Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Sarah for a Lyme diagnosis that my daughter received. Dr. Sarah was gentle and yet competent. I enjoyed seeing the way she tested my daughter (very gently) in I believe a nerve test rather than blood draw. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dr. Cullyn for 6 weeks now and have seen an improvement in my health tenfold. I recently delivered my second child and had a really difficult pregnancy. Prior to getting pregnant I was also diagnosed with Lyme disease. I had not been feeling well for 14 plus months but didn't consider that the Lyme could still be a culprit. After an examination it was determined that I in fact still had Lyme. I'm not sure if there was a link between my difficult pregnancy and the Lyme but considering the body as a whole, this was most likely a huge factor. Not too long after beginning to see Dr. Cullyn I noticed a huge shift in how I was feeling-joint pain dissipating, mental clarity, decrease in anxiety, and more energy. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sara is wonderful, equal parts wise healer and encourager. I've been chronically sick for quite some time and am astounded at how quickly my body has responded to the treatment and simple, food-based supplements. I still have a ways to go, and now she will have the opportunity to help me with 2 partial tears in my right shoulder. I'm eager to avoid surgery if possible and continue detoxing and renewing from the inside out. I drive 90 minutes one way for appointments every other Friday. It's worth it.

I noticed a tremendous improvement in my shoulders in just 1 week! I have been coming here for over a month now and I feel better and better after each visit. I feel like someone should be shouting about this place from the rooftops... I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live and feel healthy. His staff is always friendly and pleasant as well. I had been to several specialist over the past few years for various pains, muscle spasms, chronic fatigue and dangerously high blood pressure that would send me to the ER quite often. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Sara for 7 months now n have not had nearly has many health issues that I typically deal with during the winter and my chronic issues are almost as if they were never there.

Fantastic experience: When seeking a professional I consider myself quite thorough and when looking through reviews really scan for ones that give substance of what the person provides and not just “they’re so great”! My hope is this will be a guidepost review for the people looking for true quality resolution of symptoms AND root causes. While I could write a book on why it’s such a big deal that I’ve received healing at all let alone in such a short period of time, sufficed to say I’ve been at it for nearly 13 years. Trying to escape the hell of chronic fatigue, thyroid and adrenal issues, blood sugar intolerance, impaired liver detox and parasite toxin overload, I could list more but those are to name a few. I’ve tried everything from conventional medicine with CPAP for supposed sleep apnea, full replacement hydrocortisone for over a year for supposed Addisions Disease, full replacement thyroid hormone for supposed Hashimotos disease, 9 different meds and only more stuck than when I began. I’ve seen holistic professionals for Nutritional Balancing, Accupuncture, energy work, Naturopathic Dentistry to remove mercury fillings and treat cavitations, Naturopathic doctors for chelation therapy/mineral imbalance and oh goodness...the amount of supplements I’ve purchased in these 13 years which have had essentially no impact could buy me a Tesla...no exaggeration. To give a snippet, I was chronically sick, barely able to function and none of the leading professionals in allopathic or naturopathic worlds could help, and believe me I saw some of the best. I began treatment with Dr. Cullen on 12/4/19 and the first two months were rough, feeling worse some days and doable others. By the beginning of the third month I began to turn a corner and wake up feeling energized many mornings where before it took half an hour or more to force myself to sit up in bed and face the day. Where I used to sit any chance I had I am now regularly working outside and joining a gym. That was never on the table from the inception of my disease. No, this is not placebo, in fact I went in halfheartedly hoping for something but not sure what to expect. I’ve got a ways to go but I couldn’t hold back from writing a review because for the first time in almost 13 years I can see a day soon where I’ll have my life back. Huge thanks to Dr. Cullen, I’ll be sending anyone who will listen here because what he does truly works. Don’t just choose anyone, pick the person who will connect you to your body in a holistic way and leave you with more answers than questions and less symptoms than when you walked through the door. Fantastic experience: I started coming in to see Dr. Sara in June and after just a few appointments, adjustments, and supplements I needed for my body my digestive issues were completely resolved since then my pain has been less and less and my energy and mobility have been better as well!

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Cullyn because I have endometriosis and the pain was getting so bad I was pretty much in some sort of pain all the time. My hormones were also all over the place which probably contributed to the pain and headaches (severe) that I would get at least once a month. I also was diagnosed with an endometrioma cyst on my  remaining ovary.  These typically do not go away on their own and I was faced with going on medication that I really did not want to do and/or eventual hysterectomy. Now I am virtually pain free and headache free except for occasional aches and twinges. Now that I feel so good, I realize how much pain I was actually in and was just “living with it”.  The best part is not only do I actually feel pretty good but the cyst resolved itself and is gone!

