I unfortunately had to stop due to some personal/familial issues but I will 100% be back to train with her. Everyone there is very helpful and supportive. The gym and trainers are unmatched.

I am just starting on my fitness journey and what a perfect gym for it! The staff and trainers are knowledgable and helpful. Members don’t slack on the help either. Positive experience: Love the gym and the atmosphere, they have amazing pieces of equipment. Came back home for spring break where I learned it was now 85$!!!!! for a week pass and 65$ for a month plus a 50$ maintenance fee. I thought he was joking when he told me that. Most gyms cost at least half of the price of their week pass that they offer. Those gyms most likely have locker rooms and a sauna or other benefits that appeal to a lot of people. The price of this gym vastly outweighs the benefits that they offer. Very disappointing!

Fantastic experience: This place I’ve called home for several years now! The best kept gyms around! The community is infectious and keeps you motivated to be your best self! Customized equipment with unilateral & bilateral movements for All muscle groups! A posing room to see progress, customized apparel, and have supplements, waters and energy drinks to maximize the workout! The business owners that take care of their unique gym equipment all the time, weights are always re-racked as well. Always well kept and clean! If you’re looking to change and transform their training sessions are a must. Their workouts and programs can elevate anyone’s goals and confidence. The only thing you need to do is trust the process. It’s helped me succeed to become a better me all around. The training is life changing! The goals you achieve will grow you into a brand new person! Coach Keith & Stacie creates elite athletes and winners ! But what’s important is the community that respects and cleans its environment! Nothing like it in the area! Remember it’s about quality not quantity! Invest in yourself.

Positive experience: Really nice gym, everything you'd ever need for a fantastic workout and whatever fitness goal you're trying to reach. In the summer because of hotter temperatures, it'd be a bit difficult with the stairmasters for a very narrow audience (someone who hang out on one for 1+hr carrying a sandbag) . Great flattering lighting everywhere, for the selfie takers and for the comp practicing. The only minor complaint: as a new visitor, expected a bit more from the front desk staff than just "here sign this waver, now go". Would've been nice to know about the towels/cleaning/bathroom/water fountain situation, figured out the cubbies (no lockers) on my own. It's a bit of a drive but I would consider coming back.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know what else I can say about this place that others haven’t said. I was referred to Keith as a coach and drive about 40 minutes out a few times a month. The equipment here is so unique and top-notch, and a good chunk is custom-made for them which is pretty cool. Keith is an awesome dude and pushes me HARD as a coach, which is exactly what I need. The vibe here is great and makes me want to be better and do better, and I’ll gladly make the drive out here just to spend time at this spot. Great members, fantastic coaches, and an amazing lineup of equipment.

Positive experience: I went to the free guest pass day this past Friday. It’s a little cramped, but nice equipment. My workout was going great and I was about to leave when suddenly my friend told me he wanted to show me around the rest of the gym. I was following him when he stopped, looked at me and said, “this is my favorite room.” I then proceeded to look at the entrance to the room and came to the disturbing realization that the room was titled “butt stuff.” As I turned around, my friend was staring at me with a horrifying grin on his face. I sprinted out of there, crying, and haven’t talked to him since. Other than that I definitely recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: This is exactly what I wanted. It has all the good equipment that meatheads love. Its gritty, it's rough, it has a certain kind of clientele. I think I'm home.

