Fantastic experience: Dr Andy is great.. I screwed up my back and was in pain for 3 days. Last Friday I was in such pain that I took 4 IBOOPROFEN in the morning and it didn't help much. I called a few Chiropractors around, but no one wants to take a new patient on Friday. Finally, Dr Andy's reviews caught my eye and I decided to call his office. Very friendly lady on the phone offered appointment the same day. In a few hours I was there. After some consultation and adjustments Dr. Andy got me back on my feet during the first appointment. Fantastic experience: I had my second visit today- and on my first day I knew my life was changed for the better. A decade of lower back pain. Many doctors and several other chiropractors later my husband stubbles upon this on google. He went and had amazing results and then convinced me to go. For the first time in forever I can walk pain free. I couldn’t make it 10 steps without by back clenching and hurting. Walking with my daughter, my dogs. Just imagining hiking again and I am thrilled. Tears of happiness now that I feel like I can finally get my life back on track. I will update since I am still going through the nutrition portion of my visits. I still have a ways to go until my back is back to 100% but being chronic pain free has been a blessing that I needed for so long.

When I had my 1st appointment I told him that with my severe neuropathy,I realized I would have chronic pain for the rest of my life. He told me to be patient, but he thought he could make a difference with time. 5 months later my posture has improved remarkably, I have days without pain & I've started working out. Dr Andy is my 4th chiropractor. I've seen chiropractors from NC to WA & while they've all been great, no one has made this much difference. Negative experience: Terrible practice. Hid bills from us for months because we were under the impression that our visits were covered by our insurance only to find out that was not true. Months later they hand us a bill for over $1000. Horrible communication and we feel taken advantage of. Avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Andy because After a year with another chiropractor I wasn’t getting the results I wanted for an imbalance in my SI joint. I’ve only been his patient for a week but I am already extremely happy with the results I’ve experienced from Dr Andy’s adjustments! He takes the time address the muscles and vertebrae causing my pain and has taught me stretching techniques so I can help myself, too. He’s well educated and cares that his patients feel comfortable.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Dr. Andy. I left his office in worse condition then when I arrived. He waived his fee due to the poor service but still invoiced me. Even after telling me several times he wasn't going to charge me, he did and even sent me to collections. I called several times to get it cleared up and he didn't return any of my calls. I had to show up at his office to get him to respond. Good luck if he works on you and things go wrong!

Fantastic experience: This doc does more than chiropractic; he sets up an exercise program so the adjustments hold. He also does enzyme/nutrition counseling that can help other health issues, physically and emotionally, which are science based practices.

Negative experience: I seriously had the opposite experience of the previous 5 star experience. No process, no follow up and no access to a receipt or schedule when you check out which led to excessive billing for services you certainly won't feel you received. I asked serious questions while there about my proposed treatment plan only to receive vague answers. A quality chiropractor will put together a plan. I got no return phone call on my promised test results... hey they may have been busy but not too busy to bill my insurance immediately.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a Spine Specialist to go see Dr. Marrone because of a severely pinched nerve in my left neck, shoulder and arm. I had never used the services of a Chiroptactor before and frankly, I was a little skeptical. Dr. Marrone was very patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!
