistic" as looking at the body as whole and using natural methods instead of medications. That being said, I still prefer science to diagnose deficiencies and other forms of disease and holistic methods to treat minor ones. I really wanted to believe in the muscle testing/ applied kinesiology especially after paying over $200 for the testing but I just couldn't - especially after seeing the holistic health team is a mother and daughter. This testing and the treatments seems to work for many others though and there were numerous clients that seemed happy in the office. I encourage anyone interested do the free consultation and then do some online research to decide if it's right for you.

Fantastic experience: Kristi and Summer, and their entire staff are the BEST!!! I’ve been going to HNC since 2020, after an emergency surgery to remove my gall bladder. HNC had been amazing in helping me to get healthy. Over the last few years they have been instrumental in my physical, mental and emotional health. Particularly this year while I have been under tremendous stress due to a family crisis. As a result of the stress, I developed severe eczema. It slowly spread until it covered my hands, palms, arms, legs, chest, neck and eyelids. Summer was amazing and worked with me for months to find just the right program to combat the inflammation that was literally taking over my body. Her ability to really listen to me, think out of the box, and develop a holistic approach provided exactly what I needed. My body is now at peace and I’m free from the flare ups that were causing me so much physical and mental anguish. The eczema, except for a few small patches, is completely gone. Thank you Summer! Fantastic experience: The staff are kind and professional. Summer answered all my questions and was accommodating to my dietary lifestyle as a vegan. I have been struggling with respiratory issue off and on for two years. I was diagnosed with long Covid twice and was treated with ivermectin and antibiotics but my cough continued to linger. For the first time, I have real hope that the underlining issues with my immune system are being addressed. After 2 days of treatment my cough has subsided. Fantastic experience: Worked with Kristi and summer and they were so kind and helpful and made me feel listened to- something I’ve never had before by any medical professional. They took the time to listen to all my symptoms and they didn’t push me aside or tell me it wasn’t a big deal. I felt very cared for just in the first consultation and I really look forward to working with them more to get my body healthy!

Fantastic experience: I was having stomach and skin issues that were not going away. I saw many doctors and took every test that you could think of, still no luck. The last doctor I saw wanted to put me on antidepressants to treat my stomach issues which was not the route I wanted to take. I decided to try a holistic treatment since I exhausted every western medicine option. When I came to see Kristi I finally felt hopeful since she was confident that she could help me. Less that 3 weeks later my psoriasis cleared up and my stomach felt at ease. My husband who is usually skeptical about holistic treatments saw my quick improvement and is very happy with the results.The whole staff is amazing (Summer, Melanie etc.) They always make you feel welcome. Fantastic experience: I went in for hearing loss, lack of energy, right side abdomen pain (gone) and I'm healing things I didn't think were problems but now they are gone, it's a relief. I didn't know a c section scar could cause some of my problems. My scar was still painful and numb 16 months post partum, been doing what melanie told me to do along with lasor treatment and I have most of my feeling back and the pain is gone! I have energy to play with my daughter. My anxiety, depression and over eating is 80% better. I also quit drinking coffee, 20 year habit broke after 14 weeks! I also dont crave sugar when stressed or over eat candy and cookies when stressed. My overall stress levels are down 50%. Still a long road ahead but I'm positive I will heal 100%, Couldn't have gone this far without Melanie YOUR THE BEST!

Fantastic experience: Kristi and the team at HNC have literally SAVED me. I’ve never had someone impact my life on such a deep level and so quickly too! Food is your medicine and I’m so grateful for everything Kristi has taught me and the encouragement she has given me along the way. I view food completely different now and have such a passion for quality and it’s brought so much joy into my life to not be scared of food anymore and not limit myself. I was very sick in and out of the hospital when I first started seeing Kristi, she has been a huge comfort for me through a lot of scary times when no one else understood what I was going through she did. Since working with Kristi my acne has cleared up, I gained weight (I was extremely underweight/malnourished), I have sooo much energy and no brain fog anymore. I seriously feel like super woman everyday. Every issue I’ve brought to her big or small she finds it right away. I wish I could give this 10 stars.

I had been to so many doctors and they had tried so many different medication and within a week Kristi had figured out what the problem was and solution! They are about individualized attention and a program designed to get to the root cause of whatever the client is experiencing with their health issues. And when a client can feel and see a difference, they realize it was all worth it! And, yes, it was!!!

Negative experience: I had great expectations according to the amazing reviews and loved meeting Kristi but, I am sorry to report, I am vastly disappointed. During my initial consultation I was given a zinc test which showed I was low. No advise on how to increase it or by how much. But what I found most unsettling is the accuracy of the muscle testing. I didn't know anything about Muscle testing but it is when the body "likes" or " dislikes" the products being tested; be it your own items or those that they sell. During the course that I had prepaid for, I gave Kristi two glass containers with the same product in both yet the results were the exact opposite! My body "liked" one and not the other although they were identical. Kristi thought this was "perplexing" and didn't know why this should be. I therefore lost confidence in the testing and decided I couldn't possibly continue, after all, why pay for supplements when I can't trust them to be accurate? I had prepaid for discounted visits with the agreement that it wouldn't be reimbursed should I decide to cancel but they reimbursed me for the unused visit. However, I felt that it was only because of the polar opposite results of same product, resulting in my decision to cancel that prompted me to ask to get my money back on the course because center didn't hold up their end of the agreement. I told them that they could keep the costs of the initial consultation and supplements. Unfortunately they refused to give me any more money back. I would urge anyone checking into this muscle testing to do research. It appears to be very subjective and, perhaps, not as foolproof as one is led to believe. I am sorry to have to write this.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Holistic Nutrition Center for the last 3 months. I’ve been seeing Melanie and the results have been amazing!! When I first started I was seeing Melanie for excessive fatigue, inability to lose stubborn weight, and inner ear pain. Over the last 3 months being on Melanie’s program I have the most energy I have had since college, I have dropped 10 pounds, and I was able to fly across the country without ear pain for the first time in my life! I totally thought it was "woo-woo" at first and kind of out there... until I started feeling better!
