Fantastic experience: Dr. Mascetta was recommended to me by my pain management doctor for a chronic tailbone injury. I am so grateful for the progress I have made thanks to his treatment. Dr. Mascetta has been effective, communicative, and reassuring. This was my first experience seeking help from a chiropractor and I am so thankful I have found such a talented doctor.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Mascetta for about 18 years, started seeing him while I was in high school. He is one of less than a handful of health professionals I trust with keeping my body healthy and functioning and its best. His level of expertise is vast and I always learn something new when I see him. His staff is ALWAYS warm, friendly and accommodating. His office is a very comfortable and pleasant environement. Whenever I am having issues with my back, neck, knees, shoulders, you name it! I always leave Dr. Mascetta's office better than when I entered. I live in Ny and don't ever hesitate traveling to his office. Its WELL worth it! I would recommend Dr. Mascetta and his practice to ANYONE who is struggling with chronic pain, injuries, or just wants their body to be in peak performance.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. Chris after I tore 80% of my rotator cuff and surgery was not an option due to my work schedule. He used shock wave therapy, to stimulate blood flow, followed up by cold laser to reduce inflammation, 10 min of each, once a week for 8 weeks (my choice, the recommended was 6). The result is amazing! This does not reattach it to the bone but I can lift my grandchildren, carry packages and continue with my daily life, pain free. I highly recommend this treatment.

Fantastic experience: Love this practice! Friendly staff and Dr. Chris is amazing. I’m 8 months pregnant and have been seeing him since the beginning. This is my second baby, I didn’t see a chiropractor my first time pregnant and I regret it! I have no joint pain, no lower back pain. I had frequent headaches my first pregnancy that I don’t have this time around bc of my frequent visits with Dr. Chris. I highly recommend this practice to any pregnant ladies out there and just anyone looking to alleviate any ache/pains!

I came to them after years of suffering with neck and lower back issues and not finding any relief from previous chiropractors/therapy. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Mascetta since November - for a back injury and hip bursitis . I am happy to say that the treatment that was prescribed for me has been so helpful - and I feel like new . This included adjustments every week or two, and a treatment that I had never heard of called shock wave therapy. At first I was skeptical of the shock wave and wasn’t sure I was a “believer”. But after 7 sessions I finally can say I feel so good! And I think the shock wave was a contributing factor. Dr Mascetta is a great chiropractor, and his staff is always there to greet you with a smile. My visits have been a wonderful experience! A+++

I see Dr. Chris every other week to calm down my 7 issues with my back. His red light laser treatments are amazingly effective in reducing my inflammation. I highly recommend Dr. Chris Mascetta. Fantastic experience: About 5 sessions in so far with Dr Mascetta for my daughter. He’s very personable and kind, and really listens to the patient needs. We have gone through many months of physical therapy and several orthopedists….I am relieved to say Dr Mascetta has started to provide some sense of pain relief for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Chris at Ridgefield Chiropractic for a very long time ever since I was 16 for my shoulder issue and he is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable when it comes to the body, and is very professional at what he does. I worked for him as well and he is a very kind person to have had worked for, and now I see him for my lower back issue from a recent car crash. 10/10 recommend seeing him if you’re thinking of going to a chiropractor.

As a scoliosis patient; he is the only chiropractor I trust to properly adjust my back with care. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Dr. Mascetta for a number of years and have always had tremendous success with him. Currently, Dr. M has been treating a lower back issue and a cranky sciatic. After about the first session, things started feeling better. After 4 sessions, I ran 5 miles in 47 minutes. Not bad for a 56 year old with a back issue and sciatic. I strongly recommend Dr. Mascetta, he's the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Mascetta for 4 years and he has helped me considerably. Particularly 3 years into my treatment when another issue caused required a long hospitalization and that hospital stay resulted in severe lower back pain. Dr. Mascetta has the best bedside manner I have experienced with any doctor. He is extremely caring and puts his patients’ good above that of his own. A recent example of that was when he told me I could purchase a device that would actually make me see him less. What other chiropractor would do that? Dr. Mascetta is also highly skilled and educated, demonstrating a detailed knowledge of the spine and nervous system. He has always known the right treatments for me at the right times and has stayed away from certain standard treatments when he thought my body was not ready for them, like after my long hospitalization. I can not recommend Dr. Mascetta highly enough. Anyone in Ridgefield or any of the surrounding towns should go to see him without hesitation; ideally before pain begins.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mascetta has a great manner and doesn't just crunch your bones... unless that 's what you need. I had a bulging disk and he used electrical stimulation (you'll love that) and a whole different bag of tricks (decompression, massage, cold laser and some gentle adjustment techniques) to get me back on the golf course. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mascetta has been treating me successfully for a variety of injuries for over 10 years but the results of my last visit were outstanding. I injured my knee working out at the fitness center resulting in severe pain especially walking up or down stairs. I was hesitant to mention it him, assuming this was a soft tissue issues and chiropractic wouldn’t help. I couldn’t have been more wrong. When I describe the pain, Dr. Mascetta began working on my leg and did a knee adjustment. Wow…. Almost immediate relief. I actually walked down the long flight of stairs from his office with only mild discomfort and by the next day I was back at the fitness center doing my usual. No issues since then. Thank you Dr. Mascetta!!!