Fantastic experience: When my family arrived in Greensburg we were at a point of despair emotionally...two of our kid’s physical recovery seemed hopeless. Three of my five children had been diagnosed with Late Stage Lyme Disease and my two oldest had already been “treated” by several doctors, both medical and holistic. Some of what we tried seemed to make things worse and some made things a little better, but not enough to see any major change. Our 15 year old son and 19 year old daughter both had been struggling to simply get out of bed and engage in normal life. My son was bed-bound for almost two years and my daughter for about a year. We had already been through months of antibiotics (oral and IV through PICC line); we then tried some unconventional but effective treatments that dealt w/ Lyme and Mold Toxicity. For a challenging period of time we drove our kids about 4 hrs from our home in GA every other week to receive these special, expensive treatments. While these treatments seemed to help, they were both still very weak and sickly! Our doctor then recommended moving our family to a cooler climate to aid in the recovery process. Long story short, we took our doctor’s advice and moved to Greensburg where we began to see slow, but immediate signs of recovery. One of the major factors in their recovery progress has been the treatment and therapy they have received at Integrative Health and Wellness! Although we still have a way to go, my two kids are both doing much better now. My youngest son whose Lyme Disease had not yet advanced as negatively as his two siblings had (but who still had some pretty challenging limitations) is now able to attend school this year. The treatment we have received and will continue to receive at IHWC allows us to enroll him in school with confidence that he will be able to navigate the upcoming days better prepared to meet the physical demands of a full school day. This is actually something we didn’t think would happen for awhile. I highly recommend IHWC for assessment, therapy and treatment of lingering physical issues that you or your family are having a hard time finding answers to. Our whole family is so grateful for the great work Dr. Sara and Dr. Cullyn are doing to help people like my children get back to a healthy, productive life. We are glad we didn't give up looking for some solutions and we are very glad we found Integrative Health and Wellness!

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness, where do I began? I was extremely hesitant to coming here because I am a nurse and have only practiced Western Medicine. I have been suffering from extreme constipation (having a BM every 10 days was great news). I was actively seeing a GI Dr. (I have seen many) and she was trying to help but even with all the medicines out there to help long term I was on the highest dose and did not meet my "poop goals". There was only one other medicine to try without being on laxatives long term, which can cause a slew of other issues. Due to this issue I had really bad acne (the kind that leaves big indent scars on your face). I went to an event for Wellness for Generations and Dr. Sara was a speaker there. She demonstrated how she could help and thought, are these people pre-picked? After her speech I went to speak with her and asked if she could help me and told her some of my issues and she said that she'd be able to. After seeing Dr. Sara for over two months now, she has definitely changed my life. I've realized I need to follow her recommended visit schedule more closely, because at one point I was having bowel movements daily, this was for almost three weeks at once!!! This was the first time I can ever remember this happening! I am beyond grateful for Dr. Sara and the team!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I decided to come to integrative health and wellness center. I have been on a weight rollercoaster my whole life, also living with acid reflux for 10 years, low energy, hot flashes and not sleeping well. Dr. Cullyn has helped me with all of these issues. I am no longer on any meds for acid reflux and it is totally gone! I am sleeping well with zero hot flashes and I am down 20 pounds! My goal is to be healthy and live disease free as long as I possibly can, and with the care and education that i am receiving at IHWC my life has positively improved!

Fantastic experience: Before coming here, I suffered with pain in my shoulder and hormone issues. I have had elbow and shoulder pain for more than a year! Anything I would do would cause burning and pain. No topical cream or stretches would relieve it. It was just always there. Fantastic experience: Even though I have never been an anxious person, I started to experience panic attacks when I was 8 months pregnant.  This was by the far the scariest time in my life.  There I was about to have a baby, which is supposed to be one of the most happiest times of my life and I was just the opposite.  I was depressed, scared & anxious.  My original doctor prescribed me an antidepressant that I wasn’t happy about taking.  I took the medication out of fear of developing Post-Partum Depression. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sara, I don’t know what you did to my neck but I haven’t felt this good in at least 3 years. Everyday I had pain, it was so painful to lean over, a sharp pain would run into my head. Even sitting and move my head in a particular position I would have the pain. Not today after seeing you yesterday. I feel at least 10 years younger and did a much needed picking up around my house. For those of you living in pain, wanting to lose weight, heartburn, digestive problems that you have just been living with and the symptoms just become a way of life, go see these doctors! It is not the typical way of healing but keep an open mind. All Dr. Sara did was have me lay on my stomach, raise my leg and she softly touched (fully clothed) my spine, neck, and behind my ear. No neck cracking or manipulation. BTW I have lost 6 pounds in 15 days just by changes in what I am eating and not a difficult change. Energy is crazy, I’m currently not taking any supplements and hoping to ditch the blood pressure med my “traditional doctor” put me on soon. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), before I came to Integrative Health & Wellness Center. I was no longer getting my monthly cycle, had a lot of pain around my ovaries and was advised by my gyno to take medicine that made me feel even worse/not myself. I had been diagnosed with a Hiatal Hernia and Gastritis by a Gastroenterologist. He suggested I take PPI's for the rest of my life. My stomach would feel and look swollen after eating and the acid would be at it’s worst at night which affected my sleep.
