Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. K for chiropractic care and the results have been truly life-changing. I originally came in with numbness, tingling, and pain in my limbs/back and every time I leave, I feel noticeably better. Over time, these symptoms have improved significantly. She helped me when it felt like no one else could. What really stands out is how deeply she listens and truly cares about what I'm experiencing. It's not just about adjustments; it's about healing, awareness, and connection. I always feel supported, both physically and emotionally, after a session. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I thought I was going to be someone who lived with back pain my whole life. Sojourn Wellness got me to a place of 0 back pain and it was the only healing method that continued to work after my sessions. With other methods, I would feel relief for an hour or two, but this completely fixed me. I don't have back pain now, but I still love to go to sessions when I visit, because they are so good.

Fantastic experience: I've gotten such excellent care over the years from Drs. Kirsten and Joie that it is easy to recommend them for spinal care or nutritional counseling and support. They do an excellent job of listening to your concerns and viewing your health from a holistic perspective. Fantastic experience: I came to Sojourn because I had physical pain that needed to be addressed, and after several weeks of treatment not only is the physical pain gone but I have a sense of ease in everyday life. Fantastic experience: It has become my weekly ritual to be held in this sacred space of healing every week. When I first started a few months ago, my chronic lower back pain was stopping me from doing a lot of things I loved, and was also a symbol of the fear within me to truly live my life in an authentic manner. Just within a few months, I’ve almost completely forgotten my back pain is even there. I’m able to move more freely and magical things have been happening for me in my life. I stand taller, with more courage and confidence, and am more aware of my breath, movement, and emotional self. I’d recommend coming here for NSA to anyone experiencing a wide range of discomforts, pain, or nervous system dysregulation. I was recently in a car accident that resulted in minor whiplash and pain in my neck, and it’s healed up so fast and the trauma from the accident was pretty much completely processed after 1 session here. Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff at Sojourn Wellness are outstanding. I work retail, take public transportation, and have a young child in school. Thanks to the care I get from Sojourn, I rarely get sick, even though I'm regularly exposed to lots of germs. Even with my busy schedule, I make sure to keep visits to Sojourn Wellness an important part of my week. My 9-year-old son also receives entrainments, and refers to them as massages because he feels so good after.

Fantastic experience: The positive shifts in my life that I've experienced since starting care at Sojourn Wellness Center have been so far reaching, so far beyond just the health of my spine, so far beyond my expectations that I'm almost at a loss for words. They facilitate such a loving path to healing that cannot be replaced. if anyone is looking to have their world changed - from their perspective, to having less pain, to having more energy, they will help you find and maintain it. Fantastic experience: Let me begin by saying how grateful I am to the Universe for steering me into the safe harbor of healing that Sojuorn Wellness offers. The doctors at Sojuorn are of upmost integrity and are among the most caring, intelligent and adept health professionals I’ve ever experienced. They are the type of doctors I always wanted but could never find. I have been seeing both Drs. Joie and Kirstin since last November and the ways they have helped me connect back into my body and helped to align my spine is nothing short of miraculous. I travel from Livermore to Oakland and it has been worth every penny of money and my time has been invested wisely. I have seen not only personal growth, and understanding myself better, my small business has improved and I have become more adept at my own personal work because of it. My life has changed for the better so much that my partner has started coming as well, and we bring both our children in to see the doctors as well. To see the quick and remarkable progress they have made has also helped improved the overall health and personal connectedness of all of us. My son is 5 years old and had been collapsed in on himself, with shut downs and the inability to communicate or express himself. Since coming to the doctors he has opened up and does not have the same inabilities he had before (he has only been coming for a month now and his improvement are so quick!). That alone is such a blessing. He loves going in for entrainments and before he didn’t like seeing any sort of adults in anyway, especially doctors. As a mother I understand how careful we are with who we take our children to, however, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them in. He has proudly said to me how much he loves getting adjusted. To say I’m grateful is truly an understatement, I and felt so loved and seen by all The doctors (including Dr.Monica who is a burst of sunshine and manages the front of the house). I am excited to begin my nutrition part of the chiropractic care to continue my self improvements even further. I will never stop seeing the doctors, they have helped transform my life. My spinal alignment has improved, my body feels safer and I am getting to know myself again after years of feeling so disconnected, frustrated, sad, and lost. Fantastic experience: Everyone at Sojourn Wellness is caring and kind. Dr Kirsten did so much to help me through my treatment for breast cancer. She recommended supplements to help mitigate the tough side effects of chemo and radiation. My treatment was over 6 months ago, and my focus now is I to target the treatment's after effects and to cleanse my body of toxins. Dr K is addressing this with the appropriate supplements. I feel good and am so grateful to Dr Kirsten and Dr Joie for their expertise and caring concern.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to this place by my mother, to help me with my pregnancy and ended up stopping for a few months. I came back after I gave birth to my daughter due to not having complete felling of my left leg cause by labor. When I first started to go I was skeptical. I would see how they would nearly touch them and some of the patients would breath and move their bodies like if they would be flowing through the air. I thought to my self this is all acting or over exaggerating, . In my first sección I felt relax but still doubtful. I left and usually it would take me time and difficulty to get in the car because of my leg but with that sección i noticed that i was able to lift my leg more then usual. I keep going to sección and I’m still going till now, my leg is completely better and in my last sección I was the one who was flowing and didn’t even noticed it till it was pointed out by one of the doctors, I was in shock . Now I can’t wait to get back to working out, running, hiking and now am interested in yoga. I still have a few weeks to go, and although I’m still a bit skeptical every time I go in they prove me wrong. Not only that they make you feel confutable, welcome, relax but they do it with so much joy and passion that I have no doubt that they will prove me wrong each and every time I walk in. It’s worth every penny and time.

Fantastic experience: My son has been plagued with allergies his whole life. He is 11 years old in recent years is allergies have diminished his active and social life. Over the course of the last 2 years he developed a cough. I mean to say he had daily coughing attacks. About 8 months ago his coughing attacks became much more severe. He was having to be on a breathing machine anywhere from 4 to 10 times a day. We were having to pick him up every single day from school because the school nurse could not administer his breathing treatments more than twice in a four hour period. His doctor was saying that he had asthma. She had diagnosed him with asthma years ago and stuck by Her diagnosis. His allergist was saying that he was having an allergic reaction two things in the air so he was with the allergist once a week getting shots but to no avail. His coughing had gotten so bad that he was having terrible stomach pains and pulling muscles in his back. This kid did not want to go play with his friends he didn't want to play video games he didn't want to do anything. The doctors through all sorts of different medicines at him. A specialist had said that there was nothing wrong with his lungs and did not look like he had asthma. I am originally from Sacramento California however we have lived in Atlanta Georgia for the last 10 years. I was talking to a good friend of mine about my son situation and they referred me to Sojourn Wellness Center. They recommended a hair nail analysis be sent into a lab. Within a day of doctor Kirsten reading the lab results she came up with a plan. Within 3 days of us sticking to doctor Kirsten's plan my son's coughing attacks ceased. It has been 6 months and he has not had one coughing attack since. Furthermore he's also not been on any allergy medications and he has been living like a normal 11 year old boy. My family is so grateful that God brought Sojourn Wellness into our lives. Thank you dr. Kirsten thank you to all your staff we love you guys

From Jenny at the front desk to Kirsten doing the entrainments (adjustments in Network speak)everything was of the highest calibur.