Fantastic experience: After experiencing limitations and restrictions with my Achilles tendon I first sought the help of a physical therapist. I did not receive any type of relief and then went to see Dr. Mascetta. I was amazed at the reduction in pain and the increase in flexibility I experienced after only the first visit. I would highly recommend his services as he is extremely good at what he does and I speak from experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mascetta and his front office team with Kelly and Stephanie are doing an exceptional job from the moment you walk in, through the treatment and finally accommodating you with their extended office hours for any future appointments. Fantastic experience: Whatever it is that Dr. Mascetta does -- it works! I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, however some lower back issues with painful sensations and muscles stiffening at random started to develop for last few months. Yoga methods were not exactly resolving it. It took only 2 visits to Dr. Mascetta's office for me to get normal again. It was very impressive!

Fantastic experience: At the end of 2015 I suffered from pinched nerves in the neck which caused pain in my right shoulder and arm, as well as numbness in my thumb and index fingers. A good friend of mine recommended seeing Dr. Mascetta and I don't regret my decision. He was able to completely relieve me of my shoulder and neck pains through regular adjustment and therapy sessions after 4 weeks. After 6 weeks the numbness in my fingers is almost gone. All this without having to resort to pain medication. I also commend Dr. Mascetta and his staff for their friendly and professional attitude. Fantastic experience: I've been receiving regular treatment from Dr. Mascetta for about 4 years now for my cluster headaches. I've suffered with cluster headaches since 2001 and chiropractic seems to be the only long term solution that has worked for me. Dr. Mascetta's treatment approach was unlike any other chiropractor's treatment that I have experienced. His approach is very hands-on with a lot of soft tissue work. He is able to pinpoint the stressed areas in my neck and back and go to work on them. I never feel like I am being rushed by him. If I am having a bad flare-up, he will spend the extra time needed to try different treatment techniques, such as pressure point stimulation, and do whatever he can to make the pain go away. When I am not going through a spell of headaches, I see him monthly for adjustments which I truly believe is keeping the headaches away for longer periods of relief. Before seeing Dr. Mascetta, I was having acute attacks every other month. I've gone for over two years now without a flare-up spell. Beside the headaches, he has also helped me with relieving pain caused by arthritis in my feet, the occasional common cold symptoms, neck spasms, and life's miscellaneous aches and pains from working on your feet all day. I think that one thing that really makes his approach unique is his background in sports injury therapy. He knows and understands biomechanics very well and doesn't seem to be stumped easily by any bodily problem I bring to his attention. I would recommend him to anyone, for any pain they are in. Even if you don't think a chiropractor can help, give it a try ... it might be the key.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mascetta has been a miracle for my son! My 5 month old at the time had been battling with reoccurring ear infections. Our next step, after his 6th one, was going to be the ENT and probably tubes. I was really struggling with having my infant undergo surgery before he turned 1. Through some basic massage and alignment techniques Dr. Mascetta has opened his ear canals and helped with fluid drainage. My son is now 8 months and we have been ear infection free! Dr. Mascetta is phenomenal with him, very careful and patient with a squirming baby. I feel extremely comfortable in the office and know that we are in good hands. Similar to other reviews, the office is extremely professional, clean and very friendly. His hours have been so accommodating, especially when I call frantic on a Saturday after 12 and need his help. I am starting to feel like family!!! I urge families that are going through similar challenges with ear infections in their infants to give this a thought, avoiding surgery and antibiotics was my number one priority. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mascetta has been treating my wife for some time so when I tweaked my lower back chopping wood, she recommended a visit. Upon entry and interview, Dr. Mascetta was professional, friendly and approachable. Initial interview and examination were thorough and appropriate and he didn't try to sell me an exorbitant menu of treatments. He is honest, straightforward, talented and affable. He was confident he could help me get some relief and we enjoyed a clinical discussion that was technically interesting and on a level I could easily understand and in which I could participate. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mascetta's gentle manners and his true passion for helping his patients are both rare and refreshing. I went to him with three lumbar herniated discs and he took the time to review the MRI with me and to lay out a plan. Apart from his unquestionable competence, I don't think I've ever been to his practice and not seen him smile.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mascetta is excellent! I was afraid that I would not be able to play golf or tennis this Spring because of the neck and arm pain that I'd been suffering with all winter. My family doctor was unable to help me and I became very frustrated.
