Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for lash and brow services with lindsay for several years and have done several treatment packages of both cryoskin and emslim here. Both treatments were incredibly effective and left me feeling rejuvenated. The Cryoskin helped to sculpt and tone my body, while Emslim gave me that extra lift and muscle definition that i could not achieve in thr gym. The staff at Lush Studio were professional and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend these treatments enough—fantastic results that truly exceeded my expectations!

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical, I'll admit. But, after dealing with a hurting arm that was just getting worse, seeing doctors and a nerve specialist, who recommended that I try a brace and ibuprofen, all the while my arm continued to get worse, I couldn't even lift a coffee cup without pain and feeling as if I was going to drop it. I happened to mention what was going on to Heather. She suggested I try the Bemer mat along with red light therapy. After 6 sessions, I can straighten my arm completely with NO pain!. I can lift a coffee cup with NO pain! Heather is amazing and she knows what she's talking about. Not only that, but she sincerely cares about her clients. If doctors have failed you like they did me, I highly recommend you give this a try.

Negative experience: Overall disappointed. Ordered the service for my wife only to have her tell me the person providing the service seemed rushed impatient and essentially annoyed with the entire process. It was a birthday gift for my wife and sorry to say it did not meet my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Heather is hands down one of the top 5 most amazing souls I have ever had the luck of encountering in my life. Sounds cheesy, but it’s the truth. She genuinely cares about her clients. She has a vast breadth of knowledge and the drive to help, empower and support her clientele. She goes above and beyond in her journey of building her business and connections with them and it is apparent. I was skeptical at first, with a long drive from Spokane. It’s worth it!

Fantastic experience: I will never get my brows done anywhere else! Lindsay really perfects her work. By some sorcery there is never any redness after a wax and the tint always looks natural. I am hoping to get more services done with her in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Lush Studio Beauty and Wellness enough!! I came to Lush to get my poor lashes fixed (due to another person from another lash place) and oh my god Marie did the BEST job-- I seriously will not be seeing anyone else who isn't Marie for my lashes now. Before when I got my lashes done (at other places), my lashes would be itchy, painful, fall/break off, and the glue would get in my eyes when they applied the lashes. But at Lush, my eyelashes are healthy and I never feel pain or discomfort. Every time I go to get my lashes done, Marie goes above and beyond to take care of me and my lashes. I truly feel so relaxed and reassured because she does everything she can to give me a great experience. She explains the process of what she's doing, teaches me how to really take good care of my lashes, and always cares about my opinions/thoughts/questions. She's so respectful and values my time too! It's not just Marie either, ALL the people from Lush are super friendly, flexible, and considerate. You can tell they love their work and actually care/look out for their clients. It's a great atmosphere! It's very clean/sanitary, smells great, and is cozy which is something I always look for!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this place! I had been wanting to get lash extensions for a while and I’m so glad I finally tried them. Now I’m hooked! Everyone is so nice and accommodating there. Lindsay does an amazing job with my lashes, Heather does a fantastic job with my thigh toning and Marie is the absolute sweetest (she does lashes too)! If you’re looking for a beauty and wellness studio, don’t look any further and head straight to this place. It’s super cute, smells amazing, is really clean, and has a great display of amazing things to purchase (lotions, jewelry, robes, etc.). I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Lindsay gave me a fibroblast treatment targeting the upper and lower eyelids. I am extremely impressed with the results and would recommend this to anyone who is suffering from sagging upper eyelids, under-eye bags and crow’s feet. Lindsay is absolutely amazing and her skill in this procedure is unquestionable. She is extremely concerned with helping the client feel comfortable and helping each one achieve their short term and long terms skin care goals. Lindsay is kind, loving, extremely knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Lindsay in providing the fibroblast treatment to regenerate the production of natural collagen to help with sagging skin, wrinkles, loose skin, and/or fine lines.

Negative experience: Not professional what so ever, Lindsay came to the appointment after having a glass of wine, super disappointing not only that but I payed $180 for full volume and I got them looking completely natural, no volume whatsoever. If you think about coming here, DO NOT she isn’t on time and she is late. She is sweet but very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I was disappointed. I got my lashes done for a cruise & was told they would relax after a few days. Well, they were so curled back when my appt was over that my eyelashes TOUCHED my eyelid. I couldn't even put eyeliner on. They never looked as any of the ones on the pictures. They went from too curled back to normal.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had micro blading done here twice. Two years ago and again recently. Lindsay is the only person I trust. She has such a good eye and is so talented I love my brows so much! Thank you Lindsay!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing! I have never gotten my eyes done in any way shape or form and I am also very nervous when it comes to anyone being near me eyes and MORGAN! Oh my lord guys MORGAN is amazeballs! She was so so sweet and wanted to do anything in her power to make me feel more at ease. She explained everything she was doing and answered any of my anxiety fueled questions. I also got a brow wax done with her and I’m super picky about my eyebrows and she was picky for me! I didn’t even have to really ask but even though it took a little bit longer she kept going until she knew that I was happy. This is THE BEST SERVICE I have ever received from any one when it comes to beauty services. 10/10 highly recommended!!!

I get so many compliments on how great my lashes look - that, or people are always asking me if my long eyelashes are real because they look so natural. This is the one beauty regimen I can't give up! Go to Lush! You won't be disappointed!

Negative experience: I had a appt set for a tues... They called and said they can get me in the next day. I was excited so 2 hours before apointment they call to cancel.. And i said ill call them right back to confirm a different day and time... 10 mins later im calling and they are not answering so i had to cancell my debit card cause i didnt know if they were going to charge the card the 50 percent fee... So im out no lashes before my date and now a cancelled card.. Im not happy. And ive herd they do this ALOT to new customers.. So be careful people...

Negative experience: Awful... paid over 200 dollars to have 3 lashes after 3 days everytime..went somewhere with a professional who has done lashes for 15 years and she told me the quality was cheap like doll lashes. Also! if I pay for a hour I expect full attention for that hour.... my stylist got up 5 times during one if my appointments to then tell me she couldnt do a full fill and needed to return the next week! Needless to say 3 to 4 days later no lashes on one eye! Yes they fixed for free but they attempted to charge me 55 for my "hybrid lashes" which i was told would be free... I then canceled my mom and my future appointments and went else where... they are a joke and i feel scammed. Be smart dont be a human Guinea pig for girls to learn lashes on...

Fantastic experience: Love it!

Negative experience: Walked out of there really upset on the verge of tears. I had my appointment scheduled and coordinated with the girl that was supposed to do my fill about 3 times. Drove 30 min to the location for Meghan the girl who was supposed to do my lash fill only for her to tell me she took in a 60 min client 20 min before my appointment and that I had to either wait or reschedule. Talk about unprofessional. I will never go there for any service. I wasn't even greeted warmly by the girls there at all. I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star.
