Negative experience: Please don't use this business it's all a SCAM. I saw no results whatsoever. I reached out to the company through the contact button. If you do not see a change be warned, they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS !!!!! I had mentioned numerous times that I didn't see a difference. They canceled my last appointment because the technician was in the hospital. They wrote that they would reach out to reschedule my appointments. I had two appointments left. 5 weeks later, they did not reach out, and I contacted them again. I asked to be reimbursed for the last two appointments at least. I didn't get a response back. I decided this wasn't going anywhere, and I filed a complaint with the BBB, which you can view online. The BBB reached out numerous times, and they did not respond to them either. This still isn't over they did not fulfill my appointments or reimburse my money. Do not be fooled all you are receiving his a hot massage on your tummy you can do that with a hot water bottle. They also do this wheeling and dealing scam. They tell you it's $1500 for 10 sessions, and you walk away, and then you get a text saying we have a special running for $1000. Please don't be fooled they are making money out of our insecurities. If this happens to you, please reach out to the BBB if it can't be resolved with the company. More people need to do that, so companies or people like this are held accountable. Please read all of the reviews. There are many who have had issues. I am not the only one. *Edit* Because I can not respond to your comment. You did not try and get me on the schedule several times. I have never been contacted via email, phone, or text. I would like to see proof of that. How about reimbursement for the last two appointments you did not fulfill because if it was the opposite way around, I am sure you would want your money back too.

Fantastic experience: I used a Groupon certificate for Hunstville Goodbye BodyFat. The intro price was hard to resist! Jenn was great! She shared her knowledge and made me feel comfortable during our session. I felt confident in her work and bought future sessions. I'm half way through my program and I am starting to get really good results!

Negative experience: I went for this procedure for some inner thigh cellulite and a small amount on my back thighs before an upcoming trip. I'm 5'6, 150 lbs. I'm a size 4 with a muscular build. I didn't need to lose any fat. I needed stubborn cellulite treatment which i was absolutely clear sbout. 9 sessions and $1300 later, my thighs are 10 times worse. Each session was treated as fat reduction not cellulite treatment. I was left with saggy skin where I didn't have any before, especially on the front and outer thighs. I'm beyond disgusted. I've now got to seek actual professionals to resolve this issue. I wish I had never heard about this place.

RF Skin tightening relies on your body's ability to produce and direct collagen, so it may be more effective on some bodies than others. I feel it was well worth the try, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're thinking about it, do some research, and schedule a consult with Ana!

Fantastic experience: I was already noticing my love handles were getting a little out of control; I would joking call them my bread loaves. Started a new job and gained 20 pounds and couldn't get back to a weight I felt comfortable with. Madelyn helped me turn these bread loaves into dough balls. Not only do I look and feel slimmer, when I place my hands-on my sides they feel firmer too. Very happy with the results.

The business is communicative, clean and well organized, but uses gym membership style sales tactics- be sure to ask about monthly discounts and deals! Will be back and would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I just had my first session and it was great. Jerry is very nice and explains the process and makes you feel comfortable with the procedure. It was not painful at all. I am buying a package of these treatments on my next visit! Can't wait to go back! Edit: this was a complete waste of my time and money. After several sessions I saw zero results and felt like I got scammed! Not to mention other than the gallon of water a day they said u need to drink I wasn't told until my last visit I was basically supposed to be eating a keto type diet during treatment period and that's only bc his new employee was the one who did my last treatment. And let's be honest, anyone would probably lose weight dieting and drinking water like that, without the treatment. Don't waste ur money!

Fantastic experience: So far so good...new so can't see the results yet but apparently I'm showing good signs, according to Ari. She's so professional and personable; she makes you feel comfortable during what might be a sensitive situation.

Negative experience: Pros: The technicians are nice and make you feel comfortable. Cons: They do not tell you up front that you can’t get a refund after purchasing if you have to cancel (for ANY reason, so keep that in mind because life happens). Also, the treatments did not provide any results for me and were hot and painful.

Negative experience: Don't be scammed by going here. You will be robbed. The reviews here are likely just fake reviews. I paid for four sessions and only got one. Besides, all they did on that session was burn my skin with their "body fat machine" anyway.

Fantastic experience: I went to my first treatment and lost about 1 inch. Arie is great and her new employee. I really enjoyed talking to her through the process. She answers and explains everything. They are professional. Make sure to buy a package. I have the 6 treatment and I hope that is enough to get this stomach flat!!! I will post pictures after I see more results from the beginning and than at as it flattens more. If the heat is too much they can turn it down. The next day my stomach feels weird but does reflect my day. You can go have a normal day without pain or anything. I recommend for those that do not have a super huge tummy. Mine is big however I wear a size four in bottoms. Its just stubborn fat that does not go away. Also make sure you drink your water before any of these treatments .-Nikki

I noticed my skins got tightening, firm and the most important my targets areas we’re reduced by 80% . Arie gave me the best treatment ever, she was always nice, polite and her office /spa salon is super neat with the most relaxing music you could experience in a spa!