Positive experience: This gym was great with the equipment, music, and energy to match. Members were nice as well. They don't have a locker room, but that's not really a problem for me. Equipment selection is like no other gym I've been too. They have everything you can think of, and more. The only complaint I have was that the staff wasn't as welcoming as I would have liked. That's the only reason I'm giving a 4/5 stars. Would I travel 1.5 hours to go here again? Yes

Fantastic experience: Arguably the best gym I've ever used. Insane equipment that I've never seen anywhere else, impressive collection of supplements for sale and just an all around bad@ss atmosphere. Membership is $45 a month but in my opinion worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: Heaven is different for everyone but this version serves those who's belief is founded on the holy gains. Some prefer 72 virgins while others expect pearly gates, peace and tranquility. I can assure you that the chances of 72 virgins in this gym is slim (outside of the hours of 4pm - 6 pm) but be not afraid as the atmosphere supports a work ethic that can be found in few other places. It doesn't take long to find your peace through the self inflicted pain. Maybe heaven isn't the correct description. Maybe this is the true Valhalla. Home of warriors and Valkyries.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for about 2 months. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do personal training, and competition photo modeling sessions as well. This facility is clean. They have an endless amount of machines to choose from for just about any body group. They are mostly lifting machines and dumbbells but they also have a section for cardio and floor work. It's a very well rounded gym and I recommend them to everyone.

Complimented with his partner Keith’s thorough training plans, there’s no excuses to not be healthy under the guidance of these two.

Fantastic experience: There's a big name gym 10 min from me that I used to go too. So why drive 35 min to this gym? Because the atmosphere is better, the music is better, the equipment is better. Also you see the owners all the time and you can see the pride of ownership. You wont get those things at the big box gym.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym around. The owners and trainers are incredible- they are professional, friendly, and dedicated to each individual client. I’ve had many personal trainers in the past few years and nothing compares to the training that I have received here at Alpha. Keith and Stacie are always welcoming and make you feel at home. They are always willing to help with any questions I have when I’m working out alone. The equipment is state of the art and everything is kept clean and in working order. I have met incredible people through alpha. 10/10 would recommend checking out Alpha. I always feel at home in the gym and the vibe/ mentality is always positive and supportive. Both Keith and Stacie genuinely care about their clients both in and out of the gym, and everyone’s workout rotation is unique to their goals and what they want to accomplish. Fantastic experience: The greatest gym I have ever been to! Everything from the atmosphere to the equipment to the members and owners is more than I could ever ask for in a gym. They have some of the greatest gym equipment and pieces I can’t find at any other gym in the area. I drive up from Delaware at least 3 days a week just to train here! If you haven’t gone yet, you’re missing out!

Fantastic experience: Alpha Phlyte is by far the best gym around! What makes a great gym? The equipment and the atmosphere! Not only do they have the standard pieces of equipment but they also have unique pieces you don’t easily find in most gyms and it’s CLEAN! What type of members belong to this gym? Members who are friendly and at different fitness levels but all working towards the same goal of being fit! I can’t say enough about the staff. They are welcoming and very willing to offer assistance and answer your questions. The cherry on the top is the top notch personal training they offer and if you are like me and love good “merch”, they also have that available for purchase. What more could you ask for from a gym? Stop by and take a tour of the place. You will love it!

The culture of this gym is unbeatable and like no other. Everyone in there comes to train hard! The owners are extremely kind, hard working people. Fantastic experience: Alpha Phlyte Fitness is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. For the average gymgoer, it has all the equipment someone could want, from dumbbells to machines to cardio equipment. For those a bit more advanced, they have so many unique “unicorn” pieces that you can’t find anywhere else. The atmosphere, however, is what really stands out. The energy is electric as soon as you walk in, and everyone there is always so positive and uplifting. You won’t find another gym whose owners know every member by name, and remember small details about each of their clients and members. Walking into that gym, you immediately want to work hard, lift hard, and play hard. It is truly a unique experience!

Fantastic experience: Was there for the soft opening. Great space, great atmosphere with some hard to find pieces of equipment. Got a transient membership because of an hour drive but I’ll be sure using those 3 days a month to train there to their fullest

Fantastic experience: Very nice and informative staff that is willing to help you get better. Nothing beats the environment at Alpha Phlyte. This gym really has an old school body building gym type feel to it, but accommodates everyone. Whether you are there to do cardio or you are preparing for a competition, alpha phlyte is the place to be!
