Fantastic experience: I have been coming to LKN Weight Loss & Wellness for almost two years now. They have helped me tremendously in recomposing my body by focusing on fat loss and muscle gain/maintenance, rather than simply losing weight. The number on the scale isn't as important to me anymore, but being able to use the InBody scan to truly understand where I am from a broader health perspective has been a game changer. The team is always great and answers any questions I have. They’ve made a significant impact on my fitness journey.

She really knows her stuff! And she happens to be a doll:) all these ladies are very special and have helped me be on belief. I definitely recommend LKN weight loss and wellness! Fantastic experience: I tried to go to another place that was closer to me, despite initially going to Shannon after my first child and weight loss journey and having success. Let’s just say, I ignored my instincts to go back to Shannon and tried something closer. That was a hard pass of hidden fees, not understanding my goals and timelines and efforts and a lot of judgement and criticizing. So I came back to Shannon after baby number 2 and just YAY! I love her, I loved her staff! I’m just so much happier in my weight loss journey with her and her team. They are understanding gentle and encouraging and I have actual success!!

She also does my derma-planing, and my skin feels like a million bucks after she is done. The whole place has a welcoming vibe. All staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My weight management can be difficult with other health restrictions but Shannon has been very encouraging and provides plans that’s tailored to each individuals needs. I’m so happy with the progress that’s being made currently down over 15 pounds and have loss inches in all areas in less the 3 months.

Everything has been explained to me thoroughly, and I have access to the staff through an app if I have a question or concern. They don’t just send you home with pills and a shot. You are given a cheat sheet with meal and snack ideas, a daily calorie goal, ideas for workouts, and so on. Shannon has been amazing to work with!
